Ordered 3 sandwiches for pick up. Only got two. Went back in and one of the two originals I got was the wrong kind anyway. Stood there waiting to be sat down while the manager talked down to the poor girl working---trying to fix another order, manager walks away and neither of them even acknowledged we were there...so we left. Food and service were good. We had cheese and pepperoni pan pizzas which were pretty standard to other restaurants I've been to in the chain. Sweet Chili boneless wings were some of the best we've had. They charge extra for ranch to go with wings. read more

Let me first begin by saying I'm not a fan of Pizza Hut food at all. However, growing up in this small town, Pizza Hut was all we could get. This pizza joint has a monopoly over the entire town of Burlington, and takes advantage of it as much as possible. None of Pizza Hut's promotional deals are honored, and the prices are raised sky high. $20 or more for a large pizza? For a Pizza Hut pizza?!? I think I'll walk over to McDonald's for their dollar menu. I hope Papa Johns opens up next door and runs this joke of an establishment out of town. The folks that still live there agree. read more

What a mad house! I swear it's been over 16 years since I've eaten at a Pizza Hut. We'd been on the road for a few days and I just wanted to get my butt out of the car. We got there for the early part of the lunch rush, and what a crazy scene! The buffet line was swarmed, the 4 pizzas that were set out were gone like a pack of hungry wolves had pounced. The salad bar was barely passable with iceberg lettuce, potato salad and a few veggie toppings. At least everything looked fresh. On the hot bar were also jalapeno poppers, mozzarella sticks, potato wedges, a pasta dish, and a soup that everyone else seemed to pass up. The pizza was just what I remembered from from years ago: dry, bland, and unremarkable. Soft serve ice cream was included and I was lucky enough to get a slice of the dessert pizza to go with my bowl of vanilla soft serve. Service was pretty lame, the soft serve ran out of bowls early on and were never replenished, I had to grab the last bowl from the soup section, and that was never replenished either. Once they decided we were there long enough, they quit clearing our dirty plates and left the bill on our table. This visit will do me for at least another 20 years. read more

Not impressed with this place. Kinda dirty and run down looking. Waitress wouldn't bring straws for our drinks, came by once during the entire meal. Table was sticky and my food was cold. Staff looked like they didn't want to be there and could care less. Also, this place was pricey for a Pizza Hut. read more

We are traveling from CA to PA and we decided to stop at this Pizza Hut for lunch. Husband and I ordered water, kids ordered root beer, drinks arrived and both waters had so much floating pieces in them we immediately pointed it out to waitress and she shrugged her shoulders and said "Oh. What else do you want to drink then?" We asked for bottled water. She left, came back and said "we ain't got anymore bottled waters." I asked if we could just bring our own bottled water in from the car and she said "I guess." The plates up at the salad bar were disgusting! They were very old and looked like someone's dirty feet. The sugar packet holder sitting on the table looked like it had been chewed on by a teething baby and taken outside and used in a sand box. I'm guessing the food inspector doesn't visit this location often or if they do this is just acceptable for a restaurant to be this disgusting. Wish I could post video. I ate there twice, two days apart on a round-trip roadtrip. I ordered off the menu both times. The food was fine, as ordered, tasty, hot, and fresh. My service was better the second time, on a Saturday afternoon, but fine both times. Appreciated the free wifi very much. A good choice for a quick meal. read more

Poor service, pizza is mediocre at best, and if you sit at the same table with someone they assume youre together and lump your bill all together and will not seperate it.... Im sure its due to the pennies theyre charged for a debit transaction.... When youve already dealt with the poor service and mediocre food, that puts the topping on it all..... We were passing through and thought it would be nice to stop for lunch at the lunch buffet. The pizza wasn't cooked all the way-- it was doughy. The men's bathroom was nasty and smelled so horrible even the kids didn't want to go in. We ordered some garlic knots and a large cheese pizza on the Pizza Hut site. When we arrived, we pulled up to the carry out window and paid without looking at our food. When we got back, we discovered that they had just given us plain bread sticks and had charged us for the garlic knots. I called and spoke to the manager, who was incredibly rude. He said that they had tried to call us because they don't carry the garlic knots, which was not true, and if the two dollars meant soooo much to me that he would refund the difference. That should have been done in the first place! He also complained about people ordering online and how he hated it. You are in the wrong business dude! I would NEVER eat here again (fortunately I don't live in Burlington - this is the only pizza place in town, and you can tell by how he treats customers and the prices charged! If a Dominos or Papa John's came into town, this place would be out of business within six months!). read more

Worst experience in a Pizza Hut I've ever had. My husband and I stopped for the lunch buffet here - it is conveniently located just off I-70. We politely told the manager/owner we were vegetarians and asked if they could make either a cheese pizza or one with just veggies. We are not big eaters - a small size pizza would have been fine. He refused - said they had several pizzas already made up and all of them had meat of some kind on them and he "didn't have time" to make up another one. This was at 11:30 AM - the restaurant was NOT busy - and obviously the main lunch crowd was not there, so he would have had plenty of time to make up ONE veggie pizza. We have been to many Pizza Huts for their lunch buffet and have NEVER been refused like this. I told the man that. He said, "Well, we don't have any vegetarians in this town." I guess he doesn't care about traffic from I-70 but is only interested in serving local people. I notice that another review of this same pizza hut says they will not honor Pizza Hut's promotional deals and that they have a "monopoly." I say Pizza Hut needs to deal with this man -- in my opinion he does not deserve to represent himself as Pizza Hut if he is going to treat potential customers so rudely. read more
