We waiting super long, about 20 minutes longer than the pickup time. And it wasn't just us, there was about 6-7 other people waiting a very long time on their order as well. The food was hot and right and looked good. It was just the long wait due to unorganized worker. read more

The best pizza hut ever ! Fantastic customer service .. Mrs Theresa is my favorite !!! She is such an amazing person and makes me feel so special when I walk in and she already knows my name to pick up my order. The new Hispanic manager is very bubbly and such a people person as well ! She makes the customer experience so much more enjoyable. Just ordered a 2 pizza box dinner. Waited for 30 minutes. When I opened the box, I get 2 pizzas half made. It looks like they did not try to make a pizza but just threw it together. When I called the manager was short and kept interrupting me saying they are too busy at the moment to talk. She can remake my pizzas but I'll have to wait longer since there are people ahead of me. Yet I had already ordered. Also when I went outside after the first delivery, I noticed the driver had dropped a bunch of packets all over my driveway and did not bother picking up after themselves. Employees were nice, every single thing else was 0/10 waited 45 minutes after my "ready time". Pizza was over cooked. Guests in front of me were offered complimentary drinks and wings for the extended wait times. I was offered nothing and only told sorry for the wait. read more

the pizza and pasta was perfect but the manager Miss Shandricka was nothing short of amazing. I ordered pizza and pasta for my family in the midst of moving, she made sure that we had forks, napkins, and plates. out of all of the times that I've ordered from pizza hut I never knew that they offered plates and forks. Miss Shandrika had the location very clean especially where the food was prepared, she was cleaning when we walked in. Miss Shandrika thank you for being a sweetheart! read more

I find it pretty ridiculous that the Pizza Hut at 120 s Dowlen rd is closed at 8 pm on a Friday night, and then the parkdale mall pizz hut doesn't deliver after 8pm, I guess they enjoy losing business. Don't have a delivery service if you can actually deliver food read more

I'd give a zero if I could! Second time in a row this happened! Figured after the first time maybe it was just a fluke, nope this store is ridiculous! Dont know how someone can mistake a Mt Dew for a Diet Pepsi but maybe they're colored blind, I don't know and I don't say that to be crass but it's so often of a mistake made that its point. Took over an hour to get delivered and then when it was, the pizza was ice cold at best! Tried calling the store to discuss and the girl who answered sounded as though she was higher than a kite and could barely form a compl sentence. left me on hold for over 10 minutes and I called back and got the customer service center who pretty much agreed they messed up contracting with Door Dash! He then put me on hold and never came back. I will NEVER order from this store ever again, period! read more

Seems like something has changed in the recipe and ingredients from when I first posted about the new location and how good the pizza tasted. Last several times we ordered pizza it seems the quality and Taste had gone down. Not sure if the corporate kitchen decided to revamp the recipes or change suppliers to increase profits, but it just wasn't the same great taste from when they revamped the recipes just a few years ago. read more

It appears as if these people are on DRUGS!! No freaking kidding either! The lady slurred something to me at the counter that slightly resembled "here to pick up pizza?" I said; yes, and before I could tell her a name she turned around and started folding pizza boxes. WTF??? I tried getting her attention again and she totally ignored me. I was not rude or short with her what so ever, and could not figure this out? After a few more try's I asked to speak to the manager. All of the other fk-tards pointed at her. Holy Sheet!!! Friday night and the wait for CARRYOUT is 45 minutes? That's a bit excessive. The girl behind the counter is polite but I don't know what's going on in the kitchen. Obviously not speedy cooking. One guy waiting with us was there for at least 30 minutes for a personal pan pizza. That's the smallest one they make, folks, and it can't possibly take half an hour to cook. This is also an eat in location- in need of some serious overhaul. If 80's nostalgia is your thing, you're in luck. There are two analog (boxy style like your grandma still has) TV's but only one was on when we arrived. There's the ever present claw game, and three arcade games that have been in the building long enough to become cool again, which would be very hipsterish if they weren't covered in thirty years of pizza grease. In case you're curious, the games are something I didn't recognize, Pac Man and Cruisin' USA. The salad bar had an empty bowl of lettuce and the carrot sticks and celery were completely dried out. The managers office, surrounded by glass and directly across from the checkout for the whole world to see, was messy looking and seemed disorganized, which pretty much explains the restaurant itself. I had more hope for this location because there seems to be so few eat in pizza huts left these days, and it was always a big deal to go there as a kid and play the games, color on the napkins and collect whatever they were promoting that month (my parents still have the care bear glasses- complete set!). I love that this place reminded me of being a kid in the 80's- because it's obvious it never left the 80's. Oh, and the order needed to be sent back after waiting 45 minutes because there was a serious lack of sauce on the wings. read more
