I was a big fan of rally's/checkers growing up but all of them shut down around me. I found this one and saw the special of a $2.99 jalapeño pepper jack stuff cheese burger. The picture was appealing and deceiving at the same time. The picture should a full patty that happened to be "stuff" with the cheesy deliciousness. (Think of a chicken cordon blue..) I received my meal very quickly as they were rockin and rolling with this huge line that disappeared with efficiency. The customer service was bad in verbal communication bc they were so focused on lead times and guessing what I was saying before letting me get it out. The burger I received was wrong to begin with ; however, it was two thin patties placEd upon a slice of cheese. It was sloppy. It had toppings on there that I asked to remove such as bacon and tomato. I don't know why I expected to get what was advertised at that cost. We went through after a doctors appointment one day, the service was rushed, but they were amicable. The food was also rushed, therefore thrown together and very messy in the containers. We had ordered some fries we didn't ask for all of our things on the side however, the way that it was put together, it was not like the cheese and bacon was not even on the french fries they were to the side of it and inside of the same box. To start off it's pretty expensive me and my family payed $70 for burgers were a gamily of five I could get 10 burgers at Wendys for 70 dollars. The fries were soggy and they tasted like old grease, I ordered my burger with bacon and it came with nothing so i payed extra for nothing. There was a hair on my cup. The burgers were extremely tiny for the price, and the chicken bites tasted like old grease. I don't recommend buying from here save your money it's not worth it. read more

I have never once gotten what I ordered here. If you ask for a burger without cheese, you will invariably get a burger with cheese. If you order that same burger with mustard, no ketchup, no onions, you will get a burger with cheese, mayo and ketchup...with extra onions...and possibly bacon. This fast food joint is predominately responsible for any weight I gained while in college. I recently visited my old stomping grounds and had to stop by Checkers! 2 nights in a row I ordered from checkers, the 1st night we only got half of our order! The next night I ordered again and did not receive the order at all! When we called checkers they said they gave our food to a guy. I do not recommend using checkers for door dash! Either the restraint itself is crooked, or door dash drivers are stealing the food. Anyways checkers will not make it right, and I'm unable to get a hold of the door dash driver! So just don't do it! read more

AKA "Rally's" in SoCal. Was good last 2 times I had it. Yes as described below, the cost vs. what get vs. Whataburger is questionable. I paid 9.29 for just a triple Buford and med. fries. Pretty pathetic sized fry order and burger even a triple was small. Meat was fresh and juicy but had an odd fake meat flavor to it. Plus I don't like red onion. We used to love coming here on our way to Louisiana but now what a rip off!! Don't get me wrong food is good but for the same prize you can get a decent size burger at Whataburger. The sandwich was tasty, had a 3 layer bacontastic. Very small for $5 sandwich. I used the drive through and had to repeat myself 3 times to get the order straight. Yuck !!! Been there twice at the 11th st. Location in Beaumont and you can tell they don't clean the grill very well as you can easily get a rancid grease aftertaste in the hamburgers . Same with the fries, they taste like very old oil that is been used over and over. read more
