Bunch of morons work here. Don't be surprised when your personal pizza takes an hour. Insane how long they take to deal with a normal order

Fast, maybe 12 mins with no one else waiting. There were several ready to eat pizzas available as well. Good tastes great

The arancini were perfectly crispy on the outside with a warm, creamy center. They were topped generously with fresh parmesan and paired with a rich pink sauce that really elevated the flavor--definitely a standout appetizer. The rigatoni with chicken cutlet was just as impressive. The pasta tasted fresh and perfectly cooked, and the chicken cutlet was tender, crispy, and full of flavor. The pink sauce (labeled as spicy vodka) was absolutely delicious--more savory and creamy than spicy, which made it super enjoyable and well-balanced. Overall, everything was cooked beautifully and full of flavor. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend trying both dishes.

If a restaurant is going to add that kind of charge, it should be clearly disclosed upfront before customers order or make reservations. Unfortunately, the experience did not come close to justifying the extra cost. The steaks were badly overcooked, the food was mediocre at best, and there were large flies throughout the restaurant, which made the meal even more unpleasant. I understand that Mother's Day is a busy day for restaurants, but being busy does not give a business a free pass to surprise customers with excessive charges or deliver poor food and service. The 20% surcharge felt unfair and left a very bad impression. I willnot return, and I would strongly recommend that customers check their bill carefully before paying. Would like to give a review on my experience in your establishment. Today was my second time in two…read moredays visiting your restaurant. Last night, my four kids and I came. They went in, stayed in the car. They came back and told me it would be a 30-minute wait, so I said fine. Well, when they notified me the table was ready, I went in for the first time. There were two girls at the desk; they looked at me with blank faces, never greeting me or asking how they could help. I proceeded to tell the young lady that I got a message saying my table was ready. She never looked up. She then told the other girl to seat them at table 5, then said no, seat them at table 3; at this point, there was still no proper acknowledgment, which was very rude. The waiter, a ginger, male had a great personality the whole night. Now, I must say the other problem was the seating; I had a family of four and was seated in a two-sitter booth. Besides that, the food was great, with no complaints on that end. Because of the waiter, I just shrugged off my experience with the front desk. I went next door and purchased some cheesecake for the kids and called it a night. But today I returned and brought my two nephews, so I sent them in to see the wait, and they called me and said a table was ready. They were already seated when I arrived, so I walked in, and at this point, there were four girls at the desk. I said hi, "My two nephews have just been seated." Still, no smile, no "let me take you to them." I mean, not one of these girls took the time to properly address me. The young lady responded and said, "Straight down that way, you'll see them." So, I had to seat myself. At this point, my daughter arrived and came in. She told one of the girls at the desk, "I'm meeting my mother and my two cousins," still with a blank face. So, she called me and said, "Mom, where are you seated?" | had to guide her in. Once again, the waiter was awesome, the food was great, so we wrapped up our lunch. I proceeded to exit, and as I was walking past these same rude girls, I heard one of them say, "Yeah, girl, he's rich." So, I turned around, and three of them were looking at me, one hanging off the desk back turned facing The girls didn't even have the audacity to turn around. I tapped her on her shoulder and asked, "What is your name?" She said, "Jasmine." "Why?" I said, "Thank you," and proceeded towards the door. I went next door and purchased cheesecake, which I walked in and Alicia greeted us with a smile and helped us out very professionally. Now, I'm writing this review because I will not return to your establishment after today's experience. Whoever trained these young ladies needs to put them back through training. At this point, I'm not sure if they realize that they are the first person customers interact with, which could literally make or break the experience the customer has. They should always have a smile on their face and always properly greet each and every customer. I mean, you could walk into Subway, and they would even say, "Welcome to Subway." I've worked in customer service, and they need to understand they are the first face the customer sees. I was shocked at the behavior and personality of your front desk, and that was enough for me to throw in the towel. I will not be returning to your establishment for these reasons, not because of the food, not because of the waiters, but because of the faces you have at your front desk, which is not welcoming an very rude

My wife and I came to this restaurant because we looked online at the menu and there were 2 items I…read morewas very interested in: The tempura cauliflower and the chicken cordon bleu. We get there, and asked if we have a reservation...uh oh....it was Valentines Weekend, but they did find a table for us. Then we get a waiter who I believe was the busboy to help out and we are told right off the bat that the tempura cauliflower AND the cordon bleu were sold out. Well, damn... this is not a good start. I took a look at the menu and I saw a portobello mushroom appetizer that sounded interesting so, we started with that. We then got some garlic bread to munch on while waiting for the appetizer and it was really good. The portobello mushroom sliced, fried, and served with marinara sauce. I have found mushroom appetizers usually very underwhelming and I wasn't expecting anything extraordinary here, but this appetizer was delicious. The mushroom was prepared perfectly and paired so damn good with the marinara. I forgot all about the sold out cauliflower! Since the cordon bleu was off the menu, I saw my good ol' standby, eggplant parmesan on the menu. At $25, I thought it was a bit pricey considering it didn't come with pasta, but I thought, what the hell. I'll give it a go. My wife ordered the Beef bourguignon with rice. They bring our plates to the table, and my jaw literally dropped at the size of the portions. HUGE. The eggplant parmesan looked more like a lasagna and it was topped with cheese and marinara. Cutting to the chase, it was delicious, impossible to finish, and the eggplant was tender and breaded just right. That portion of eggplant became 3 more meals for me, and I can eat a lot. Worth every penny of that $25. The beef bourguignon was also delicious and the portion was very large as well. We wished we got it with the pasta instead of the rice, though. The leftovers her meal also provided a couple more meals, and the flavor holds up to reheating. I am going to be coming back to this place to sample more of the menu, because if what we had on our first visit is any indication, I will be getting a great meal no matter what is ordered. The service is a little slow, but everyone was very pleasant and seemed truly happy their food was enjoyed.

Their pasta is fresh and made in house. Very quaint and quiet place. Love it there!

I noticed that the restaurant closed at 4. And we got there to order our food to go at 3:10. I wasn't going to be that person who sat down and made the servers wait for us to leave. We go upfront, and there was an older woman who was on the phone taking an order, looked at us and continued with the phone call. She sounded like she may had been struggling with getting the order placed and figuring out the systems. We waited, no problem. Then I believe one of the other hostess or possibly the bartender came to take our order, had great recommendations, took my info and told us 10-15. Perfect. We then come back, and now the lady who was on the phone, messed up someone's order and didn't give him his change back and was struggling again. Then asked us "what we are here for" and "is this for catering or what". We said we placed the order in the restaurant, and told her my name. She then can't understand who took our order and how they placed it and it would've been nice to know that we didn't call but that we had placed in person.... Again... she looked at us before. As she gives us our bag of food, she blaming us for not telling her we placed the order in person. I would've liked to go back the next day because the food was good but I seriously didn't have the patience to deal with her attitude. The other servers were sweet. Besides her, the food was absolutely delicious. I would HIGHLY recommend the Mighty Cap Mushroom pasta. It was very creamy & had the right amount of mushrooms. My sister tried the Cacio de Pepe and it was very delicious and if you like pepper, that's your pasta! We also tried the eggplant parm and the portion was small but worth it for getting to try it. It was very tasty! Last taste was the beef bolognese. Sooo goood. The food spoke for itself. Delicious.

Good Grief !! Where do I start?! At the beginning, Jim…read more.. OK, so I'm in Hanford, California doing a favor for a friend after a long day working in Los Angeles then driving 3 hours! My options??? Grabbing some snacks at the hotel or taking the spectacular advice of April and Naesha at the front desk of the Fairfield Marriott, my hotel for the night. They also said that the Steak Bites were fantastic. After a quick shower, I took the 5 minute ride to the restaurant. Independent building, fairly nondescript but classy enough. Easy access with plenty of parking. You enter in to a dark, classy Italian restaurant. A large , open dining room straight ahead, and a small (but really cute) bar to the left. I chose eating at the bar, and I'm happy I did. Raquel, the Bartender took care of me with humor, seriousness, smiles, and incredible recommendations. Ordered a nice Zin and started perusing the menu. The nightly "specials" menu looked great, but the regular menu nailed me. Before I could even begin to make decisions, their bread arrived at the table with a small bowl of marinara sauce. Maybe the best I've had... EVER! Raquel was literally describing the recipe after I raved. Should have asked for a copy! Guess I knew then that I was about to be thrilled! I ordered some of the steak bites for the ladies at the hotel, then proceeded, knowing I was about to overeat AND take a feast back with me. Always a Caesar Salad as a starter, asking for it not to be overly saturated and they nailed it. Just a personal preference and this is massively nit picky, but just a hint more anchovy paste. Raquel then steered me to Shrimp Avocado Crostini as an appetizer. It truly left me speechless, and that's virtually impossible (just ask my kids). The perfectly toasted Crostini's, thinly sliced, a smear of the avocado, then a spoonful of heaven! I mean the warm shrimp goulash, salsa, soup... heck, whatever it was, was pure perfection. Limited myself to 3 pieces, about 9 bites, and only consumed about 1/3. For my main course I opted for a chicken dish as I often do. I chose the Spicy Chicken Chipotle with Penne Pasta, Blackened Chicken, bell peppers, edamame, mango... Now as I'm already achieving some pressure on my belt, all just have a couple bites. OOPS!!! Yup, it was THAT good! And it came out hot, as it should, a thing many restaurants miss on. I was confused after my first bite because it was unnaturally sublime! I devoured it!!! Just left enough to add it to the bounty traveling back to the hotel. Truly some of the very best pasta I've had anywhere. So now I'm stuffed and she comes over and says a naughty word, DESSERT! Crème Brûlée Cheesecake sound ok? Sure, I reply. Light, fluffy, not overly sweet, luscious caramel sauce... two perfect bites and into a to go package. The food, 10/10 The Service, 10/10 (Thanks Raquel!) The Atmosphere 9/10 Don't know if I will ever get the opportunity to return, but if I do it would be my honor to have a chance at trying more of the beautiful menu. Bon A-petite' Cheers
