I was injured at pizzahut from no fault of my own. When I told the employee I fell she didn't ask me if I was ok or take a incident report she just brushed off what I said and went on with her evening. To make matters worse the employee lied about the incident even though I have videos that proves she lied nothing has been done. I am so disappointed with their so called tavern Chicago pizza. I tried it first time was acceptable 2nd time worse third time garbage. Thus could have been a decent pizza. But they don't know or don't care how they make it. I ordered extra cheese extra sauce extra sausage. And it was like a cheep domino thin crust pizza. This pizza will not be available much longer if this keeps up. I'm not going to waste 20..00 when I can get Rosati for 25.00 and it's absolutely delicious. Resturant was nearly empty! We were seated quickly & placed our pizza order. By waitress never brought our drinks. Had to flag her down, as she was doing take-out orders & cashiering also. Not enough employees to cover an almost empty restaurant. Kitchen staff brought out pizza in less than 15 minutes, it was hot & looked good. If only they could learn to cut the pizza evenly & all the way through the crust!! Had a hard time getting waitress to bring refills. Had ask twice for to go boxes & bill. read more

One of the worst franchises in the company. Ordered a pizza it arrived ice cold. The dough was old and had a beer taste to it. When I called to complain I was told I would be giving an $18 credit. Upon calling to order again I was informed that they would only credit me with $10.00. I stopped ordering from this franchise 5 years ago. Against my better judgment decided to give them another try. I'm in big trouble right now because I didn't deny this pizza. I just picked up a pizza from this location and my boyfriend is so upset because it looks like crap. It's burnt everywhere and also wasn't what I ordered. I ordered a large thin crust with Canadian bacon and sausage. I got burnt junk that's too hard to eat and regular bacon and burnt sausage. Like this pizza is so brown. Doesn't look appetizing at all. So my man is so upset that I didn't go get another one. We will NOT be back here. I told him we should of ordered from Papa Johns instead. Just called as I have in the past many times and wanted to order delivery. I gave the girl my address and she ask if this was an apartment. I told her it is our house that we own. She says they don't deliver here anymore due to being a bad neighborhood. I haven't a clue in what shes talking about. I will have to tell our HOA president we have a bad neighborhood ! We stopped by and had the buffet. When we first got there, it was pretty empty. But our server told us that everything was going to be re-stocked soon. And it was. Even though there isn't a salad bar like other Pizza Huts, we had the choice of a garden or Cesar salad. The salads brought to us were a good size. We ate plenty of pizza that was all hot and fresh. My husband placed an order because I have been too week to cook. He picked up the pizza's and brought them home. My pizza was an old pizza they tossed in the oven, then plopped cold toppings on mine. When I called, I was very polite but the store manager was so rude, confrontational, made no apologies with no attempt to make the situation right. I don't know if it's all Pizza Huts now or just this one but they don't put enough cheese on their pizza! Both pizzas I got had splotches of cheese and I asked why it didn't have cheese on half the slices and they said it was because the toppings were too big (doesn't make much sense) and when the machine cuts the pizza or something it drags the cheese off. And I only had pepperoni on one pizza and meatballs and peppers on the other. I wanted to tell them if it's the machine causing the cheese to fall off then it should be fixed. But really they just don't put enough cheese. It was like they couldn't do anything to help it but they still want to sell the cheeseless pizzas...it's like you order at your own risk of not getting cheese...i was too tired and hungry to wait for another pizza so I got a credit but I didn't really want a credit because I don't want to go back. Ordered a medium thin n crispy pizza and 16 bone in bbq wings for a delivery. Took about 45 minutes to get here and live 10 minutes from the place. The wings were awesome and cooked good. The pizza on the other hand, was so greasy. And I mean Greasy! It looked like it was dunked into a grease bucket. The bottom was soggy from all the grease and got a little piece of hair in the pizza. (looked like a black eyelash). Our driver was Kathy and she was super sweet and nice. But I'm so disapponted in the pizza! Thin n crispy...wasn't so crispy.
