Pizza Hut "Classic" vibe. Super cool!!! Check it out. As a 90's kid, weekend family night was spent at Pizza Hut. The checkered table cloths, the custom victorian tiffany style hanging lights and the plastic red cups filled with Pepsi. My family would reconnect after our busy week in this iconic building with keystone shaped windows and a hat like roof. My dad would tell jokes, that were never funny, and my mom still tried to get us to eat our vegetables, that night in the form of a salad. As one of three kids, we always shared everything. But those dinners I got to choose my own personal pan pizza because I earned it in the 'Book-It' program. I picked up a personal pan pizza today. This Pizza Hut is horrible. Bland and no flavor. I ordered 3 pans not long ago and I got a flat dough that tasted like cardboard and I'm not exaggerating. I complained and no response. I contacted corporate and received a generic "I'm sorry" stating the manager would call me and no call, no anything. I ordered for a party and guests were just confused as I was when I told them it was Pizza Hut. Not worth the name or the money. This happened the last time I ordered from the Baden location but it was just for me so I didn't complain. This location is a joke and not what I know as the quality of a Pizza Hut. After driving around a bit one evening looking for a place to eat we ended up finding ourselves here. I guess you could say that our curiosity of nostalgia got the best of us. We started reminiscing about how cool it was to be in a Pizza Hut when we were younger, not those ones that they remodeled and got rid of all the dim lights. So walking in we were surprised to see that most of the old was still in tact here. The old school stained glass lights still hung over the tables, you had a kind of a tier seating in here, and there were some arcade games in house (however the table top Pac-Man was not in sight). The old school love of this place kind of stopped there. No matter how awesome it was to reflect on our past couldn't overcome the rest of this place's experience. When you come in you are not sure whether you are to seat yourself or wait to be seated. There is no sign to indicate either way. Once we were clued into what to do we were on our way. I guess this place is doing more business in delivery than with eat in customers. Or maybe they were just busy, who knows for sure. Menus were just kind of thrown in front of us and our drink order was taken. We all know with Pizza Hut it's not a big menu, so one quick once over and we were able to have our selection ready when our drinks arrived. We went with the BBQ chicken pan pizza and a order of the garlic knots. The garlic knots were decent enough, but totally not worth the price. We should have went with the bread sticks. All those garlic knot things are are probably half of a bread stick tied in a knot with butter brushed over them. The BBQ chicken pizza wasn't anything to write home about. The sauce could have used more of a kick to me. It kind of got muted with all the other toppings on this pizza, especially the red onions. Kind of a let down. We didn't finish it nor take it with us that's how much we didn't care for it. What was a big let down here was the interactions with the staffing. I understand that you are running a restaurant and delivery service. But pay more attention to the people in house when they are indeed in house. We felt ignored a majority of our time in here. We weren't checked on nearly enough, by the time we had drink refills we were about done with our meal. When we were finally finished we sat for almost fifteen minutes waiting for our check. Instead of waiting further we walked up to the counter to pay. They must have been annoyed by us doing that, but we were tired of waiting, we wanted to go, we were done with our food, we were done. read more

I ordered online for pick up, I got there about 5-10 minutes after it said it would be done. It was not, I had to wait even though there was nobody there. That should have been a sign as well as the water pouring through the ceiling into the kitchen. After I received my food I went home and checked it, it was missing toppings and had the wrong sauce, I checked the receipt and it clearly was on there as well as online. They could use a shower and a facelift. read more

Pretty decent chain pizza that has been ruined by awful management at this location. Instead of hiring a staff to reopen the dining room or even takeout at lunchtime, they have reduced hours to dinner rush only. When I inquired about the rate of pay, a manager excitedly told me that they're starting at $12 an hour. Perhaps that's why you can't find employees. No person should be making less than $25 an hour during a pandemic. read more

I just picked up pizza and breadsticks and always ask for extra bread stick topping. I was informed tonight by the very RUDE staff that they just had a manager meeting and they cannot give that to the customer anymore because they can't charge for it! I offered to pay for it! I was told that this was the last time I would be able to get the topping, I informed them it would be the last time I would ever show up there. Really? WTF! Worst Pizza Hut that I have ever been. Rude, rude employees and management. The manager during my last in-person visit was unbelievably rude and was a disgusting mess. I never stepped foot back in the place. He looked like a slob with his shirt hanging out, messy hair, wrinkled clothes, and just looked dirty. He didn't care what his customers thought, and was in a hurry for no one. Pizza Hut corporate really needs to know how their company is reflected by the behavior and uncleanliness of this store. We come here several times a year and every time it has been a good experience. The wait staff is sometimes shorthanded but has always been nice and the service does not take long at all. The pizza was good and it was the Pizza Hut pizza that we came to know and love. My only disappointment is that we were told that they were going to discontinue the Black Forest Ham and Cheese sandwich that we so desire on at least half of our visits there :( read more

I've been going to Pizza Hut since 1979, so 39 years. I know what is good and what is not. I feel like this Pizza Hut is going bankrupt because of what happened last time we picked some up. We picked up the 2 mediums for $5.99 each. We asked for pan pizza and they wanted $1.00 extra. We should have paid it because the hand tossed is very thin. I ordered double mushroom and when I picked it up there was a mere smattering of mushrooms on the pie. I asked what happened to the mushrooms and they told me that they mince mushrooms now. I have never seen that on a chain's pizza. They're going bankrupt and they're showing it. read more

I received (March 26, 2015)an ad form Pizza Hut for "MARCH MADNESS" with no expiration date. That ad included a large pizza bought and an order of boneless wings free. When I went online to order that special was not listed. I then called the local Pizza Hut and was informed that they did not have the code indicated (70) in their system. Therefore they couldnt/wouldnt honor the offer. If a corporation the size of Pizza Hut cant have ads with correct information in them, why should we the buying public do business with them? read more

Came here once while I was at Penn State, coming back from Pittsburgh on a trip. The experience was terrible; every single piece of pizza on the lunch buffet was burnt, our waitress was invisible, and it took over an hour to get a plain pizza made for a person in our party who is a vegetarian.
