Really? I called to place a to go order after church around 11:30. Young woman answered phone and said she was taking someone else's order and asked if I could hold. I said," of course." No one EVER picked up the phone again! I called from my husbands phone and it just rang busy. I stayed on hold for over 40 minutes until the family was starving and made me call someone else. Either she walked off the job, ignored my call or just didn't want to work. Who knows? But needless to say, if they are so short staffed that they can't pick up the phone, I don't want to eat there. read more

This restaurant is under new mgmt? Well, it's not any better. They make good pizza's but most of the time using the app, it shows out of ingredients. Last week, out of mushrooms and green peppers. We have nothing but trouble with this specific Pizza Hut. You use the app and they can't follow basic instructions. They leave half the shit you ordered off the pizza. The cheesy garlic bread was cold and doughy. The marinara sauce was fresh out of the cooler cold. This used to be the best place to get your pizza around here, not anymore! We drop a lot of money here and getting shit service because nobody wants to do their freaking job. Half the time when you pull up they're all outside smoking and visiting. We're going to get our pizza from Nixa where they actually work and give a shit about service. Branson West Pizza Hut needs to just close down for good. read more

Terrible service. Avoid this location. Ordered 10 pizzas for a birthday party on the app. Placed the order at 12:15 pm for pick up at 7:00 that evening. Arrived at 6:55 to pick up order. The pizzas weren't even in the oven yet. The manager was extremely rude and said "we are on a 45 min wait". I said that shouldn't have been a problem since I ordered 7 hours ago. All she said could say was "that's not how our system works." It's now 7:30 and order is still not ready. Given how rude and unprofessional the manager was, it certainly makes me concerned about the safety and quality of the food. read more

Tried to call and no one answers. After numerous attempts to call in an order, we finally decided to just go to the Pizza Hut in Branson West, about 7 miles from home. Upon arriving around 6:30pm on Sunday evening, we find out that the Pizza Hut in Branson West is closed. Not one car on the parking lot. We believe that they are not in compliance with Pizza Hut Headquarters to not be open for business. We will contact the corporate office to complain. This is a terrible dis-service to our community. Pizza delivered was soggy and the undercooked crust was so thin that you couldn't pick it up. The delivery driver lied that they "hadn't made the marinara sauce yet" for my cheese sticks. Come on! They use marinara sauce on all of the pizzas! Previous time the delivery driver forgot the marinara sauce and went back to get it. 30 minutes later bit arrived for my now cold pizza. Pizza hut has been around for many years, it was my hang out as a teen growing up in the burbs, and its become quite a household name over the years. I hadn't been to a Pizza hut in many years, so while looking for someplace to eat while on a mini vacation with friends, we unanimously decided on Pizza hut for the simple reason of being fast, and good at the same time. The restaurant was empty, which was nice for our group, we were able to talk and be ourselves without disturbing anyone else around us. The server sat us promptly and took our drink order. she gave us ample time to look over the menu before returning with the drinks, and we were able to place our order upon her return to our table. I remember there was a time when you could only get personal pan pizzas during the lunch time hours of the day, so it was a nice surprise to see them available all day. I chose a personal pan pepperoni and a side of bread sticks, as did a few others, while a couple of people in the group opted for a larger pizza to split. The food arrived within a reasonable time, and it was hot and delicious. the server made several trips back to the table to check up on us, and to refill any drinks that needed it, which is always a sign of a good server. when it came time to settle up we had to wait a little bit for our checks but with all honesty it really wasn't a big deal since we had such a satisfying meal. This was my first time to this location, and it was my first time in a pizza hut in quite a while. the food was good and the service was fine, so I would definitely consider returning here should I have another pizza craving while visiting Branson.. read more

We ordered 4 large hand tossed pizzas for a birthday party tonight. They called to tell me that they were out of the crust but would give me 8 mediums to make up for it. When we got there, they gave us 4 large which was what was ordered. Once I got home, the pizza was terrible! The crust was so thin it couldn't even be considered their "thin" crust. Of course, I was irritated & called about the issue. The manager got on the phone & fixed everything! He totally made up for the mistake. He went over & beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Went back to this Pizza Hut. The place was renovated cleaned up and is now under new ownership. It was a complete 180 from when we went the last time. Much brighter the staff was super friendly. We were served in a timely manner and left with full tummies! read more

My husband and I just got home from this location. Let me just say, the food wasn't bad, but the service? It was. We were seated quickly in a far corner, come to find out that's because it's easier to forget about us that way. I am 8 months pregnant and was experiencing a contraction when we were asked what we'd like to drink. I was unable to answer quickly as I was visibly uncomfortable and in pain, and the waitress seemed very impatient with me and even began walking away before I could answer! It only took me maybe 30 seconds to answer but I guess that wasn't quick enough, even though at the time there was only one other table of customers in the restaurant. We were there for about an hour and never received one refill, which is ridiculous considering that the drinks are almost $3.00. We were ignored and couldn't even flag down our waitress because she was never out on the floor. When she finally did come by, an hour after we had arrived, she asked if we were doing ok. We said we needed a to go box. Once she realized we seemed unhappy and were ready to leave (hence asking for the to go box), she began doing what I call "damage control" but for wait staff.. she brought out two to go drinks (which we didn't want, we wanted drinks WHILE WE ATE.) and the box very quickly. Where was the quick and attentive service while we were seated and eating for an hour? Ridiculous.. just because you become attentive RIGHT BEFORE we leave does NOT mean that will cancel out an entire bad experience. Hopefully it gets better, the food was good but it's hard to enjoy a meal we paid nearly $35.00 for when we had nothing to drink... Overall disappointing. read more

Very nice suprise! We wanted a fast lunch, and decided to give it a try even though we havn't eaten at a Pizza Hut in years. We had the buffet and salad bar. Everything was very fresh. We commented about how fresh it was to the waitress and she told us that they used to get the pre-packaged salad, but now they cut all of their vegetables fresh.You can really tell. We were also suprised to see them throw away half a pizza and replace it with a fresh one because the time limit was up.The waitress was attentive and pleasant, and the restaurant was clean. read more
