I don't like leaving bad reviews but this is probably the worst service I've had in my life. Mid day. One lady at the end of the bar on her laptop. So we sit at the bar for a few cocktails. Female bartender never once looked at us or stopped talking to the lady on the computer. It's absolutely dead. We use the bathroom and wait forever. STILL NOTHING. Finally she comes over and we ordered drinks. I wanted dessert but she doesn't even ask if we're eating. So a LENGTHY WHILE LATER I finally get dessert. A sticky dessert. And we never received napkins. Never saw the bartender again to even get napkins, I waited for the bartender to look over but she never stopped talking to the one solo woman. At all. We come here often but today has to be the worst experience that we've ever had here. I ordered a Hero Burger with seasoned fries and got a decent burger but with plain fries. My wife ordered a chicken cheesesteak sandwich with plain fries. She didn't get her fries until she was done with her sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely come back. We were on a trip to Legoland and this place is right next to it. We do have Glory Days where I live, but I generally don't go to chain restaurants. However the street leading up to Legoland is all chains so we decided on this one. Future Christina, this is exactly what your boys will eat. One had a kids chicken tenders and fries, the other b a hotdog with applesauce. I was impressed how much they both ate. Brandon got a burger with Caesar salad. The burger was ok imo, but he liked both. I always eat the boys leftovers so I got a lemon drop martini and a cucumber strawberry martini. Both were delicious and they are cheap. That's the theme of this place, everything was pretty cheap! There are tvs everywhere. Not only did they have the game on but Nickelodeon jr for the kids too. Also I don't know who controls the music but it played Kpop demon hunters which I absolutely loved. Service was quick and friendly. I got to sit outside which was great because the weather was perfect outdoor weather. I loved that all the TVs had something for the adults and kids. Great spot for a lay back dinner. Think sport bar steakhouse. Huge location with indoor and outdoor wall to wall covered with tvs showing all the games and even cartoons. Service was fast and friendly. Everything we had was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. For starters I had a French onion soup and we shared an order of pretzels bites with beer cheese. For dinner we had the t bone with loaded baked potatoes and the ribeye with mash. We also ordered the tender w fries which was great as well. Went there for the first time after seeing an advertisement on Facebook for Thanksgiving dinner. At a price of $17 I thought that was reasonable. The picture shows a decent amount of food for the money if you can stand what is on the plate, No Substituting! You don't like the green beans too bad that's what they brought you. The cranberry sauce was so spicy we couldn't eat it. My wife asked for some extra graveyard and waitress returned with a spoonful of it in a small cup. All I can say is I'm glad I took the risk with trying this place. At that time, the yelp rating wasn't the best. However, there were 6 of us staying at the Hilton behind there and after a long day of driving, I didn't want to go far. We were able to just walk over. Summer took great care of us and was amazing with my three kids. Everything was timely and fresh. I had the GDG'S Crave A' Bowl and all I can say is wow! Fresh, hot, and very tasty. The grilled chicken paired great with it, though salmon is an option, too. I did end up getting mad, though, when I ran out of room. It was soooo good! But leftover options are limited when you're staying at a hotel. My husband had the Glory Burger and inhaled that thing so I'm going to assume he enjoyed it! My sister had the Monte Cristo and while it wasn't bad, it didn't quite do it for her. And my kids were happy enough with chicken and fries (they were super offended that broccoli was listed as the default side but be assured, you can pick something else). And the Shark Attack drinks were a hit, too. The over atmosphere was casual, family-friendly sports bar. With Legoland right across the street, I can confidently say that families and their tired kids will get well taken care of! Most of the time Glory Days has been good but we had to leave before our drinks could even get to the table. We got our menus and sat on the outside patio. A few minutes later a lady sat next to us... no menu. May have been a worker or just someone that just sat down and started smoking next to us. We asked them to please smoke away from us as we are allergic and also had our dog with us on the patio. She replied "I'm over here already". With us being allergic to cigarette smoke or if you are taking your dogs with you, this location is not a good option. There are much better options within minutes that do a better job. read more

And the response to it being our first time there was so kind; the manager sent over an off menu sampler so we could try their big hitters. Loved them all plus everything we ordered. Let's recap the delicious line up: sliders on Kings Hawaiian rolls with a signature sauce that they should just bottle and sell, buffalo chicken dip served with frito scoops, chips with a light spice salsa that will keep you interested but not overwhelmed, soft pretzels with a perfectly warmed beer cheese, and creamy Mac and cheese bites. Twice in a row they have played reindeer games about seating us there despite the area was completely empty. I am very glad that Winter Haven finally has a Glory Days. I have always been a fan of this restaraunt ever since I lived in Tampa. They are the kings of great food/drinks and even better atmosphere. The Winter Haven store killed it! I got the chicken and waffles which was outstanding. My wife got the fish fry, which she loved as well and seemed to be a store favorite. We had some "buffalo cauliflower wings" as an appetizer to start with some very large margaritas. It was a perfect start because they are not too filling but a good sign of the great food that is to come. It's hard to find a place with great quality good, excellent service, and low prices especially these days. There seems to be a TV that covers every square inch of the restaraunt, making me extremely excited to come back for football season - especially because they have happy hour every day, all day, where you can get 6 dollar margaritas along with some very cheap beer. Today I was immediately greeted by one of the two bartenders, and got my beer and a menu very promptly; however, when I am half way through my beer and no one gets back to you. The last few experiences at this location have been pretty bad. I was dining in here and ordering takeout all the time about 7-8 months ago. It was always great. However we have dined in a few times recently and had awful service. Last week we dined in and our server kept disappearing. We had to ask for refills on our sodas multiple times before being refilled (we only asked once.. and the sweet tea refill never came, even 45 minutes later). Tonight was the last straw. We ordered the shrimp appetizer on DoorDash as we have many times before. Normally it comes tossed in ample sauce. Tonight the shrimp were plain with about 1 tablespoon max of the sauce on the side. Instead of tossing it, which wouldn't have coated more than 2-3 shrimp, we dipped lightly in the sauce and ended up having the sauce gone with more than half the shrimp left. We called to find out what happened and they insisted that this was normal. Totally giving up on Glory Days at this point. Super sad because it had so much potential to be great. But it will just be yet another mediocre Legoland area restaurant with subpar service. read more
