We typically don't go to chain restaurants, but we had a larger group and the kids were hungry. We were seated right away. This location gives you a wrist band if you want to have a drink. I'm guessing they've had issues in the past...? We had 8 people so we sat at a large picnic table. The server was great! She was friendly and attentive. The drinks came out slowly - not our server's fault - but not sure why as the place was pretty empty. Food was just so so. The nacho's had toppings, but just that... toppings. We ordered chips and queso to start us off and it was delicious, I felt that they could have filled up the queso a little bit more because we had a bunch of chips left over! Both the wings were very good just a little bit cold you can tell they were sitting for a little bit. How far can Buffalo Wild wings fall before they finally close and do everyone a favor. Their food is good (usually) but every time they have new rules that are absolutely ridiculous. Now I have to show if at the door Ang get a wristband before I even decide if I am going to drink. Another time they would not take cash or credit and insisted on text pay. The servers and host were really nice even though they were really understaffed. The server was very behind on their tables and forget our lemonades so we left without drinks after we got our Togo order. Unfortunately our food wasn't great at all. The fries tasted like they've been sitting for hours and were hard...very unappetizing. The boneless wings looked old and dry. The traditional wings were very fresh, hot and delicious! I have been here numerous times, and decided I just did not like their wings. No matter what flavor I chose. This time I got some ultimate nachos with chicken. And they were so good! Their chips are really thin and super crispy! And with all the other toppings and queso, etc. they are just delicious! I came again today with my son because he loves the boneless chicken wings. We had a great experience Tuesday evening. Our waitress was spot on, I didn't get her name but she was African American with the sweetest disposition. This restaurant has great deals on Thursdays on the boneless wings. We were able to get a deal on Tuesday on the bone in wings. My onion wings and nachos with brisket were good. We asked for a booth and sat in one that would sit 7-8 people. It's so nice to get what you ask for. Thanks to a wonderful hostess. She didn't make us wait until our other 3 guest arrived. So it was the weekend and I was headed to Salt Lake City to attend my cousins wedding. It was fantastic and we all Celebrated rather hard at the wedding. Next thing I know it was night and I was heading back to the hotel. Of course I was starving and on the search for close by restaurants. Lucky me across the street from my hotel was a Bdubs! Personally, I love Bdubs and you can always count on the food. I was with my wife, father and his partner. They actually have never had Bdubs so it was a good experience. We pretty much all got boneless wings with different sauces. I would recommend mango habenero to anyone who loves the spice, Thai Curry for those in-betweeners and Classic Medium for an entry level heat. The wings were pretty darn good and the celery and carrots are a nice add on to help eliminate some heat. It was the first time I've ordered nachos at Bdubs and I don't regret it, they were delicious!!! Of course we had a couple beers also (to be honest I had probably drank enough at this point since the wedding). The waitress was incredibley nice and the service time was speedy. This is by far the worst location in the country. I travel often and have been to many locations throughout the us and this one needs a serious overhaul of the management. Service is slow if you can get a table, went in on Saturday night Oct 14th 6 tables had customers and over 30 people waiting to be seated. The host just said it's a 30-45 min wait. Two managers were "working" in the 45 minutes I waited to sit in the empty bar area neither manager helped a single customer, cleaned a table, took out food or did a single thing. My previous experience here has been the same, slow service, wrong orders, cold food, wing bones on the floor. Save yourself the time to visit a different location!!! read more
