Went here for the lunch buffet with my 3 grandkids. They were Super busy and couldn't keep up with the pizzas or beverages. However the only server working was extremely apologetic and was trying her hardest. That made the whole experience better. read more

On hold for 10 mins before I ordered online and just hung up, the person in store answered the phone with an attitude and said "Pizza Hut in Carthage please hold" and never came back. Once we finally got the food it was hot, and the place is truly outdated. How are they still in business? Also the person who helped us at the window. So we decided to go to the pizza hut I haven't been to that location since I was a child I am now 28 I waited 10 minute for the drinks and now for the food I only got pasta and bread sticks after an hour the Lady very nice and polite and kind and said that we didn't have to pay for drinks so we drove to Vass and ate at Valentine's Italian restaurant we had good hot food and had great service and food had a decent time I will never go to that pizza hut again I can understand the version that mini vocals there was only four but they work a lot of people come in behind us I don't know what those situation was we left at they were get their drinks. read more

The worst!!!! The staff is HORRIBLE!!! I left a tip but I should've, left a clue!!! Clearly they have no clue!!! During the dinner buffet, they keep out old hard pizzas. The new pizzas they do put out is basic & bland... I think they should've stayed closed for good. read more

We got here and they told us to sit anywhere we want. We sat and waited for service for 10 minutes. We started seeing people walking out who never got waited on, and we walked out behind them. There were literally 6 other people there to eat, so why on earth did a server not help us? This place needs a face lift, and they need to clean house. read more

Went for lunch buffet, very small only a couple pizzas to choose from. Salad bar had even less options, if you want lettuce and dressing then it's fine. When they finally refilled the pizza bar the customers swarmed the bar like it was the last time they would eat. I doubt we will be going back for the buffet. read more

Worst pizza hut I've ever been to. They should shut this one down for good. There is ALWAYS something wrong with my order..they never put enough cheese on their pizzas even when you order extra cheese which is almost 2 dollars extra..crust is always either burnt or undercooked..the staff is rude..though the manager was nice..the restraint seems unclean and vacant most of the time..my guess is they do a lot if carry out. read more

There are very few options in Carthage so we end up getting pizza from here frequently. I'm giving it two stars because the people who work there are generally pretty friendly and the pizza is exactly what you'd expect from a pizza hut. However, they screw up my order nearly 100% of the time. Usually it's a simple mistake, but how hard is it to take a pizza order. read more
