I would give a zero star if I could. Ordered pizzas through the app But they now hire a DoorDash driver to deliver. Pizzas were delivered with no notification and no doorbell nothing. They had the pizzas wrong and they were left out in the cold in front of the entrance to the garage. Called the store and the manager took zero responsibility for the delivery or the pizza. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere other than this Pizza Hut. read more

Horrible service, took 45 minutes for a pizza and breadstick for carry out. lady with blue hair was very snotty and rude. Kicked us out for eating while waiting for OTHER food at one of the tables. I waited 2 hours on to have my pizza and cheese bread sticks delivered. When it arrived it was old and not even slightly warm. I am completely disappointed. I have given this Pizza Hut so many chances but every time I go there anymore the quality of the service is poor and the food is NASTY! I can honestly say that Gas City Pizza Hut is not only the absolute worst Pizza Hut I have ever been too but also the worst pizza I have ever had in general. I started to give three stars but because the delivery guy was so nice n thoughtful I gave a 4. We ordered delivery to Motel he was kind enough to bring plates napkins red peppers cheese on his own without being asked. Thank you delivery man. We travel a lot due to construction work and this is rare. The actual worst service that I have ever experienced. We were one of only 2 tables occupied. It took a full hour to get a simple cheese pizza. The waitress literally disappeared - after I went up to get get a check so we could end the pain, we found her outside talking to a group of friends. That's a new one. As people came in for pickup, every single order was not ready and/or wrong. Watched another couple wait 10 minutes to get menus. I saw not a single happy customer. Waited for 5 minutes while employees visited with friends. After seated waited on by girl (Casey I think) seemed annoyed we were bothering her. Bad attitude. Order entree salad while daughters ordered wings. My salad came out first (way too much dressing) and was told their wings would be out shortly. Waited another 20 minutes. Almost every service my family and I have received has been AWFUL. But we continue to order from here because they're the only place in town that will deliver. Anyway, there's been multiple times the wings have had little to no amount of sauce. We've also received a pizza that had no sauce and then another pizza that didn't even have the correct toppings. I will say this much- consistency is a MAJOR issue here. We always order wings for delivery as a family meal each week. Now I will say the Buffalo wings are good, plenty of sauce. As for the other flavors, the amount of sauce leaves alot to be desired. We have ordered the Garlic Parmesan wings on countless occasions only to review e wings with little to no sauce. The pizza is good, but I would say add extra of the sauce and cheese otherwise it's somewhat dry. Also, the $5 menu was taken away, which was a good deal for families on a budget. Bad move. The service inside is somewhat lacking as well. It's as if it's an issue that people come in to eat there, because they take their sweet time greeting guests and getting good orders to guests. Our college floor retreat went camping and some of us wanted late night pizza. This location was near by and still open. Ordered online and the pizza was ready within the expected time. Brought it back to our tent and am currently enjoying it. Very on point and tasty. One thing I would say is maybe include some napkins with the pizzas. Honestly, I wish I could give less than one star. I've had alot of problems in general. The worst problem I've had though is when I called in an order and they said it'd be a whole hour. An hour and a half later I call and ask them what's taking so long and they tell me they never received my order. the last 3 time my family has order from there they have messed up the orders. ordered just a cheese pizza and a meat lovers light on cheese . the meat lovers had more cheese on it than the cheese pizza. told them it was light cheese do to kids lactose intolerance. so they remade it and it came out with no cheese and little sauce..my advice go else where. read more

I ordered a couple of pizzas for carry out. One was incorrect but they caught the mistake themselves and had an additional pizza in the oven when I arrived to correct the issue. That's ok, stuff happens. But while waiting at the cash register area for a few minutes I noticed very sloppy practices in the kitchen. No one was wearing hair nets or even a hat like I see at most pizza huts. The gal cutting pizzas kept touching her hair to get it out of her face. One guy rested his forearm inside a pizza box to reach something and then put someone's food in that box. The guy making the pizza was texting between orders but I'm sure his phone was clean right? A quality shift manager should have been on top of these things but I couldn't identify a manager anyway. My food ended up being good, but I'm a little concerned about returning. If there was an option for no stars, I would have selected it. We ordered two medium pizzas, and proceeded to wait two hours to no avail. Finally, we called the restaurant and their excuse was that they didn't have the right phone number, so the delivery man left, without even making an effort to try and get the correct phone number. At this point, I called the restaurant back to complain about the issue, and they agreed to give us the pizza for free. I was happy to forget about the mistake thanks to theirwillingness to take the charges off; unfortunately, they never ended up even delivering the pizza that they promised to deliver for free, hence the reason for this scathing review. This honestly may be the worst pizza service I have ever encountered. I wish that I could say that I'm surprised, but I have had similar issues like this in the past. My dead grandfather would be rolling in his grave at this joke of an effort, and I would even be willing to bet that he could still deliver this pizza before this piss-poor restaurant could. UPDATE: pizza finally came at 12:30 (4 hours after pizza was ordered) completely the fault of the lady on phone. Deliver man was very apologetic and equally as frustrated.
