Food is great, but they never get my order correct. My wife loves the green stripe pizza and 75% of the time they run out of ingredients or forget to put half the stuff on there. Got home and the the green stripe didn't have the green sauce or arugula. Then today I went in because I had 3 electronic gift cards I bought from Sams Club. When I paid they told me they don't accept the electronic gift cards. So now what???! Blaze has a build your own pizza concept like a few other restaurants do. My friend enjoyed their meat lovers style pizza and my chicken and veggies pizza wasn't bad. For me the chicken wasn't great and I wouldn't do it again. Additionally, I personally prefer a bit more sauce on my pizza than what was on it. So be mindful about that if you're like me. We didn't have burnt pizzas like other reviews have mentioned but the crust is pretty thin so I'm not surprised that it happens. Overall Blaze was a middle of the road experience for me. I personally have enjoyed MOD Pizza more than Blaze. read more

The pizza is really good and tasty. I made my own pizza and you tell them what toppings you want on the pizza. They put the right amount of ingredients in it. The line went fairly quickly. During covid they put a sticker on the floor to tell you where to stand. That's really helpful and the spacings/distant makes you feel safe standing in line. The front parking was kind of crowded because the neigboring restaurants reserved half the lot, but there are plenty of spaces in the back parking lot. read more

Customer service could use some work, people were getting reprimanded right in front of us instead of acknowledging our presence. It's not hard to go in the back and keep it private. Staff was either super young or super old and the younger ones were actually more competent then the chatty older women One staff member was also loud and obnoxious, ordering her son around to get stuff from the back and take our orders. Another miscalculated our order almost 3 times and we had to run three separate charges. I was a frequent blaze customer growing up in California and moving to Lehi it's been a favorite. I was hoping this location would be great so I could go more since moving to salt lake but I'm not sure if that will happen. Our pizza was charred because it looks like the oven hadn't been scraped out in a while, and a few other customers almost got served raw pizza. We then waited almost 20 min with a fussy baby because they had a small rush and didn't call out names. The whole place was dusty and dirty, I don't think a single table didn't have crumbs but hey only having 3 people on staff I'm sure that's their last worry and it's ok! Bummer! read more

There was a time in my life when all I felt like eating besides popcorn and red wine was the art lover pizza from Blaze. This was in Vegas, where I first tried Blaze Pizza, and today I went to the Utah location for the first time because I wanted some comfort. I tried a build your own, with a spicy red sauce base, Italian sausage, and lots of veggies. It was very yummy and the spicy red sauce really does have a bit of a kick. Of course I got my old friend, the art lover. I always get it with the garlic pesto base and top it off with sea salt and oregano. It never fails me. Something about those red sauce dollops and sweet ricotta gets me every time. I typically don't order desserts from places, but I needed it today, both for my feelings and to meet a minimum for a promo ;) The brownie was delicious, soft and with some lightly crisp pieces here and there, but I thought it'd be bigger LOL Blaze is always good and probably one of my favorite fast pizza places.
