I thought it was really interesting how the xsmall pizza I ordered was a miss-shaped circle cut out of a larger sized pizza. I came to this conclusion because there was no crust on my pizza and edges were sliced. Not exactly sure what purpose this serves, but it must have taken an extra long time to attend to this detail because it took over an hour to complete. Nice clean bathroom. read more

Terrible First Experience I placed my first order from 575 Pizzeria through DoorDash, and it was a complete disappointment. When I opened the box, the pizza was completely destroyed -- all the toppings had slid off and it looked like it had been carried upside down. I checked my doorbell camera, and it clearly shows the DoorDash driver handled the box properly, so the damage definitely happened at the restaurant before pickup. When I called to let them know, I was told I had to wait for them to "cancel" the order instead of being offered a quick solution or replacement. Very poor quality control and customer service. Delicious!!! We stopped here while traveling through town. The main reason we picked 575 is because they had vegan cheese. Family got cheese bread, cheese pizza and the buffalo chicken pizza and they ate every piece. I made my own pizza with vegan cheese and veggies. We have been coming here on our way back from Colorado for over 8 years. Several times a year. U look forward to coming here Tonight was the first time we have been disappointed The food was good once it arrived. My husbands pizza was cold due to sitting in the window. Our kids food never arrived. Our waitress disappeared The kitchen staff was distracted by a female cook that was more interested in dancing and goofing off than preparing food. We were here for lunch on Friday. The staff was friendly and took our drink order which were fine. The pizza however was very poorly made. A simple pepperoni with onions and mushrooms. If I did not know what I ordered I would have thought it was a pepperoni only pizza as the other two items were basically nonexistent. This is an absolute gem of a local pizza spot. I stopped in tonight for dinner and feel in love with it. First, the food and service were fantastic. The pizza was great and the service as attentive, helpful and polite. Something else that I loved was their setup. They have plenty of traditional seating but if that's not your jam they also have a bar. And at that bar they have a solid drink selection and several TVs. I feel like this would be a great spot to eat some pizza, drink some beer and watch a game. Don't be fooled by the rather lackluster, nondescript exterior. It is absolutely worth a visit. The pizza here is solid, but a couple of things left a sour taste. 1. Slow Service: We arrived at 5:30 PM on a Saturday when it wasn't too busy. Still, it took nearly an hour to get our two large pizzas. That's a long wait for a pizza night! 2. Disrespectful Stance on Military: I was really let down when they refused to show the 250th Army Parade on one of the TVs, calling it "too political." So, yeah. It was SO GOOD we came back again the next day. Hubs did the Bender again and we shared the Cheeseburger and I did a double pepperoni with jalapeño and artichoke. Brayan was our service and again, friendly, great service! If I have died and this is heaven, I'd be 100% ok with that. /////////// Here on vaca, camping at the state park. For a Wednesday mid-day, the place is all outs and the service so far has been outstanding. Starting off with the caprese for an appetizer and two Cesar salads (need some greens!) The pizza menu is EXTENSIVE and if they don't have the combo you want, you can make your own. We're here b/c they offer a cauliflower crust- super happy about that! Three pies coming our way: The Bender: red sauce, mozzarella, Italian sausage, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, bacon The Green Chile Cheeseburger: creamy mustard sauce, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, ground beef, green chiles, red onion, bacon, pickles, lettuce, sliced heirloom tomatoes (+fresh jalapeños) Phoebe: olive oil, Parmesan, chicken, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, fresh basil Ok, apps and salad: typical Cesar, loved the freshly grated Parmesan. The caprese- don't let the multicolored heirloom baby tomatoes throw you- this is a tasty little dish! The signature sun dried tomato balsamic vinaigrette is a perfect compliment! They've doubled up the basil underneath each, which is nice for moving it from the big plate to my small one, but is a tad overwhelming if you eat it all with the mozzarella slab. The brick fired bread wedges that come along side both starters are nothing to write home about (really tough to chew thru). Would definitely order both again. On to the pizzas: The cheeseburger: yes, pizza with lettuce on it sounds weird, but here me out- this is SPOT ON! It really does taste like a cheeseburger, but in pizza form. I just keep coming back to this one! Give it half a moment for the lettuce and tomatoes to warm up and this really IS a flat cheeseburger cut into pizza triangles. Phoebe: it's plain Jane, which is perfect for the flavor combos that she has. It's almost not fair, though, to put her up against the other two powerhouse pizzas we have on the table. Calm, simple, pure. She's a safe haven among the flavor storm. The Bender: it's a meat-extravaganza. Big pieces of bacon, heaping mounds of sausage, crispy almost burnt pepperonis (I'm in heaven with that char!) This is a meat lovers lover right here. No turning back. It is good! Wow, y'all, what a treat! Wish we didn't live double-digit hours away, b/c this place would become our regular haunt. Sarah and Savanah were great (server and bartender). Why does the guy here upon answering the phone always place you on hold for way too long?? Even when not very busy. Pizza is very good here - yummy flavors, toppings plentiful yet balanced, great sauce, never wet or soggy or floppy. I can vouch for both the Bender and Omni pies...But prices are high for what you get. They should lower their price of a small a few bucks, then add a 15" medium size for a reasonable price. One warning - skip their $8 cheese bread. It's basically cheese crackers, with too little cheese and flavor. But their ranch is great. read more

Great pizza! Has homemade pizza sauce I guess, since the marinara was very chunky. But the Double D's Triple Pep was good! Hotter than I thought it'd be, but still good enough to try. If there is a time or a place to get pizza, it'd be whenever a 575 Pizzeria is near. Now, you're going to feel overwhelmed when you first see the menu. It's massive and beautiful and everything you want in pizza exploration. They have some of the coolest combos I've ever seen, but with that your brain and your tastebuds will not know what to choose. Just calm down and ask the staff for help. We had a guy stay on the phone with us for what my husband said was a "ridiculously kind" time. He let us in on a local secret... you can get your pizza half one way and half another way. INSANE, right? My mind was blown, too. We ordered the KAMEHAMEHA and THE RAGE. The asian ginger sauce was popping, while almonds on pizza totally works. When we finished, we wished we would have ordered more. Visited for the first time in awhile. Sat waiting for our pizza for over an hour and someone finally showed up and said our pizza had been given wrong table. Understand stuff happens they said they put a rush on our pizza 25-30 minutes later pizza shows up it was not the way we ordered and wasn't great to be honest and we had to cut it with a butter knife as they didn't cut it before delivering it. This place would have been 5 stars had they not completely forgotten the Italian sausage on my GF Ultimate pizza. We had the gluten free cauliflower crust, which is thin, but holds up well to toppings, and is even crispy! Amazingly done. Very impressed. We also had the one with the Asian sauce with the really funky long name (Hamakea-somethin'?). Pretty good, and decent spice to it. I wanted to also try the Doro, but could only fit so much in my tummy. :) Anyway, we did pickup and the place was packed, so obviously a local fave, which speaks volumes. So from the outside does not look like much but inside is actually nice. Music is playing people are talking so it is very inviting. Had the dream crusher could be a dream catcher beer. Really good beer We had half Omni and Bender, excellent pizza. I have pizza in lots of places and this is now one of my top 10. The pizza had just the right amount of crust not to thick or thin and cooked to be crisp. So if I had to decide it would be the bender but with a side of pickles. The service is great constantly checking on us. Pizza is the bomb. So they brew some of their own brews but they are not that great. Need to get better at it. read more
