One of the worst service experiences I've had in a long time. We walked in around 7:35 and were one of the only tables in there-- closing time posted at 9:00. Ordered drinks and two appetizers. Server had us repeat parts of our orders multiple times-- which is only notable since the appetizers were never rung in and she acted thoroughly confused when we asked, some of our food was wrong, and one persons meal was also never wrung in and took forever to come out. We ended up just boxing it since everyone else was almost done. About half the group enjoyed the food they got. Our entire tables' drinks sat empty so long we had to hunt down someone for refills. Nobody offered any credit for missed apps, late meal, and poor service. Other staff started sweeping around our table while we were eating. Terrible. We arrived at 5 PM and it ended up being a 2 hour and 15 minute ordeal. We were the only ones there minus 2 or 3 two tops. But the only table in our section at the time for sure. Our server was new and tried his best granted although nothing came out correctly or even remotely on time. The manager at the time, Nevada, took over and ran our order from there on out but was less than helpful and frankly rather rude. 3 out of 7 items came out close to correct. The salad had no dressing and the beer cheese tenders had no beer cheese. Everything else came out wrong or missing food. One person at our table never got their food until we decided to just box it up and leave, another person at our table only got half their wings. We asked our server multiple times to speak with Nevada, only for her to walk past our table 3 times, looked directly at us and proceed to walk away and when eventually confronted about the situation was met with hostility. There were tables that had sat down long after us, some of similar size, that had gotten their food way faster than us despite "only having 2 people in the kitchen" Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from this manager. Stopped by to grab a quick dinner to go. We recently moved to Shelby county and were excited about the potential but was highly disappointed with food and service. First I think most of the issue is the to go girl was not trained properly. We tried to order from the menu and she couldn't figure it out so she went to the back and grabbed another employee that helped guide her through so we felt bad and was pretty easy when wording. We made it as simple as we could for her. We order the 37.99 meal and only ordered 2 different sauces instead of 4. We ordered sides and waited patiently at the bar. We noticed that our receipt was a bit over priced when we ordered a 37.99 deal. So after tax should have been about $40 but for some reason it was $50...we tried to ask our girl why and she just said let me go ask but never clarified. Hadn't been here in a while but from what I remember the wings were half the size of what they used to be and the wings barely had any sauce on them. They now charge you 50 cents for whatever sauce you want them tossed in. Heck if you're going to charge for sauce then at least actually sauce the whole wing. With covid the only option was to go, so we expected food to need to be reheated when we got home. We ordered a wing lunch special (menu says you can add 5 more wings but the online portal doesn't have that option) and a lunch buffalo chicken salad. The wings were plain (sauce on the side) and pretty small. With the side this was a smaller lunch, but given that it was $9, no horrible. Nothing mind blowing and it took a long time to get food past when they said it'd be ready. My salad is why the low rating. First issue is all of ingredients listed for the salad weren't optional to remove. I didn't want croutons, it wasn't an option to remove so I added it in the name title. Came with them anyway, but that really isn't that big of a deal, not the person's fault it wasn't an option. The size of my salad was laughably small, in a side sized container. I wish I was exaggerating, but it was a single small tender with what is listed as "assorted greens" which was just ice burg. I am not kidding 4 small slices of cucumber and a tablespoon of diced up carrots. I could fit the entire salad in my hand. It would have made an okay side salad, but it was $9 before taxes and tip. I called and spoke with a manager and explained (and offered a picture before I wanted her to be able to see) and she offered to send me "something to make up for it" in the mail or remake. When I order buffalo wings that are medium hot and they show up with no sauce at all just a Touch of Buffalo flavor I'm not a happy football fan! The ranch and blue cheese are absolutely awful! I should start by saying I have been to this location 20-25 times so far since their grand opening, the first being on grand opening night for takeout and several dine in trips once restrictions had eased. The number of times I've been makes this review a bit challenging to give a specific "star" as I've had anywhere from a 2 star to a 5 star experience but I'll do my best to explain. Since they their grand opening was near the beginning of Covid-19, they have had the difficult task of adapting to those restrictions from day one. I will say they have handled it better than most restaurants I've visited which is why I try to keep coming back and support them. The food selections are far and above better than your typical wing places as you have the option to make anything grilled, even the boneless wings or tenders and even the option for cauliflower wings. They have a better than average selection of flavors with several dry rubs and garlic based options outside your standard BBQ/Buffalo choices. Once you grab a flavor choice, you can even had a heat level to it if you want to up the spicy level a bit. I have had several other dishes many times and they rarely disappoint. Fish and chips seem to be cooked a little too long pretty consistently, but even then it's still decent. Hands down the highlight food for me is the pretzel bites and queso or the ranchero tots, both of which are appetizers and both are absolutely to die for. I don't always get appetizers at restaurants, but I do here. The service is where things have been a bit up and down for me at times. Carry out has always been as good as it can get in a takeout tray, with orders always accurate and on time. In place dining has been challenging because of Covid restrictions constantly changing, but they have mostly adapted well. The one exception is on a night where restrictions were about to get tighter and they had $1 draft beer to drain the taps. That night we called ahead and were allowed to place our name on a list that estimated a 15 minute wait for our party of 4. We arrived and about 20 or 25 minutes in checked and were told we had a 30 min wait still, which was mildly annoying but I could understand, they were busy. We proceeded to wait and check in each time our wait was supposed to be up until it was about 2 hours in and we decided for one final update before leaving. They finally were cleaning us a table and we made our way to a seat where we sat for about 15 mins before having to get up and request a server. Now I will admit this place was crazy busy, and much of the problem stemmed from people not getting up or sitting by themselves at a four top. With that said I still have a few issues with accepting that. There were at least 3-4 tables that had people sitting at them for an hour or more that literally got up and went to another table once it was finally time for them to go to their permanent seating. This would make sense if there were seating restrictions or limited servers available, but the moment they went to their table, another party was seated and served. The app is highly recommended as it makes ordering and earning rewards a breeze. The last thing I will note is that whoever the manager or GM is there, his name slips me, is fantastic. He always checks that everything is going well and makes it a point to chat for a few rather than just "checking a box" that he checked on you. I can't really recall a time and if so only once that he did not make an appearance at our table. He absolutely deserves some kudos, and maybe a day off or two because he always seems to be around. read more

The atmosphere was ok, the service was good but I witnessed a disgraceful scene when I saw (from my opinion) was a manager (female) speak in a very unprofessional way to an employee.
