First off I tried to handle this horrible experience in private but it got worse. I spent $89 on my order and it was incorrect, missing items, and the delivery guy dropped my food in the grass outside. My wings fell outside the box onto the grass and he had the delivery carry box on the grass with the pizzas inside, the sodas were shook up from him falling. My sister-in-law took the order and I called Pizza Hut to fix the issue. We discovered we were missing our cheesy bread sticks and told Pizza Hut to which they asked if we wanted a refund or for them to remake the food. I understand mistakes happen so I still wanted my food and the SAME delivery guy came and dropped off my wings. I had PAID for a 12 piece and only received 11 wings. I called to make them aware I still didn't receive the cheesy bread sticks and I how I was missing my 1 wing, I got put on hold and no one came back to the phone. I hung up and spoke to a "Jen" about a refund... well I decided to eat the pizza and a freaking finger nail was in my pizza. I took a bite and it was a human nail in my food. Placed a order online and when delivered my order was missing my wings. I asked for a pepperoni thin crust with green peppers an onions. The pizza was covered in green peppers and onions and there was no cheese, not much of any sauce no pepperoni in the middle only around the edges. So I ordered 3 pizzas and some wings from these guys that came to $65 and they told me thirty minutes to deliver. An hour later I couldn't get through on their phone so I went to the store. I then call to see what is going on and they claimed I called and changed the address to bath and body works. Their personal pan pizza is the only pizza I have ever liked. I get the peperoni. The packets of parmesan cheese really enhance it as well. The delivery is prompt and the people are nice. no complaints. If you want a pizza, eat there! read more

I have nothing good to say about this place. I've ordered from this place three times. Food is burnt most of the time with parts of the order missing. Most recent I have ordered 3 times and my order was never delivered. They canceled 2 of my orders at one time I ordered here which they failed to contact me to let me know the update. I thought I was doing something wrong all along it's them just being lazy . After waiting almost three damn ours for my order to be delivered the other night which never happened. I called to check on the order. I was then placed on hold for 5 minutes. When the worker returned to the phone she never said why my order wasn't delivered all she asked was would I like to have it sent out . I told her no! Remind you I ordered our food at 8 it was now 10:30 when I reached out. when tracking the order it was supposedly out for delivery at 9:45.
