The location is in a strip mall so there is plenty of parking. There are enough seats inside and there was even a large group there when we stopped on. It was very clean and the delicious smells hit you right when you walk in. I had a hard time deciding between pizza and a grinder but settled for a half size (9") Grinder this was plenty of food and served open face. It was the perfect ratio of meat and cheese toppings. The bread was toasted perfectly. My whole group was happy with everything they got. The staff was super friendly and seemed happy to answer any questions. This will definitely be on my return list. Especially since I still want to try the pizza! If you get a chance to try this out I highly encourage it!

When we called to have the mistake corrected, we were told the incorrect pizzas had to be returned before they would replace them. By the time the correct order arrived, our lunch break was already over. We politely asked if the replacement order could simply be delivered the following day since we no longer had time to eat, but the request was refused without any attempt to make the situation right. Mistakes happen--we all understand that. What separates great businesses from the rest is how they respond when those mistakes occur. In this case, the error was not the customer's, yet the inconvenience and lost lunch fell entirely on us. A small gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way in showing that customer satisfaction matters. Because of how this situation was handled, our workplace has decided we will no longer be ordering from this restaurant. This isn't about the pizza itself--it's about customer service, accountability, and treating customers fairly when a business makes a mistake. Hopefully this serves as a reminder that taking care of your customers is always worth more than the cost of one pizza.
