First timer going here, did a call in order. I like to lay out pros and cons. Ordered 1 x 10" pizza with pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, onions, and bell pepper. Pros: 1. Pizza crust was cooked good, pizza sauce tasted good, the topping were good as well. 2.Didn't take long to have made to order. 3. Decent cheese, wasn't too oily like some small pizza joints use. Cons: this is where the low score comes into play 1. Ordered the smallest pizza. Order came to be just over 15$. They have a "deluxe" for 9.89$ but instead of putting my order in for that, the person on the phone just rung up each topping individually. Deluxe: "Our signature tomato sauce on your choice of pizza crust topped with onions, green peppers, mushrooms, sausage, and pepperoni smothered in mozzarella" 2. Slightly rude over the phone, I had asked what kind of specials do they have, I was told they have a menu online and I could just order from there. So I rephrased my question, to specify what I wanted, and was told they had an "everything but anchovies" pizza. I asked what was included in everything and got a huff and puff. So I proceeded to just list what I wanted.. This is just my first experience, I tell it like it was. I think they are about a dollar over priced, have a decent pizza, may need to hire a bit more professional crew. As I went in, two people were texting on phones, while the other person sitting was looking up car parts online. It's not my business, so my practices would be different, but this is all just my opinion and first glance. We are new in town and wanted some different pizza other than your regular chains. After reading the mixed reviews we still gave this place a chance and let just say my family LOVED it! It's better than your regular papa johns, pizzahut and etc. the pizza and wings had plenty of flavor even tho they gave us the wrong sauce on the wings it was still GOOD. Our wings was not undercooked or burnt they was just right.Lots of cheese on the pizza and plenty of meat. The garlic butter was good also and they wasn't stingy with the butter they gave. If you like your chicken rare and in oily soupy sauce this place is for you. This is the absolute worst experience with any restaurant in my life. Not only were they VERY pushy with tipping the driver, which we intended on doing anyway, our wings were not even NEARLY cooked, the flavoring was just watery and fell right off the Buffalo flavored wings into the soup that the wings were sitting in. They were really off on this day. Placed my order in person. As I placed my order a lady comes to pick up hers and they tell her that the order was given to someone else. I leave and come back to pick up my wings and they tell me that they ran out of wings and are now making mine. Huh? Made no sense but what can I do. We've ordered from them about 4 times now. The first time they were very late, but when I called they apologized and said they only had one driver that night and got a bunch of orders in at once. Okay, things happen. The pizza was decent. The next time, pizza was pretty late again, and half the order was very wrong. One problem was our taco pizza ordered as is minus jalapeños. I put the order in online so there wasn't a misunderstanding. We got a pizza that was only had jalapeños, and it was covered in them. We threw it away. Called, and the manager apologized and said she was the only one there with all trainees and sounded overwhelmed. Okay, we can understand. Another $100 order, but she said if we called in another time she'd remake the 2 pizzas that were wrong. Next time, again late but not terribly and the order wasn't perfect but we still had edible pizza. Last order... I waited past our delivery window then called to check in, took several calls and about 30 min to get an answer. She said again, only one driver (apparently this is just their norm but they use it as an excuse as if it isn't) but he was on his to pick up our pizza then would be to our house. I said so he hasn't even started to deliver it? Then she changed her story and said he was on his way and would be here in 15 min. An hour later, 2 hours after I ordered, I said I made dinner and I just wanted a refund. She never apologized, couldn't have cared less, and said she can't refund the order. The pizza finally made it another 40 minutes later, and by this point it was cold and gross, and again half the order was wrong again! I said we didn't want the pizza, I wanted a refund. The entire order went in the trash. Another $100 of pizza. She said I had to go through the app "or something" to get a refund, she didn't know how it worked. She was a manager. I went through the app, and the restaurant would only offer a $45 discount toward our next order. They refuse to give me a refund. Less than a month later, I decided to try it one more time and do pickup. The code they gave me is invalid. I live in savannah but I was in Hinesville visiting some friends. I decided to pick up a pizza on the way home. That was a mistake I ordered thin crust pizza but Zoner's ignored the request for a thin and gave me a thick crust. I didn't realize the mistake until I was on the road. I should have checked but I was so shocked by how nasty it was and by the Sanitation grade (C) . They refused to issue a refund but said they would remake it but I don't live in hinesville and don't see a reason to drive back to pick up a corrected order in a restaurant that has a C sanitation rating . Look at the other one star reviews. The proof is in the pudding . I don't see how this place is still open . It's also pretty telling that they stopped answering reviews. read more

Ordered a pizza, got a confirmation email and an estimated delivery time. Ordered on Sat 10:30pm. Pizza never came, nobody answered the phone... waiting for the charge to probably hit my card in the morning. I would have ordered from somewhere else if I knew their system wasn't dependable. Instead I got a fake "confirmation" email that forced me to wait for a pizza for over 90 minutes before I realized I had been scammed. At that point nothing else in the area was open. Two Calzones with three tops on each one and a Strawberry Cheesecake roll for $43.61! That is the first kick in the gut. This is to expensive for what you get. Next once I arrived home the chicken wings turn out to be chicken bites with honey mustard sauce on the side, For $12! That is craziness. Next the calzones which each topping is $1. There was a total of maybe three pieces of pepperoni on each calzones. So I guess pepperoni cost .33 cent a piece. Additionally there wasn't much taste to this food. Next the strawberry cheesecake roll is just the same dough that the calzones are made of and there isn't anything special about the taste. Very disappointed in the way this place is managed and the food being cooked. Lastly, I can't confirm this however I was watching the one worker complete my order without gloves on. I placed an online order for delivery at 230pm on a Sunday knowing they open at 3pm. I received an estimated delivery time of 340pm. I ordered a deep dish pepperoni with cheesecake Stromboli. The order arrived at my door at 310pm which was awesome. The pizza looked and smelled amazing however it was just like a regular pizza with super thick crust around the outside. That is definitely not what I would classify as a "deep dish" pizza. Also there was wayyy too much cheese! However, the sauce and taste was amazing. First time eating here. Here are the pros and cons Pros: Friendly when we called and quick to make it. Cons: Thin pizza but super think crust. Way too much cheese and barely any sauce. Ordered a sausage, bacon, and banana pepper pizza our pizza had no bacon. Also ordered wings and they were absolutely disgusting. The meat fell off the bone but not in a good way. We ordered a ex large new York pizza and 30 chicken wings, I told them we had a coupon for the wings 30 wings for $24.99.they said they would not honor it, so I figured when I picked them up I would talk to the manager. He told me because it snowed two days earlier a total of 2 1/2 inches they could not honor it. He said they were running low on wings and would not accept the coupon. By the way, it didn't say on the coupon "only in good weather". He said it came from corporate, so I asked for corporates contact info and was told they don't give out that info, "they don't want to be contacted" that I should tell him and he would relay the message to them at headquarters. This is probably the best pizza option in Hinesville, GA. We ordered a Jumbo pizza with half Meat and half Deluxe. The price is reasonable and good amount of ingredients on the dough. And pizza also tastes good too! But the problem is.. the pizza wasn't fully cooked. The center of pizza was pretty raw. The dough was a little mushy, not bread-y. I am not sure if this only happened to me or it's their way of baking pizza or they simply didn't cook it long enough? I can't tell because I haven't ordered since (not on purpose).
