It has been several years since I have dined at this Pizza Hut location. It has gone down hill substantially. The interior was very dirty. Really disgusting to be honest. I have always liked the lunch buffet. The food was terrible. Multiple partial pizza's on the buffet and the slices were cold and dry. Been sitting for a while. Salad was very basic. Rigatoni pasta was very dry and unappealing. The bread sticks were cold and hard. I used to dine there a couple times a month when I worked in Bloomsburg. I got the combo with the personal pan pizza with toppings of green peppers and pineapple and then at home I added chili flakes and jalapeños to it and then I also got the honey barbecue chicken wings. I thought that overall the food was pretty good. I think it's pretty standard Pizza Hut food so if you like Pizza Hut pizza with with the pan pizza It's gonna be pretty standard and pretty reliable in that sense which I like and I enjoy Pizza Hut pizza because I like more of the thicker crust, the buttery crust which it was, and I also got the sweeter sauce on it, which was a good balance between the spiciness and the saltines of the cheese with the crust so I like the dish overall I will say, though that the atmosphere in Pizza Hut is kind of a little bit dirty. They're also I think over understaffed. and so it takes them along a bit longer to make the food because when I went to pick up my food it was supposed to be done by then and I had to wait maybe 1520 minutes for them to finish making it and there were other people also waiting as well so I think all the food is good. I wouldn't say that the service is the best but I would still probably go because I like the pan pizza that they have there and the pizza and wings combination was only like 10 bucks which was pretty cheap. read more

My husband and I went to this location at 10pm on a Saturday. I honestly don't know where to start. When we walked in the place was empty. I went to the bathroom, I was in the bathroom for no longer than 3 minutes and there was some one banging on the door screaming for me to get out. This place was awesome. Our server Albert was great and a pleasure to meet. Our food was fresh and hot on the table. Boneless wings were awesome. Supreme pan pizza was topped with fresh vegetables and meat. Was kind of nervous about going having read the reviews. Glad a took a shot. We ordered two stuffed crust pizzas 1 plain one with pepperoni. Bill came to $28.50. When we went in to pick it up they said the pepperoni pizza got messed up they have to cook another one will take another seven minutes. 15 minutes later the two pizzas were done. When we got home about 30 miles away and opened up the plane pie it was completely destroyed. You could see through the pizza to the bottom of the box. Look like it got ran over by a car. This place can't help but to get your order wrong. I've ordered here 2 times, and they messed up the order BOTH times. The first time we ordered pick up, we came in and they didn't make our pizzas because the white sauce was frozen. We had to wait a half hour for them to cook our pizzas. In that same order, we had 3 orders of chicken wings. Two regular, one breaded. We got all breaded. Both times my family ordered from here we ordered one hand tossed and one pan pizza. Was in town for an event and chose Pizza Hut because my son loves it and we don't have them where we live. We arrived to be greeted by friendly staff members, were seated right away. The place seems dark but it's kind of how Pizza Hut has been since the beginning of time. We were a large group and our waitress greeted us and mentioned it was her first day serving after a while. Guessing she just started working there. She didn't miss a beat. Correctly served us everything we ordered and all the food was hot and tasted fresh. We were a large group so kudos to her. This place used to be really great and fun to go to, but lately it seems like the staff just doesn't care anymore. Really horribly run restaurant. It's amazing that it's still in business. The staff is usually pretty inattentive and numerous times I have witnessed three or more employees out back taking a "smoke break" while the were other customers inside waiting to be helped. If i had the option to give this NO STAR I would in a heartbeat. Went to have pizza and got bread instead. We asked for a pizza with extra cheese and mushrooms and they seemed to forgot we got toppings at all!!! There was no sauce, barely any cheese and like 5 mushrooms. We brought up this problem with our waitress who said she didn't make it so she didn't know what to do. The manager came out and said they only put one cup of cheese on per order but we got extra cheese and a topping. SHE WAS HORRIBLE!!!!! So I took my son there tonight for his birthday. The last time we were there I ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza and they forgot the sausage. Tonight I ordered that again plus a plain pizza.and breadsticks. Once again they screwed up. They gave me a pepperoni lovers pizza. The plain pizza was not good. We ordered pan pizza and the crust was very thin for a pan. Also, I could taste cinnamon on my breadsticks. So they obviously used the same thing to cut them. Poor excuse for a Pizza Hut. This place used to be ok, but it seems like it lacks any supervision or management. Placed an order 90 minutes out so it would be ready on time yet when I showed up they'd said it wasn't ready yet. I ordered it in advance and for that specific time for a reason, I didn't have time to waste and had to get it somewhere. Waited another 15 minutes and unfortunately got to see them make their pizzas and after seeing their process I won't order there again. The pizza was made plain and then when it was done they added the toppings and wiped a butter on the crust with a brush; so no flavor actually cooked into the pizza, it was very bland and looked nothing like the stock photos. There was only one couple in the restaurant so there was no excuse for not having my order up. The hostess spent the whole time checking her cellphone to look up to help a couple that came in and then left in a huff. Another two staff members hung out back leaving only one other person to do the work. The pizza out on the buffet line looked like it was sitting there for a week, old and cold and totally unappetizing. This place needs a good cleanup both in the decor and sanitation as well as staffing, specifically a manager. With so many good pizza places nearby I won't be wasting my money and ruining my appetite here. read more
