I had placed an online order in January they messed up one of my pizza's I was told I had a credit placed on my phone number for a medium one to redeem another time. Granted I haven't used it until now I tried to and they said there isn't one and maybe it expired. It would of been nice to know that it expires. Surprised to see a low ranking of this place. I've been struggling to find a good lunch spot in festus but I think I may have found it. This Pizza Hut has a 6 dollar lunch buffet however they charge 1.89 for a drink but still 9 bucks isn't bad for a buffet. The food was fresh and they even had dessert pizza. My wAitress was awesome. Wasn't sure I should order online, but I did anyway. I even called to confirm the time I was going to pick up my carry-out. When I showed up, did they have it ready? Of course not. Were they still cooking it? No. Did they have my order? Yes, but they didn't know how to retrieve it for the computer or maybe the person working didn't know. We came in at dinner time and wanted to try their wings. They are running a promotion for $0.60 a piece. I order a total of fourteen and was quickly correct that they only do orders of 8. This wasn't clear on their signage. When the wings arrived they were well undercooked (I.e. raw). Phil, the greasy haired manager/cook/garbage boy came to the table a complete mess and completely turned the stomachs of all the patrons in attendance. If they are busy don't bother dinning in unless you have lots of time to waste. It took over 40 mins for pizza to arrive and then after all that they got the order wrong. We ate it anyway since I didn't want to wait again. I won't be eating here again and that's unfortunate since the facility is new. I didn't think that this location could get any worse. They have proven me wrong. While the new location is cleaner, the layout is uncomfortable and the service has suffered dramatically. Last time I was in the "manager" was yelling at one of the employees right in front of the whole dining room. That is not the way to manage a restaurant. WEB SITE: I am soooooo disappointed in the PH new website. I cannot browse the menu. I cannot order sausage pizza. There is no way to order additional marinara sauce. We wanted three-cheese stuffed crust. I could not place an order for delivery. When I called, 3-cheese stuffed is not available. When I lived in STL, we ordered on line regularly. This is a grave disappointment! DINE IN: When we visited the new 63019 location, service was horrible; they quit serving bar lunch at 1:00 (some people don't even leave for lunch until after 1) although there was plenty of food remaining on the bar; we saw no less than 3 "tables" leave because they wanted the bar. I have never in my life been so dissatisfied with the service in a restaurant. First off the management and wait staff seem to have not been taught manners or any sort of social skills. I've entered the establishment one time and vowed within the first two minutes to never come back. After noticing that we were waiting to be seated the manager just walked away and never came back. We were left standing confused. Now on to the food, any time I have ever eaten Pizza Hut I have become sick so I do not suggest eating it. Second I noticed someone trying to bring in Taco Bell and they yelled at them. One, it is not posted that you cannot bring in outside food. Two, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut often share a building and have a working relationship so what's the problem? Visited on a Friday night at dinner time when the place was very busy. The service was pretty good but a little slow, but we didn't mind because they were really busy and there were a lot of people to cater to. We got a medium pepperoni pizza, order of breadsticks, and mild boneless chicken wings. All of them were cooked great and fresh and we got a deal where they were all only five dollars a piece. So my four person family ate dinner for $18 total. I did read some of the other reviews and I will admit on the last 2 to 3 times I've been to this restaurant they have very poor service. We went there for my daughter's birthday last year and waited an hour and a half for our pizza and then didn't even get all the pizzas that we ordered so not everybody got to eat at the same time. The manager did nothing to reimburse us or make it right to say that so we were pretty irritated with it. That being said today's visit was pretty outstanding wiring and I will give them for stars for now. read more

We decided to give our local Pizza Hut a try since it is now located in a brand new building. We ordered two pizzas. One was great. The other one, a pan pizza was way under cooked. It was like eating raw dough in the middle. It was actually so bad that I complained on Pizza Hut's website. I got an earnest 'sorry, let us make it up to you' and a personal email from the district manager that is over the Pizza Hut. The company sent a coupon for a free pizza to be honored at the Crystal City store. Long story short, after waiting for nearly fifteen minutes, the store manager refused to honor the coupon. took my kids there tonight while my wife is out of town, and just line the few times we have been there before, it was aweful. had to wait about ten minutes to be seated, after ordering and getting drinks, she took our order and when I ordered the first four things i asked for she said they were all out of it. there truck hadn't come yet she said, it was running a few days late. no problem, however last time we were there and ordered the same thing has happened and said there truck didn't come yet. our waitress was nice but the good was aweful, and took about 45 mins to get our food. we were only ones In the place as well, so they weren't busy at all. a lot of yelling and cussing from the kitchen, and I had my kids and could clearly hear all there conversations. terrible place, terrible good, and terrible service. read more
