I thought calling my local Pizza Hut would be enough to file a formal complaint and get some kind of resolution--but it didn't go as planned. So, here we are. Let me tell you about my experience today at the Blue Springs, MO location. It was as disappointing as ordering a pizza and only getting the box. Honestly, I might have preferred that. First, the pizza itself. It barely had any pepperoni or cheese on it. I've seen crackers with more toppings. When I called to address the issue, I spoke with Kayla, the manager on duty. Unfortunately, Kayla seemed more interested in laughing and chatting with her coworkers than actually helping me. When I brought up the lack of toppings, my ongoing frustration with this location's consistent issues, and the fact that I had told my husband we shouldn't order from here because well the pizza is always disappointing. Kayla seemed to find the whole situation amusing. Spoiler: it wasn't. She offered no solutions--no refund, no credit. Instead, she pointed out that since I had given my 3-year-old the smallest piece of pizza to calm a meltdown, where she was screaming "I love messed up pizza," when I was trying to explain it needed to go back... I wasn't eligible for anything. When I asked for the corporate number to escalate the issue, she claimed she didn't know it and wasn't motivated to find it. She eventually mentioned it was online but admitted she wouldn't even know where to direct me. The only real help Kayla gave me during the entire call was spelling her name correctly. That's it. Beyond that, she sarcastically offered to remake the pizza, adding that she didn't know how many times she'd have to remake it since I "clearly don't like the way they make pizza, their crust, or their toppings." Not exactly the customer service experience I was hoping for. At this point, I'm not picky--I'm just looking for someone, anyone, from Pizza Hut to step in and Make Apizza Great Again. Please let me know how we can resolve this. And maybe consider a refresher course in customer service for Kayla--because sarcasm and dismissal shouldn't be part of a manager's skillset. The hubs wanted wings, so he ordered online and I stoped in to pick them up. I was greeted when I entered and the cashier said she would be right with me. I stood there for about 5 minutes watching her and a delivery driver review receipts and eventually swap money back and forth. She finally asked my name and turned around and grabbed the bag that had been sitting on the counter behind her the entire time I was standing there. I have ordered hundreds of pan meat lovers pizza's . On the website I touched meat lovers pizza but when hubby brought it home it was a plain cheese pizza. Aren't they suppose to show you your pizza or say you had a meat lovers right? None of this happened. When I called and explained the problem, the man on the phone said well that's what your ordered and there's nothing I can do. Absolute terrible customer service! Ordered a delivery they brought it missing a pizza. Called immediately and they got the manager who after getting all the order information said they'd make it and send it out, but it's going to be another 35-45 minutes, I said ok. An hour later still the pizza hadn't shown up so I call back get the "manager" who claimed it wasn't her before makes me go through all the order info again then goes and asks the driver if they delivered 3 pizzas she said no. She came back and said she'd send it again and I said no we are done eating already that was the kids pizza, with no jalapeños and with sauce (one kid can't have sauce), and they have to go to bed now as it's now 9pm. She said she was really sorry and that it wasn't her before and she'd credit my account for the full order and I said ok thank you... well here we are the next day and I went on to see if the credit was there and guess what... yup you guessed it no credit! Not for the pizza that was the entire reason we ordered the $62.03 meal and not for the entire meal which she said she would so we could have a better experience again in the future. Placed a delivery order on 3/18 online in which I added the tip online. The total that reflected on my card was more than my total order. When I contacted this location the manager, after explaining the charges on my bank statement, couldn't assist me so she referred me to the assistant manager. The assistant manager became irritated with me and told me that I needed to contact my bank regarding the charge and then hung up the phone. Afterwards I contacted the corporate office, they explained that this is not how their policies work. The charges that you see at the time of purchase should reflect on your bank statement. It was apparent that the driver was adding additional tips and corporate will look into reviewing this case. Will not purchase again from this location. Please review your charges if you've purchased from this location. read more

Called to order a carry out just a few minutes ago, woman taking the order was beyond rude, in fact, after my order was placed she did not thank me and basically slammed the phone down. Why? Because I did not tell her that I wanted the special, took her maybe another 5 seconds. This will be reported to corporate. read more
