Terrible Experience with Pizza Hut and DoorDash I recently placed a delivery order from Pizza Hut, completely unaware that they now use DoorDash. If I had known, I would never have ordered. The experience was absolutely frustrating and disappointing, especially as I was extremely sick and relying on my order to be correct. The order I placed included a 2-liter drink that was not delivered. When I called the Pizza Hut location, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of offering to fix their mistake promptly, they tried to give me a $10 credit for my next order, which I did not want. I explained that I needed my drink as I couldn't leave the house due to my condition. After practically begging for them to resolve the issue, the staff member rudely told me that DoorDash drivers "cannot carry drinks" (which makes no sense since it was part of my order) and begrudgingly agreed to have someone from the store deliver the drink. The customer service at this location was awful. The staff showed no empathy and seemed annoyed that I expected them to make things right. This experience has completely ruined my trust in Pizza Hut. They've outsourced delivery to DoorDash, and as a result, their service has deteriorated significantly. If you want a reliable and respectful experience, avoid this franchise. Cannot recommend this business! Lacking in every way except the heat-it did arrive hot! Rather a skimpy pizza for a large stuffed crust, little sauce, flavor and definitely not cheesy! Stuffed crust-mainly crust, sauce underwhelming, cheese, well there was a some but not much. Reminded me of one step above frozen but at 4x the price. Just a dry, hard and flat pizza... I ordered contactless delivery and the pizza was delivered super fast and the guy wore a mask and put the pizza on my doormat and left. Pretty cool! I liked the Hawaiian chicken better than the veggie. They were both pretty good and super filling. My 2 kids and I could have just gotten 1 medium with the sides. I have filed a formal complaint against this location.. They processed my card and never delivered my pizza when calling the location I asked to talk to a manager and got a guy (Kid) by the name of Ori who was rude, condescending, combative & lacked basic knowledge who also hung up on me not once but twice he even went as far to call me names.. I have contacted corporate this is not only unethical as a business but just flat out wrong. I will NEVER give them another dime. This location needs to train their employees especially this so called "Manager" to do their job. And not verbally assault their customers. I ordered delivery from the Herriman Pizza Hut. It was fast and the mini pizzas fro my grandkids were great. The breadsticks were great. But my medium pizza was soggy. I ordered the garlic Parmesan sauce. They put all the toppings on then poured the sauce all over the top until it flooded it. The sauce even ran off the side. I'm very surprised that the workers seriously let that pizza out the door. I thought they quality check each pizza. The entire order with tip and tax was almost $71. Expensive for 3 little girls and myself and my pizza wasn't very good. I'll try them again because this was unusual. read more

Second time I have now gotten really poorly made pizza from this location. Last time they made my pizza incorrectly and sent a thin crust that was like cardboard. I ordered the original crust. This time got a meat lovers with their garlic pizza sauce, it was terrible. The pizza was not cooked and the crust was soggy. The garlic sauce was like a curdled consistency and full of salt. We ordered $60 worth of food tonight and I ordered eight marinara sauces to go with all the breadsticks and marinara is so watered down that it leaked out of its cup all over the breadsticks and pasta. The breadsticks are super squishy and soggy, the pasta is ruined and when I called the kid told me "well we do water down our marinara, that's just how it's made" It's tasteless and flavorless and pink it's not even the color marina should be. The kid told me he would give me a whopping $10 credit for a $60 order that was ruined. I will transfer the credit to another location and I will never use them again. read more

Ordered from them and they forgot 1 pizza and an order of fries for delivery. When I called to get them to replace the items the manager refused and actually said this "we've already made our quota for the night" but offered a refund that they always offer (this has happened in the past) and never actually processed any refund in the past. When I brought this up to him he said it was my fault for not calling in after the refund never occurred. There really should be a zero star option. read more

It's hard work trying to deliver so many orders out with not as many drivers. The online/app can be a bit tedious, but the people who work here are not to blame. My oh my, this is the first time I have tried the wings from Pizza Hut, I was so disappointed, The wings were dry (over cooked) and they were missing the sauce, After I took the wings and fixed them they were ok, but still really dry! aka overcooked. I just had an order for $40.47 delivered. Two medium pizzas, one Supreme hand toss and one with pepperoni & onions deep dish & one Brownie. By far the worst pizza ever! The crust is disgusting. We ordered two different crusts but they were delivered and they are identical. The pepperoni and onion had light sauce but it's all up at the top. It's just gross, no other words to describe it here on Yelp. There is something very slimy about mine. My husband was equally as disgusted. We hadn't ordered from Pizza Hut in some time. They moved from down the road up to Herrimen so we started ordering from Marco's but wanted to try something new. They are more expensive than Marco's and no comparison in taste and quality. If you didn't have deep dish crust you had my phone number and should have called and asked because my choice would have been thin crust, not hand tossed. This place used to be our go to pizza place, now it's just a joke. They charge extra for EVERYTHING! Most people like the pan crust do what do they do? Charge extra for that. Wow... I did not know you could mess up a Pizza Hut this bad. We order a bunch of pizzas when we moved in, and they screwed up the order and sent us pizzas we didn't even order. They gave us credit, which we were informed when we called to use, had expired. We made the mistake of ordering again anyways. Cold pizza that was the wrong order over an hour later, and we get another store credit. This time we order for a birthday party and it never even shows up. We call the store, frustrated that they screwed up our daughters birthday dinner, and we are told we are rude, our order is cancelled, and they hung up on us.
