Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut, so this review is all about service, not about food quality. This location is notoriously slow. When you order online they are never even close to the delivery time (my latest order too 1.5 hours for 1 cheese pizza). They must look at the caller ID and match it to an order because when you call to check on an order they don't answer the phone. They lie to you. I asked to speak to the manager. Told the driver of my experience talking to the manager.... turns out he's not the manager. Nice. In the past this location has forgotten items (wings/breadsticks), and has even no-showed us one time (yet still charged our credit card.... got the $ back a few days later). Lesson learned. Wish I could give (0) ZERO stars. Worst delivery service. Ordered a pizza last weekend. After two hours I called to see where my pizza was only to be told they ran out of stuff to make pizza. They did not have the courtesy to call customers to let them know they cancelled our orders. I ordered a pizza again tonight since 7:25 PM it's now 9:25 I'm still waiting and they got my $31 too. AVOID AT ALL COST! POOR SERVICE!! On Feb 8, 2019 I submitted my order at 6:25pm. I received a call from Pizza Hut at 7:37 pm stating that they were out of an item I ordered and asked that I replace it with something else. I figured wow you're just getting to my order, but obliged and provided a substitute item. I was under the impression that I'd have to wait another hour. To my dismay I received a phone call at 8:49pm asking me if I received my Pizza. I answered w a firm NO. The guy on the line proceeds to tell me they delivered the pizza to the wrong house!!!!!! They evidently never have enough staff. Or they just suck. Tonight we ordered at 6:30. The original information placing the order was 50 minutes. The first communication confirming the order after placing the order was an hour and 15 minutes. After an hour and a half we got a notification the order was out for delivery. This is probably the worst Pizza Hut that I have ever been to. I do feel sorry for some of the staff, because it looks like they are making an effort, but most of the people that I have interacted with just don't seem to care. Came in to pick up an order and four employees were in front of the building smoking and bad mouthing other employees. Service is slow, and completely unapologetic for the wait and inconvenience. After waiting an extra 40 minutes from when the pizza should have been ready, the food was disappointing. I will avoid this location in the future. It is worth the drive to go to the one on W. We placed our order online 2 hours before we wanted it delivered. 40 minutes after the scheduled delivery time our food was still not delivered. 3 different employees gave 3 different stories as to where our food was and why it was late. We get a call back at 7:20 stating that they were out of Dr Pepper. I asked what had happened and he said they lost the order. Service was great, ordered online. They called me and informed that they didn't have mozzarella sticks at that time and also didn't have lemon pepper fries. Out of the seasoning, they had cajole n and regular fries. I ordered large pizzas, order was ready in 20 minutes like they stated. They showed me my order before I paid to ensure it was correct. I've always had problems with this location. Ordered online last night, tracker said eta for delivery was 424-430 minutes. 4 hours?!? I tried calling and no one would answer phone, I let it ring while I drove up. There were at least 4 cars waiting for curbside and 5 people waiting to pickup pizza. Walk in and the phone there is ringing and they just ignore it. When someone finally came to the counter they told me it would probably be an hour or more and that they don't have time to answer their phone. Delivery order was to be at my door at 8:40. At 10:00 I tried to call to find out what the problem was - they refused to answer the phone. This location was fast and efficient! We ordered on special, 2 large pizzas any way we wanted with 2 orders of wings. We picked up the food instead of delivery. We're able to feed a family of 8 with food left over. I am very pleased with the customer service and the quality of the food. We asked for extra sauce on one of our pizzas and it was nice and saucy! I'm writing to let Pizza Hut Corp know that this location needs serious attention with training their personnel. We recently moved to a newly built subdivision near this location and called to order a pizza to be delivered. A guy answered the first time we called, told us it would be 90 minutes. We said ok, gave him our phone number and he looked us up. He found our account, but it had our old address in the system so we gave him our new address (which is within 2 miles of our old address). He said they don't deliver to us and gave us the telephone number to the location in Kingwood. We didn't think that was right, but called anyway. The woman at the Kingwood location said this was incorrect (they don't deliver to us) and said the manager simply had to override the address to make it work since it's a new street. We called the FM 1960 location back and got a woman this time. She said they do in fact deliver to us, she just had to make sure the address was entered a certain way - whatever that means. She took our order and told us it would be an hour. That was at 8pm last night. Since the first guy told us 90 minutes, we gave them the extra 1/2 hour, and around 930pm we called to check on our pizza. The woman said the driver called us to get directions because he couldn't find our house. We told her that was absolutely not true, that our phone had been next to us the entire time and no one called or texted. We asked where our pizza was and she said it was there - the driver brought it back. At that point we asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. We asked why no one had called us, but she didn't have an answer for that - just stating again that the driver tried to call us. She said she was sorry and could make another one for us. We asked for a number to the corporate office and she said there wasn't one. When we pressed the issue, saying we could probably get it off of the website, she said there's a customer service line but she didn't have that either and would have to look it up. We said ok, we'd wait for her to do that. When she came back on the phone she apologized again and said she could have a pizza to us in 20 minutes if that would make up for it. By this time we're very hungry, it's getting late and not much else is open so we said ok but to have the driver just call us if he can't find us. She verified the phone number was correct and we hung up and waited again for our pizza. An HOUR later she called and said they couldn't find it and we could come pick it up if we wanted to. Again - NO ONE had called to get directions. We told her no, that we'd gone to get something else and to cancel our order. I've been in the customer service industry for 25+ years and there are SO many things wrong with this as well as even MORE opportunities to make a customer for life. First, the driver could have simply called us and we could have given him simple directions to our home. Instead he lied about it - or she did - either way no one called us. We understand that it's a new street and have given directions to many delivery people, vendors and contractors since we moved in. Second, the manager should have called us when he returned to the store with the pizza. Instead she just ignored the situation and let our pizza sit and get cold, creating a situation where she had to make another one (if they even did that at all). Third, when she promised the pizza the second time in 20 minutes, she should have called to say it's on it's way when the driver left, and BY ALL MEANS should have followed-up to make sure it got here. Instead she once again ignored the situation only to call an hour later. I'm sad to say that this type of service - if not corrected - will keep me from purchasing from your company. At any location. There are too many places to get great food WITH great service to have to worry about dealing with service like this. If you actually read the other reviews, you'll see there's a pattern of bad service. I can only hope that you address it. To the franchise owner of this store, you REALLY need to train the your employees in the art of creating a great customer experience. They aren't doing this for you and will no doubt impact your bottom line - maybe not right away, but over the long term. Read the other yelp reviews and you'll see most of your problems at this location are related to the people and not product. read more

If I could do zero stars I would. Super disappointed. I have been going to Pizza Hut for years over the other pizza deliveries because I like their wings and stuff crust. However, this location is the pits. The last 3 trips my food has been cold and wrong in some capacity. The last time I ordered was on a Friday. I ordered my food at 6:30 on my way home and attempted to call the store at 8:30 and every minute after. They were not accepting calls. Even when I wanted to cancel my order as my card had already been charged. So I drove up their with the four tired children ages 2-10. I arrive around 9 o'clock to find out what was going on with my order in to cancel it so I could take the kids elsewhere to eat they said that they were not taken any deliveries but they could do the order right then and there because of some lack in leader ship and inexperienced cooks (their words.) There was a huge line with people with similar problems. Long story short it's 10:00. My order comes out incomplete and I go home. Now, I'm A patient person and considering the manager had plenty of people at her counter screaming at her I did not feel the need to join in, it wasn't going to get the food made faster. However, once the store realized that they were on able to complete the order they should have started calling customers or at least allowing us to call in to cancel our orders. This was handled very poorly and I will no longer use this company for our weekly pizza services. read more

I worked here for a year and a half. This place is not good upper management does not care about the employees or the customers. I was a manager and I tried to make this place better alot of the customers liked me and could see that i tried. But upper management does not care. Other managers were rude to customers and always got complaint about them but I got fired because I failed food safety because a driver did not wash his hands and folded boxes. I tried talking with the owner to get my job back and he would not even give me 10 mins of his time to talk to other employees face to face to ask if I was someone they should keep at the store. Ordered a medium pizza and asked for it to be well done. It was supposed to take 35 minutes according to the website. It arrives over an hour later though that's okay. I wanted it well done and it can take longer for that so okay. The pizza was raw! You couldn't even pick it up, it was so doughy. We also ordered fries that came as a blob of cold potato. I called in and spoke to the manager. She proceeded to tell me that she was the only one there and couldn't give me any type of estimate as to when we could get a replacement. She said, "we can't move yours to the front of the line. That would cause our system to collapse." I reminded her that I was the one who received the inedible pizza. I ordered a big box for my family tonight and was severely disappointed. It originally stated 45 minute delivery time and 90 minutes later I called to ask where my pizza was. Pizza Huts tracker stated that it was out for delivery 40 minutes after I placed my order so therefore it sat in a car for 50 minutes. Needless to say, soggy, not very warm and the pasta was dried out. Terribly disappointed and tried to call but was only on hold for 10 minutes. Me again. Okay, so I order two pizzas and some sides through the online Pizza Hut app. No problems. I track the progress, this is cool. I see that my order is out for delivery, this too is cool. Then a few minutes later I get a call saying they are out of mozzarella sticks? I said, hey - my order is already out for delivery. The girls says, uh yeah, do you want the regular cheese sticks? I said "what is that?". She says "hold on a minute". Then she comes back on and asks the same question. I ask her what the difference is. She starts to tell me what mozzarella sticks are. I said "I know what those are, I ordered them". She says, uh, hold on a minute. Someone else gets in the phone to tell me that the "regular cheese sticks" are some cheesy bread stuff. She also gave us a refund and told us that there would be a store credit for us next time we ordered. This is the worst Pizza place ever. I used their online service twice within 4 days. I figured they had a bad night so I gave them a second chance. On the first occurrence the delivery never showed up. My family and I waited for 3 hours then went and got something else. We called the place multiple times but they would pic up the line and hang up. The Driver showed up the next day. apologized and gave us the meal free. Three days later I give them another shot. I order the thin crust and some wings online. When I received the confirmation email it stated that the delivery would take 3.5 hours. I immediately call to cancel...again they picked up the phone then they would hang up. The food arrived at 10:30 PM...I ordered at 6:30 PM....NOW BARE IN MIND...I CAN SEE THEIR SIGN FROM MY WINDOW. My house is just around the corner. I sampled the wings and they were fried in old grease which made them inedible. The pizza was cold...thank God our Microwave made it consumable. I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered a few pizzas for delivery for me and my family, the pizza was already paid for and I had set aside some cash for a tip. When the driver arrived he had an aggressive attitude as if I were greatly inconveniencing him. He handed me the pizzas and asked me to sign for them then proceeded to scoff, roll his eyes, and shake his head, walking away before I could even consider giving him a tip. Not that I would want to after how he acted during the transaction. I called the location and spoke to the manager by the name of Taylor and his response was less than accommodating. He asked us to "describe the perpetrator" as if we were reporting a crime and once we gave a description of the driver he proceeded with "I know that guy and he wouldn't do that," followed by "Sometimes people have bad days." After his indecisive attempt at defending the driver's actions he proceeded to devalue and belittle my experience by saying "If that's the worst thing that's happened to you, you will be ok." This is unacceptable customer service and if this is how PizzaHut is choosing to train its staff and run its business I am more than happy to order from somewhere else. We had friends in from out of town and ordered two large pizza's the other night and were told it would take 85 minutes. No problem other than when the pizza arrived it was like it was in the driver's car for 85 minutes. It was cold and dry as dust. You couldn't even pull a slice of Pepperoni off of the pizza, it was welded to the dried out crust. No pizza sauce that I could find, just the most horrible pizza I've ever received from a pizza delivery company. I've purchased from this store in the past and it was OK, nothing spectacular but this was a all time low for the franchise.
