placed an online order and needed to correct the address so I tried to call the store and was connected to a call center that trans me over 9 times before "connecting me to the store" where I was put on hold to speak with a manager. I was connected back to the call center then told the stores phone was out of service. went to the store to pick up my order, it was already sent out for delivery to the wrong address, the store employee was rude and stated their phone has been broke for months. then we got our pizza and it's wrong and we can't call the store to fix it or make it right. read more

I personally never had any issues with this location. The place stays clean, the staff is always nice and the food is always hot, fresh and delicious!! Now I've seen some bad reviews because they don't have a tv, music, table service??, ... Ahhhhhhhh, not sure what Pizza Hut they have been to, but I personally never expected any of those things from a Pizza Hut... I however do agree with the absence of a drink fountain! That would have been nice during my dine in. Other than that... I go to Pizza Hut for the pizza.... their pizza is good!! We ordered a pizza and went to pick it up, the drive thru gave us the wrong pizza, we had already driven all the way home when we found out. We tried calling the restaurant just for them to not be taking calls at the moment and the call just kept getting forwarded to a call center. In the call center I was transferred 5 times , and no one could help me. All I wanted was the pizza that I ordered. My husband takes the pizza back to the restaurant and they remake our order. At this point it was over an hour since we originally placed our order. They said there was nothing they could do but remake our pizza, because it already costed them to remake it. It costed us gas to drive back up to the restaurant for the pizza we ordered originally!! This place is a joke. We will not be going back. Go to papa johns down the street!! read more

I should've listened to the other reviewers but I thought, what the hell... I ordered the Big New Yorker with a well done bake. I did this because I know how I like that style of pizza and it takes longer to make the bottom firm enough and the cheese done right. After I ordered, it was out for delivery in 14 minutes. I thought surely there wasn't enough time for a well done bake. I was right. It got here very quickly so I applaud them for that. It was also stupidly hot... bravo. Upon opening the box I could tell it was not a well done bake, though. When I reached for the first slice, it just ripped so I placed it back. What the fuck. Second slice, the bottom was completely soggy and it also tore. I had to try to figure out which slice I could actually take out of the box that would hold its integrity and I finally found one. Overall it was mediocre and not how the pizza looked on the flyer that was placed in my mailbox. Cheese covered all of the pepperonis, so both the pepperonis could not get a good crisp & there was an insane amount of grease... I'm talking pat down each slice twice and the paper towel is covered. You know what? I really wouldn't mind this level of grease if it was cooked properly because I could just pat it down and hold my pizza like a normal human and enjoy it. Sadly, that was not the case. So, my first slice was a floppy sad mess. I wrapped each remaining piece in tinfoil & put them in the fridge so maybe those pieces could get their shit together... and I'll end up heating them in the oven, again, so they're cooked the way they were supposed to be cooked. Hell, it might be awesome after that but I can't tell yet. I just know if I didn't remove them from the box, pat them down, and individually wrap the slices, half of them would've stuck to the fucking box from how soggy the bottom of the pizza was so I'd end up eating pizza confetti. Overall, if you just want a very fast delivery and don't give a fuck about what's in the box, it's 5 stars. Otherwise, look above. read more

I lived in Hillview for many years and I mean it this Pizza Hut countless times over all those years. I never had an issue with him people are always friendly and nice they have a nice buffet during lunch time that my mother and I went to always thought it was good I started it nice and a good little delivery system at a good carry out window we could just pull your car right up in there and they would hand you your pizzas so I really enjoyed this Pizza Hut it's unfortunate it's got some negative reviews on here I had it probably about a month ago and I didn't have any issues then either so I mean it Pizza Hut number one chain Pizza in America it's not my favorite pizza in the world but it's not terrible I give it 3 out of 5 stars read more

Dont waste your money. They have delivered 2 disappointments in the last 6 weeks. The first was a stuffed crust without cheese. The crust was stuffed, but the staff forgot to put cheese on the pizza! The second was tonight when I waited just over an hour (not bad). When the pizza got here, it was obviously overcooked but cold somehow. Not enough cheese to keep the toppings on. I ordered it with Hut seasoning and was sad to see almost none. The breadstick legitimately had NO seasoning at all, and were as hard as rocks. They could have been crackers. I have never been treated as badly by a business as I was when I called 2 hours after placing a delivery order. I ordered at 5 p.m. I gave them 2 hours thinking they were busy because of the pandemic. I called at 7 and the person gave excuses about being busy and that it might be another 20 minutes. At 8, I called again and for some reason they transferred me to the driver who immediately said in an accusatory voice that she,d delivered my pizza. I said I haven't received it, should I send a picture of the front of the house and she started yelling, said "sorry bout your luck" and hung up on me. Food showed up 35 minutes after the upper limit of the estimated arrival time cold and missing a two liter that was ordered. This location is a mile from our house and it still took 30 minutes from the time they said they were going back to get it. Called the manager and he said this is a privately owned location and they cannot be held to the estimated times given by the corporate website. Worst pizza hut ever. Stopped in on a cold night to check out the newly remodeled location at the request of the family. The remodel looks nice but along with the new remodel comes some strange things that makes this place very unwelcoming. Though there is a large dining area, this is no longer a dine in experience. This is only counter service now. Thin paper menus. No wait staff. There is no soda/fountain machine so you have to buy a bottled drink (even water!) and there are no refills - since it is only bottled. Reminds me of my trips to Europe lol. Seriously though - whoever made that decision should leave the food/restaurant business immediately. I don't visit YUM! Brand restaurants often. Pizza Hut was the only one I'd walk into for the past several years (let's face it, YUM! brands lost touch with reality years ago). But now, this last Yum Brand establishment is crossed off my list. Wow. This location is really bad at execution. They can't seem to deliver a pizza 2 miles away in under 2 hours. When they do, the order is consistently wrong/missing things. I'm 3 for 3 on forgotten sides, or just flat out brought me someone else's pizza. If you ask for a manager on the phone, there never is one, likely explains the problems. Over the past two years this place has drove its self into the ground. It used to be a great establishment don't get me wrong. But lately all my orders have been wrong one way or another. Weather it's the wrong crust or toppings. I thought maybe it was just me ordering wrong. Then when I look at my receipt and see my order is clearly wrong that's not good. There have also been several occasions where this location is out of ingredients. I believe that to be a stocking error. They also take forever to answer the phone are are never polite. I love Pizza Hut but I recommend you either going to a different one or choosing to spend your money elsewhere. Our experience was once again horrible! We placed an order for delivery about 9:30 pm. It said it would be there by 10:50. It was 10 til 12 before it showed up, and it was cold. We had a bad experience like this before and I wrote in about it and nothing was done, no discount, refund, nothing. I decided to give it another chance and then this happens. It is pretty sad and disappointing. I like the food there and now I will be making other food choices. Waiting that long and it being cold was too much.
