I've been satisfied with my orders and customer service. I like that they're open when every one else is closed late at night.

Food was disgusting. Ordered a personal pizza. Practically no crust or sauce and it was stuck to the container. Top was a high globe of something they called cheese.??? I was craving Pizza Hut, brought up by childhood memories. Didn't taste as good I remembered from decades ago. Lol But it's fast food, $10 for a whole pizza, I have no expectations. I am grateful they have a location here for a quick meal because there isn't much food in this area. The service can be improved. The guy working there is doing his job but lacked sincerity and enthusiasm. I get it. But bringing better service may get him more tips. read more

Just go to Dominos, cheaper and they don't skimp on your toppings. Got 3 different toppings of meat and got more cheese than anything. At least Doninos gives you slices of chicken and not these tiny crumbs of chicken and less than 15 pieces of pepperoni, absolutely cheaper out. Horrible customer service. The people at this store do not care about the customers at all, only profit. Do yourself a favor and don't support these people who don't treat you like a human. Really bad delivery service. So please see attached photos. We ordered our food @10 minutes before 8 and decided to start checking our Order status a few more times at 8:20-8:40 after our first initial check to make sure they had a. Recieved our order and b. Begun to prepare it . Pretty simple order and three pizzas and two wings . We order good food, always say $5.00 electronic tip for tax purposes and we tip $5-10 additional cash dollars when people arrive at our home on Mount Scott because my partner and I are so busy that we order Grubhub and OldChicago quite a bit and pizza occasionally . We saw that they 'made' our food for a whole hour which is very strange and when we called , we got a man in his early 20's answer like an arrogant brat saying ' ya thanks for calling Pizza Hut can you please hold' then click ( hold) typically when you ask someone if they can hold . You wait to hear if they surrender and say 'yeah I guess ' or 'sure no problem" or no, I'm someone who has an issue' I was so disgusted by how this boy made me feel I wanted to cancel my order ... truly ..... the ONLY reason I have not , and that I have chose to write this as an attempt to wait a ridiculous amount of time for our food which I can old assume is late because these young kids in these new generation of assumptive fools assumes that we are only tipping $5 and are biased or it's busy but if it's busy, that's when you turn up your phone efforts in an attempt to retain customers - NOT - place them on hold and after 6 mins they decide to hang up and YELP you.. well now you know why.. If any of our items are not at least made well and hot and fresh for this wait we will he updating this yelp with more pictures . We will still tip the drive an additional.. hmm $6 on that $5 so that's $11 and next time Pizza Hut , you place of delicious food - get your kiddos to be happy that they have a job and they can make people's nights - let them know that they do help a lot of people and deserve a Christmas party ! read more

The last 3 times I've ordered they got my order wrong. Yesterday my pizza was completely wrong crust so it didn't even get eaten because my bf hates the crust they gave us. But whatever we did eat made us both instantly sick and with a tummy ache the rest of the night. read more

We're usually happy with the quality of food at Pizza Hut, but after last night, I don't think we'll ever be ordering it again. The pizza arrived cold. It was all slightly burnt. There was very little sauce on the pizza and what was on there was all in the center, leaving like 3" of crust. The crust tasted like cardboard. They didn't flavor the crust on one of the pizzas. The roma tomatoes were this sickly yellow-green color. Why were there burnt to a crisp jalapeños on my pizza? I didn't even order jalapeños. We had a few bites and threw $30 into the trash, tipping the delivery driver $5 to do so. We didn't eat that night, which was fine because it ruined our appetites. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT! We placed an order online for carry out. My fiancé went to pick it up and they wouldn't accept a $100 bill, so he called me to get his card info over the phone as that's the only cash we had on hand. As he was talking to me, he realized that he had Apple Pay on his phone that he could use. He went to use it to pay, and right as he did, this kind man who happen to be in the store at the same time hopped in and put his card in to "pay it forward" and buy our pizza for the night (thank you kind stranger!). Fast forward to a couple hours later, my fiancé gets a notification on his phone of the charge on his Apple Pay. But he had seen the man's payment go through as well. So he calls the store to get a refund, because it just isn't right to have paid for the order twice. Had the kind stranger not paid for it that's fine, but we didn't want him to have paid for nothing cuz we also got charged. The assistant manager was rude on the phone, said she couldn't help/ couldn't give a refund, laughed with the other co worker in the background while my fiancé was on the phone, refused to give her name, and hung up on him. He tried calling back and again asked her name, and was hung up on a second time ! The customer service there has proven to be unhelpful, rude, and extremely unprofessional. We will not be ordering from here again, and based on the fact that there are many negative reviews aside from ours, I'm hoping no one else orders from here either - take it from us. If i could do zero stars, i would. Every time i come to this location my food isn't ready on time. Tonight my order was said to be ready by 6:20. I didn't have a mask so i did curbside pick up. I texted at 6:24 saying i was here. At 630 my boyfriend went in asking what's going on! The guy hadn't even started our order.... I ordered it over an hour ago. He had just started cooking our chicken wings. So now my order will be over 20 minutes late. The workers are lazy and have awful customer service. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! Just got my food 40 minutes late. The girl at the counter was an absolute brat. I will be calling management to make the complaint. Avoid this location at all costs. It should be shut down read more

Wow order a couple pizzas for carry out and when we arrive no pizzas. So they tell me they can make another order in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I come back in the store and the screen says 15 minutes. "I am sorry we got really busy". You think on a Friday evening?! That's why we called the pizzas in a half an hour early. You would of thought there might have been a discount or a soda for making us wait for over an hour, but no. I get sometimes issues arise but teach your people how to make it right. Don't just throw my order at the bottom of the line after your dispatch sent the pizza order to the wrong store. Random $4.50 for a delivery fee. The Pizza Hut is about a mile from where I was. Then you're expected to tip the driver. You're looking at about a eight dollar delivery fee when that is included. Ordered 4 hours in advance. Needed pizza to be ready for me to pick up at 330. Arrived at 335 and they told me that my order was just coming out of the oven. Very polite lady. She stated that she would bring it out to my car when it's done. She even made sure which car was mine. 40 minutes later and no pizza. I went back inside and they told me again it was just coming out. I waited and 5 minutes later it was in my hands. Didn't leave a tip (which I NEVER not leave a tip). I normally order from another Pizza Hut but that one closes their doors for carry out at 12:00am and this one is open until 1:00am. It was late, around 12:30am and I wanted to do carry out instead. The pizza looked fine when I got it but when I took it home the crust was terribly over cooked. I called the next morning today and the young lady was happy to listen to my complaint and without hesitation said she would refund the money to my card and it would be back within 3-5 business days. Though the pizza was alright, I was very pleased that the young lady on the phone said she could refund me the money straight to my card without me having to go down there again.
