Had to be the worst service ever... Waited for twenty-five minutes, then had two pizza boxes placed on the counter top for another ten to thirteen minutes. I got up and asked for the rest of the order. The manager named only Tee came to assist me after standing at the counter for another five minutes. She placed the rest of the order in the bag, wasting the sauce. Got home and opened the bag, and had more sauce at the bottom of the bag, than the wings had on them. Ordered three large pizzas at 5:08 pm on a Friday. Estimated delivery time was 30ish minutes. At 5:30 pm I received a text saying my order was on the way with an estimated delivery time of 5:38 pm. By 6:30 pm we still had not received the pizza, so I called and was actually able to reach the store. The person I spoke with stated that my order was now out for delivery and that the order "automatically got bumped," which caused the out for delivery text be sent, and that they had no control over that. She did say it was just made and that they only have one driver, which was the cause of the delay. By 7:00 pm, I still had not received the pizza. The store is 9 minutes away. I tried calling again and got the call center who transferred me to the store. I was on hold for a while and was never able to get a hold of anyone. I ended up reporting the issue to Pizza Hut corporate and they'll be refunding my card. I will not be ordering from here again and I recommend everyone else do the same. This has to be the worst experience I ever had in any pizza ordering i have done in 52 years. My pizza i ordered did not come by the specified time which got me to make a phone call to see if there was a hold up. Unfortunately you get a call service that transfers you to the store but when they do no one picks up. I did this three times. On the second time someone picked up but immediately said can you hold. I said no please I just need a quick...... but before I could even get this out my mouth I was in limbo. I waited over 15 minutes with no response. It just hung up on its own. I called again but same process no one picked up at location. I drive there (4 miuntes away) there are many many people in line exactly the same situation. I inform the lady in the front who obviously gave the excuse she just got there and knows nothing. I request manager. Manager is outside for some reason. 10 miuntes later manager comes to front. Starts to explain in very much detail how there is only one register and if there was two she would be helping...... I am not even sure why this matters. I explain to her that I was here trying to find out about my delivery order which by this point is over 1 hour LATE. I cant even go into how many excuses this lady Maria Casenova gave but none of the even had to do with the delivery process. I will say I am patient to a point. When I tried to call to get a status update I would have been fine. Hanging up and making me go to a store I Specifically ordered delivery for is well past that point. When I told her at this point to just cancel the order, I will go elsewhere, She informed me it would be 3-4 days to get my money back.... I stated excuse me? you never gave me services. As a matter of fact I had to the labor to find out what the hell was going on. When she told me that she was not Pizza Hut, i pointed out that her hat says Pizza Hut on it and she was supposed to be store manager. I explained to her I would be going to regional management to file a complaint. She pointed to the certificates on the wall. My experience this time around was much better (please note I do come here a lot ) just the last time I ordered food from here it was during the day .. I never have problems when I order around dinner time , if your going to order from this location .. I recommend ordering later in the day. Customer service had a stank attitude, she was on the phone with a friend the entire time. I had an online order and when I told her the order name she allegedly couldn't find the food despite it being literally in front of her on the countertop. She was very distracted and not customer service oriented. Order was incomplete and she didn't even mention anything about it until I walked back into the store and asked her about my missing wings, to which she gave a snarky reply. The ONLY reason I will give this one star is because the shift manager (I think that's her position) was desperately trying to keep customers calm. The gist: I placed my online order today at 7:04pm. If you see the picture attached, the order should've been ready in 10-20 mintues. Apparently, they were extremely behind in orders. When we entered at 7:32, we were told by other customers that it would be a 40 minute wait. The manger came out once to promise a $15 credit then disappeared. As customers grumbled, the poor assistant promised they were remaking our orders. That was a lie. As we waited for the manager to come out (which she NEVER did) and refund my account since we paid online, other customers were angrily piling in the store. After we requested a refund, we were then told they were making one since one of them wasn't made yet. By the time we received the order, it was after 8pm. And... 1. The young man making wings was the only one consistently working. 2. The young lady at the counter keep scratching her braids so I prayed she wasn't handling food. Plus her attitude was ugly. With that said I Will NEVER go here again and here's why. I receive emails from bot Pizza Hut and Domino all the time. On May 22, 2017 I received an email coupon from Domino for Large 2 topping for $5.99 which was $2 less that the Pizza Hut email Offer I received on the same day. On the Pizza Hut Coupon In BIG BOLD LETTERS was the following: "DON'T COMPROMISE ON FLAVOR AND QUALITY We will honor the advertised price of any National Pizza Delivery Chain when you bring their coupon offer to our store, if you can't find an equal or better offer on the deals page of our store website." I phoned to verify they would accept the coupon and order taker said they did not honor Domino Coupons. I said the Pizza Hut Ad says you will and I asked to speak to manager. Jaquelyn? was manager and she said NO they do not honor Domino Coupon and large 2 topping would be $7.99. I explained that I order from here when I order pizza because I didn't want to compromise on flavor and quality clearly like your coupon says. I asked for franchise owner # and she gave me the number to a call center which I called from the parking lot. The guy on the other end was aware of Domino Pizza Price Special but was not aware that Pizza Hut Coupon had the "Don't Compromise and honor advertised price" on the ad so I emailed it to him while still on the phone. He put me on hold and after several minutes had another person on the phone and said yes it should be honored and offered me a $5.99 credit. Really?? I've spent over an hour on this thing because of false advertising and you are going to offer me a credit? At this point of my frustration I told them all that I would make sure I let everyone I can know that you refused to honor a PIZZA HUT coupon promise and the $2.00 difference that you refused to honor will cost you much more than that. We tried the new Detroit pizza with the marinara on top and it was very good! However, it took and hour and 40 minutes to get our food delivered (we live 6 minutes from the location). We got a txt message that the food was being delivered 45 minutes after it was ordered, which was fine as this was in line with the time frame they gave us. Then 40 minutes after it was "supposed to be out for delivery", I called and they said, "oh, yea...it hasn't actually gone out for delivery yet, that text message was wrong, but it will be there in 15 minutes." It did show up 15 minutes after that, but it was room temperature. I regret pre-tipping the driver over $5 for late food. Took over 2 hours to get our delivery. I had been trying to call the store multiple times with no luck and was just getting in my car to head over there to ask for a refund when they finally showed up. The pizza was cold so we microwaved the slices. It was just okay... the stuffed crust used to have melted cheese in it back when I was a kid, but now it's just hard cold cheese, and costs $2 more. When you order online they are never even close to the delivery time (my latest order too 1.5 hours for 1 cheese pizza). They must look at the caller ID and match it to an order because when you call to check on an order they don't answer the phone. They lie to you. I asked to speak to the manager. Told the driver of my experience talking to the manager.... turns out he's not the manager. Nice. In the past this location has forgotten items (wings/breadsticks), and has even no-showed us one time (yet still charged our credit card.... got the $ back a few days later). Lesson learned. I received a call from Pizza Hut at 7:37 pm stating that they were out of an item I ordered and asked that I replace it with something else.
