I ordered chicken wings and frys , it all tasted like FISH, apparently they fry everything in the same grease!! That is just nasty . I wonder if they realize some people are extremely allergic to seafood . I'm am not but there was nothing on the menu saying that shrimp and chicken/frys are fried in the same grease! read more

I get it that it gets slow on a Monday night, and you don't want to keep a kitchen staff. "Kitchen closed at 9:00". Unfortunately, that has been the trend for all the other Beef O'Brady's that have all gone out of business. That is what is going to happen with this location if you're closing the kitchen at 9:00 . I know this is the last time I bother coming by when I'm passing through the area. I predict this location will be out of business by December 2024 unless an owner gets very motivated and makes a major change. read more

My husband and I ordered fish and chips. The fish was cold (like not cooked) and when the manager came over wanted to argue and she said they check the temperature on each order. I don't care if we were wrong, which we wasn't you still should not argue with a customer. I told her it was like ice in the middle but she still wanted to argue and insist there wasn't anything wrong with it. read more

When you go to Beefs...you go to see the best bartender around, Julie Tilley!! She is a staple at Beefs and frankly I think she's a rock star for ensuring the best service with a huge smile. I mean look at this picture of us taking a shot as Julie joins in the fun. We absolutely love her. As for the food it's on point, reasonably priced and tasty. Best sports bar around. read more

Stopped in one day with the family after visiting the local peddlers mall. Nice cold air greeted us when we walked in on a scorching hot day. Several other family inside but it wasn't packed. Our server was very friendly and did a great job. The sampler was good. My son got a kids meal but took it to go. Only because he's 10 and no other reason!! I want to go with 2 1/2 stars.......... As I read the other reviews we had the same issues. We were seated at our table approx 5:30 pm for dinner. There was already a party of 6 and a party of 2 eating. Our waiter was right there with menus and taking our drink orders. We ordered ice tea"s. Our ice tea"s came out and we proceeded to order........ Here is where it started to go down hill. Items we tried to order were not in the kitchen yet. What??? They were NEW menus so some of the stuff on the menu they didn't have yet. Hmmmm, ok. Anyway, we found something to order so our order was placed While waiting for our food it was nearly impossible to get ice tea refills. (they were not busy). When our food came out my onion rings were cold and my steak and cheese sandwich was ok. Not bad but not great. (see pic of my food). My wife had fish and Cole slaw and her slaw tasted bad. She let our waiter know and he said there was nothing he could do about it once it was put on the table..... WHAT???? Yes, that's what he said!!!! Then he walked away. She wasn't offered a new slaw or something to replace it...... Nothing at all........... She will write her own review and I doubt if she goes 2 1/2 stars. I've come to the conclusion that this place isn't a place to just go eat dinner. But if your looking for a place to go watch a ball game and have a few beers this would be the place. There must be at least 30 tv's in there. Was really hoping this place would work out. Who knows, maybe it was just a bad waiter!! read more

So very disappointed. Went for an evening out with my family. They apparently had brand new menus but did not have some of the items available. I ordered the fish and chips. The fish was like skinny little sticks and was more batter than fish. The batter was fairly bland and had no real flavor. My fries were lukewarm and the coleslaw was downright nasty! It tasted like it was very old. When I mentioned it to the waiter he just said he couldn't take it back once it was on the table. No apologies and no offer to get me fresh, or get a different side. This place is an absolute sloppy joke. Today will be the last time I will ever go to this establishment and give them my money. The picture I attached is why I will never come back to a beef 'o' Brady....They left the wax paper on the cheese cooked and served this to my husband. We drove the food all the way back up to the store and they refused to refund the money. I cannot believe such inconsideration and service from this restaurant. It was as if we were the starter customer for our server. It was 230 in the afternoon and she seemed as if she was out of it. We were promised refills several times and then she would walk toward our table and say oh yea I forgot your refills. The first time, it was understandable but it became annoying. Also, once when she was refilling our sweet tea she spilled on our table. The food was good, just disappointed in the service as we could all tell at the table it was definitely something she was in control of. We had a sampler appetizer and fries along with three different choices of classic wings. Mild, hot and garlic Parmesan. I love the garlic parm the best!!!! read more

I wasn't overly impressed with Beef O Brady's. Not just my last visit but also the several visits before. The quality of food for the price that you pay is not comparable. It seems like basic bar food but you are paying for something gourmet. It doesn't taste terrible but should not cost as much as it does. Last time I went they were closing early due to someone else purchasing the restaurant. I hope that they lower their prices or up the quality of their food. read more

On my visit, I had good food, good service, and enjoyed eating outside. The server was friendly and made sure we understood we could swap out any side items (some dishes appeared to come with a specific side item). Good place to eat outside. It's not the most "quaint" as it only provides a view of the parking lot, but it's covered and positioned to catch the evening shade. Personal vegetarian note: Their new Grilled Veggie Bowl is great. Starting with the food, its great. It's pretty typical casual-dining/pub fare but its very good at being what it is. The wings are great and they have a pretty okay selection of flavors to choose from. The prices are pretty fair. The service was okay. One item was forgotten but it was quickly taken care of. When you order to-go they crank it out in a hurry so that experience was fantastic. I have to take them down a couple points for a very mediocre beer selection. For a little sports bar with wings and other great pub food, the tap selection is just bad. You have your staple big American breweries and thats it. Overall I enjoyed this place quite a bit but the beer selection needs some improvement. read more

My husband and I recently ate at this restaurant and we both concluded that we will not be returning to eat at this chain restaurant. The best part of our visit was the service. Both the hostess and our waiter were pleasant. The food was not good in general. We ordered the combo appetizer which came with chicken tenders, mozzarella planks, onion rings and chicken quesadilla. The onion rings was the best item in this appetizer. I ordered the California Turkey melt. The ciabatta bun was cold, the cheese was not melted and the sandwich lacked good flavor. My husband ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries. He only ate half of it because it did not taste good. We were both very disappointed with the meal. Oh my - just went to Beef's by UofL and they charged $8.89 for a Summer Shandy draft tall that was probably 18 ounces. This used to be our go to place before/after baseball games. Won't be back with that ridiculous pricing. read more

We've been eating there for about 3.5 years and we are there 2-3 times per week. We've sampled about all the dishes they offer and have never been disappointed. The servers are all friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu. We like all the servers and Christy was the first one we met . She is one of our favorites. This place is dirty! Chips all over the floor...walked on them 4 times before someone cleaned them up. My bf went to restroom and said it was filthy. Last time I wen to ladies room it was gross. We were watching a basketball game the guys were having a few beers and the waiter tried to run us off by giving us our checks when we weren't done...no one was waiting for a table and we weren't done. So very disappointed. Went for lunch at 1:00. There were people seated at the bar but only 1 table of people in the dining area. We walked in and stood at the please wait here to be seated sign for 5 minutes before the waitress (after stopping to chat with everyone) came over and said sit wherever you like. We sat and ordered waters to drink. She brought the waters and said I'll be right back to take your order. We waited and waited. All the while she was chatting with everyone at the bar. Keep in mind only 1 other table in the dining room was occupied, and that was the table right next to ours. Apparently they had a different waitress because she took care of them and walked away. Our waitress never came back. So after waiting 15 minutes, we were done and walked out. No one even noticed or said anything as we left. Sad! read more

This is my new favorite place to eat. Cheap and good food, great atmosphere and unobtrusive staff. The only downside to this place is finding the perfect wing sauce, which is purely personal preference. This is a great place to hang out with friends and have some good food after work. read more

Ended up here because power was out at the restaurant we wanted to eat at and this place was close. Spinach artichoke dip was not hot. It was garnished with shredded cheese that never melted Chips were hotter than the dip. My boneless wings were very hard, not crispy as stated but hard. Coleslaw had an unusual flavor I couldn't quite place. I was with 2 others and their food was mediocre at best. They had the 4 cheese burger and the appetizer platter. It was like food bought in the frozen section of the store. The cost was over fifty bucks which was WAY overpriced for the food and quality. Terribly disappointing read more
