Absolutely appalled! So freaking mad at this Pizza Hut . Walked in and nobody around . Waited at the counter and a lady came out and asked if we were having the buffet , we said NO but eat in . She took our order a medium pepperoni lovers pan pizza , 12 sweet chili wings , cheese bread stick 1/2 order 2 sodas was a whooping $56.00 , NOBODY sat us , nobody waited on us . We go absolutely no service. We filled our own drinks sat ourselves. Everything about this Pizza Hut is horrible! The people that work here , the service ( didn't get any ) all sucked ! People sneezing on the buffet in all ! This Pizza Hut won't last THATS FOR SURE ! read more

I want to start by saying that the food is great! My problem is that the night crew needs more employees. I have been there several times, and there has been one employee trying to work the whole place by himself! Whoever runs the place, needs to hire someone dependable to help the poor guy. I have been a manager before, and this is unacceptable! To let it continue is a management problem. Give the guy a gold star! Someone of authority needs to fix the issue! read more

ordered a pan pizza and got a regular pizza. manager wanted me to bring back my half eaten pizza to correct the situation!!! go to another location, unless you like to wait forever for the wrong order!!! read more

I do not recommend this Pizza Hut location. I was excited to see they were once again offering a Lunch buffet, but my excitement was short lived. Their salad bar was a mess and the choices were extremely limited. It just tasted blah! They did have 6 different kinds of pizza however; all of the pizza was thick crust; they didn't serve any thin crust or pan pizza at all. The pasta covered in marinara sauce looked awful and the bread sticks were limp and soggy. The unsweet tea tasted pretty good, but I didn't visit Pizza Hut for their iced tea. Then, to add insult to injury, I had to pay the bill which; was 14.97! FOR LUNCH. How ridiculous! I'm so disappointed and I will not be back. read more

Called an order in on Christmas Eve on the way from Tulsa to Fort Smith. Paid for extra sauce and cheese on pizzas. There was very little (almost none of either). It was the worst pizza ever. After a few months while reading a review, I realized I had not called the manager, so I called to let them know. Guess what their attitude was...you are just now calling and it occurred Christmas. Their attitude is just as bad as the pizza. I would definitely stay AWAY from this place. read more

Just had a horrible experience here. Carry out took 20 minutes longer than I was told. Then they didn't show me the pizza (that should have tipped me off) when I got the pizza it was burnt. Then they tried to argue with me about it being burnt. There are way too many pizza places in Ft Smith to have to put up with this. Sad because this is the closest to my place. These guys messed up my payment then sent a guy out 20 minutes later to hover over me to "make sure" I would pay after I said I would. I was so upset I offered to give the rest of the pizza back - and then they threatened to call the cops on me! I asked to speak to the district manager and they said they would send her an email and she would contact me as her schedule allowed. I don't even know what to say. I felt threatened, bullied and insulted all at the same time. I'm sure glad I ordered a pizza today. Wow! read more

I always get what i want in a timely manner. It's always hot and fresh and delicious. The delivery people are always nice and friendly. I usually get just pizza but sometimes i will get pasta and it's always good as well. read more

Worst place possible to order delivery, the food is not that great as well. We ordered delivery and they did not even deliver the pizza after 2 calls to them. I gave one star but if you could give no stars that would be a more adequate rank. read more
