Just not good anymore and staffed by employees that seem to have no special concern for the quality of the food or the diner's experience. I really think the brand needs a complete overhaul or they should just close up shop. There are just too many better options. read more

I call in asking for extra cheese on a medium pizza and informed the person answering the phone last time it wasn't again the same results for 19 dollars I told him about it and he was rude saying he made it himself that's why it's not good and he probably made the first one I don't recommend this Pizza Hut to anybody Dothan Pizza Hut is much better it worth the extra drive. Not a fan of pizzia but in general, but this one is horrible. 7/10 times when you call they put you on hold for 20 minutes, they never can listen to simple instructions either. For example, we order our breadsticks with no parm. Every time, they put it on there. We order extra sauce, never give us sauce. They undercook the pizzia, and can sometimes cannot find customers names under there database. Would not recommend read more

Delivery was the only good thing about our order. Salad looked like it Sat around for weeks, black ends on broccoli, bruised cherry tomatoes and the pickles were grey. I ate there Saturday night an observed a young man wearing sagging jeans with his underwear showing. He kept pulling them up with one hand. He was counting money and turned around and went straight and cut and boxed a pizza. A young lady working the cash drawer did the same thing. First of all, the food was pretty awesome. They've re-vamped the menu and the food seems to be less greasy. No complaints about the food whatsoever. My one and only complaint is the service. When you walk in, the podium has a sign that says, "It's our pleasure to seat you." Well, when you wait, the staff just look at you funny. I'm not hard to please but some things just bother me. The pizza we ordered was out to us quickly, but the waitress never filled our glasses until we asked. The girl was as nice as can be, but she was horribly over worked. There were at least 8-10 other families in the restaurant and she was the ONLY waitress. The booth seats are made of wood with no cushion. It can get a bit uncomfortable. Again, the food was great and the waitress was super nice, but only having one waitress wait on an entire restaurant alone is ridiculous and reflects poor management. read more

I ordered two pizzas and chicken alfredo to be picked up at 5:45 online. The drive thru lane was slow. When I got to the window I signed the receipt and the person did not come back to the window. After 5 minutes, now 5:50, I tapped on the window to get someones attention. Someone came over and I asked about my pizza. That person said brusquely that they were busy. I asked him if the three cars behind me might have pizza ready because I wanted to be thoughtful of the other customers. He said that I can pull up and wait for mine. The cars behind me picked up their orders. It is now 6:00 and I decide to go inside to check the status of my order. The same guy, Logan, who is the shift leader looks at me. I ask if they had forgotten my order. He addressed me that no, they didn't forget my order, and they were waiting for my bread sticks that should be out in 7 minutes! I asked if the other food was under a heat lamp. Logan told me that they were not under a heat lamp. I then asked him if they were going to give me any discount for receiving cold pizza and he abruptly told me that he would refund my money. I explained that my family planned on this meal and were expecting it. He told me that I could have him remake everything and it would be an additional 40 minutes, or he could put the pizzas/casserole under a heat lamp while the breadsticks are being made and I could have dried up food, or I could just get refunded the money I had paid. Not once did he apologize for the delay, or speak to me, the customer, with kindness or respect. I told him that I shouldn't be expected to pay full price for cold food. I didn't like any of the choices that he gave me, and honestly who would. I told him that I wanted the money refunded. After he refunded the money, he threw the pizza in the trash and told me that I could purchase food from another vendor in town! I've been ordering weekly from this Pizza Hut in Headland since I moved here and have always been treated nicely with pizza hot and fresh. If I would have been spoken to, and treated appropriately, I would have been able to overlook the extra time needed for their obvious malfunction. It is more expensive to a company to mistreat a customer than do right by the customer and have them for life. There is absolutely no reason to attempt to order pizza from this Pizza Hut again. I'll do what Logan recommended and go to somewhere else! read more

Very good if you catch them on the right night. However that is not always the case. More often than not they have gotten my orders wrong and even left a whole pizza out of the order. The worst part is the wait can be very long and you might have a messed up order. If you order by phone be very clear and emphatic and just hope for the best is all I can say. On the other hand when they get it right it is good like most Pizza Huts, which is an all around great pizza chain! It is very hit and miss, and I have seen no signs of improvement. I really hope they will improve though because I would like to get food here more often, but fear a wrong order every time I go. read more

It's horrible that you place a delivery order and never get it after 2 calls there and they can't get our address or phone number right!
