Order from Canyon a lot really quick dinner when needed I will be happy when you get delivery drivers and quit using door dash

So two weeks ago I placed an order here, gave the exact delivery address. They delivered 1 hour late after I had to call them to tell them it was "Jarrett hall" even know the address I gave them was for Jarrett hall. Pizza was cold and hard as a rock Today I place an order there and put Jarrett hall in the comments, I get a phone call that I didn't recognized that I missed. Tried calling it back and there was no answer. I called Pizza Hut and they said oh they probably want to know what building you're at *face palm* so I told them again. I go out front and stand their for 25 minutes and nothing, so I call and they says "driver said nobody was waiting, you didn't answer so she came back" I said I was literally on the phone with you and told you I had a missed call. So now they are sending the driver back again, and I can pretty much promise you that when the pizza shows up it'll be crap again. The thing is dominoes never messes this up.... ever... And of course the lady that answered the phone blamed me, even know they can't figure out how to use a gps and their app sucks for order tracking. So now I'm waiting for the "driver" to show up so I can take a pic of our pizza which is probably crap again. It's been 10 minutes since I called and she said she would send the driver again, and get this Pizza Hut is two blocks from me. It's now 15 minutes and the driver called Me to say he will be here in 5 minutes..... It's now 35 minutes since I called and guess what pizza is crap again. read more

Pizza Hut - Hard old pizza - Pizza Near Me - Canyon, Texas

We ate here last week because it's one of the few Pizza Huts with a dining room. We were the only customers. We would soon find out why. The server came and brought menus, took our drink and food orders. Advised us if we wanted any sauce or dressing it would cost extra. We could not order any soft drinks because the machine was broken. We saw a buffet table and asked if they have a weekday noon buffet. Was told no, it was not profitable so they discontinued it. We got our pizza, it was good. As we were finishing we saw a school bus drive in. The adults with the bus came in and asked about eating. About 15 students got off the bus and headed into the restaurant. The server told them they could not dine in because the dining room closes at 9:30. I checked my watch it was 8:18. And the restaurant closes at 11Pm on this night. So these 15-20 students plus adults ordered and stood in the parking lot outside waiting on their pizzas. While the restaurant had a large empty dining room with Zero customers, and 1 hour and 10 minutes before the dining area was closed. And over 2 1/2 hours until closing time. it's bizarre to see a restaurant pinch pennies to the point where they stop their buffet, and charge extra for a side order of ranch dressing, but then turn away 20 customers from sitting inside. Someone with a financial stake in this business needs to wake up and realize their low traffic and low repeat customer count is of their own doing. Their help is lazy and turning away customers because it's easier to sell only take out pizza. read more

I'm from out of town and traveled a long ways. All we wanted was decent pizza and this place couldn't even give us semi okay pizza. We got the pizza after a delivery mix up (which happens I totally understand.) delivery girl was super sweet. Got to my room ordered stuffed crust and pasta. The pizza was so bland, had no taste. The stuffed crust I paid extra for was awful. The crust was thin and had no seasoning. The pizza was cold by the time I got to my room. Very disappointed. read more

The staff was super accommodating, we felt very welcomed. We had placed a pick up order and asked if we could eat there and they didn't bat an eye. We were the o my ones there and asked if we could turn the TV up and they let us, which they didn't have to do. Thank you so much! We were traveling through and appreciated the hospitality. I love Pizza Hut! The food there is good! The new staff is nice and very attentive! The delivery drivers get there in a timely manner.

Pizza Hut is usually about the same wherever you go. But not at this one. Our first experience should have been it. We called an order in and the guy on the phone could not understand us. He was not really nice. Seemed to be bothered by having to take an order. We ordered a hamburger pizza, Canadian bacon pizza and a pasta dish for the family. The hamburger might have well been a cheese pizza. There were no toppings. The pasta was chewy and overdone. Our second attempt was that. Only an attempt. We had company over and ordered 4 pizzas. The man on the phone was rude this time. This is in the middle of the day on Sunday (3:30). He tells us the price and says our order will be ready in 2-3 hours. We cancelled the order and went to LaBella who gladly served us up in less than 30 minutes for half the price. I will not eat at this Pizza Hut again. read more

We ordered 3 pizzas Thursday it was $66.00 that is the highest price I have ever seen and then 6 out of 8 of us were sick with bad stomach aches we definitely won't be using them ever again! read more

I don't expect much from Pizza Hut, but this is the worst one I've been to. There were barely any toppings. I'm talking maybe two pieces of meat per slice. It was also cold. Aren't they known for hot pizza? The crust was as tough as the box it came in. If you are new to Canyon or passing through, any other pizza place is a better option! read more

I called to order a couple of pizzas for my family tonight. When I was told my total of $42 and some change I gave my card number. When I got of the phone I routinely checked my account. To my amazement my account was Charged $56.83. I of course called back immediately. I got the same person on the phone that took my order and she confirmed my total of $42. I told her my card had been charged the $56.83. She got her manager and he told me that my total was $46.83. I told him that my card had been charged the for mentioned amount he told me he did not know what was going on(basically to bad). I told him again that I was over charged and he did not care. After telling him that I was going to file a complaint, he told me he wasn't going to be threatened that my order was canceled. Then hung up on me. I called back asking for the DM's phone number and he told me they did not have it and hung up again. I would recommend that every one stay away from this Pizza Hut. read more

Got food poisoning that lasted 3 days. It was wonderful I'm off stuffed crust pizza for a while sadly

The Canyon Pizza has really bumped up their game! I use to drive to Amarillo to get my Pizza fix. Decided to try Canyon's "one more time." The last three visits were spot on. Delicious! Keep up the good work Canyon Pizza Hut!! You need to try it! read more

Worst customer service, this is by far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever experienced. They have been bad for a long time, I keep taking chances with them because I love their pizza and wings. This Pizza Hut delivers inconsistency with quality of food, and inferior customer service. You would be better off taking your chances with any other pizza joint in town, because at least they want your business. read more

Worst pizza I have had .......ever! Ordered on line a "deal". Not much of a deal though - ordered hand tossed and it was almost like thin and undercooked- almost as good as cardboard but not quite! . Delivery person had no cheese or pepper.....again. I think ph is saving money by not sending it? Don't think it's the delivery persons fault??? I called to tell the store that I did not tip the driver because they had no cheese. She said "ok". Not too concerned. I Normally would tip the driver anyway but the last two or three times they have had no condiments?!?!? I order maybe once a year - probably won't do Pizza Hut again! Pizza Hut, really? That is the best name they could think of? "Hut...yes, let's go with Hut." It's amazing it's as big of a chain as it is. Okay honesty note: this is for my family back home- don't eat here! I don't care if they have a cool new building with a giant salad bar. You have so many better options than cheap pizza dripping in grease and their new pastas that some commercial says tastes like a 5 star restaurant's. Yeah right. Next time you are in the mood for "the Hut" make your way to the grocery store instead and cook your own Boboli at home. You'll thank me later. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered pizza over 2 hours ago. About the time our pizza should have been delivered, we received a phone call saying the driver was in a wreck. Which of course is not good, I told them I was sorry. They asked if they wanted us to have them remake our pizza and they would get it to us within 45 minutes. We agreed. An hour later, it still was not here. I called and asked for an update. They said it was ready but they have not sent it out yet. He asked if we wanted to cancel, I said I guess so, it's been two hours. He then said very hatefully and I quote "I'm very sorry our driver that got in a wreck inconvenienced YOU." He was yelling. This was the "manager." And then he hung up on me. My husband called back and he refused to admit he did any of that and he would not give his name to us. The driver getting in a wreck was very unfortunate and I sure hope they are okay. But that is no way to treat customers. It was hateful, uncalled for and inexcusable, especially since it was supposed to be a manage. read more

Service was slow for buffet, but it was because of a large order and being short staffed. The employees we saw were working hard and had a great attitude. The pizza was good when it came out, and the salad was fresh and delicious. Iced tea was perfect. One of the best I have had out in a long time. Keep up the hard work!! read more

Got here at 5pm, only customer and every table looked like they have never wiped off with a wet towel, very sticky and greasy. No mushrooms, which should be a staple, can't you go get some at a store? I can see why this place is dead, same as it was yesterday. Also employees very loud and not really concerned that there are customers in store. Gave them 2 try's, never again. read more

the delivery never takes more than20mins and the order always comes hot and correct never once had an issue awesome service!

Food was ok. Not bad but just ok. The bathroom was very nasty. Pizza was ok. I prefer Papa John's but this is all we saw.

By far the worst evening in a long time. Took over an hour to get any food. To include a salad. Completely unorganized, pizza had melted chocolate chip on the bottom, ran out of pan pizza, did not have ceasar salad, did not have bread sticks. Did not bring out our complete order. Literally worst service I've ever had. There were 2 tables of customers when we arrived, we waited 20 minutes and no one had taken our drink or food orders. My husband then went to the register and asked for help. 5 minutes later still no service so as we were leaving he said we've been waiting 25 minutes so we're leaving and the waitress gave a smart Alec "sorry" response.
