They intentionally ripped the part of the receipt off where the survey code was.

This place is terrible. It took forty minutes for them to even begin on my pizza. When I finally received it, it looked like they made the pizza from scraps of ingredients. The marinara looked like they scraped the sides of the can and put a few drops on the pizza. I could see more brown pizza dough than marinara. And they also put absolutely NO CHEESE on the pizza. I ordered three toppings but might as well have only ordered pepperoni because the other two were not even on most slices. The pizza was so off-putting that I handed the rest of it to a homeless person on San Bernardo, and I felt bad for doing it; they prolly threw it away. I usually try to only do pickup orders when I'm in uniform because I'm concerned with how people will handle my food. The staff had on masks and I watched them the entire pizza making process so at least I know they didn't add saliva. Oh and the survey code for reviewing was torn off the receipt, that's why I came to Yelp. ‍

My Ofer was just started! It was supposed to be for pick up at 11. I have to wait til they make the pizzas.

I placed an order online at 9:30 to be picked up at 11. I arrived at 11:10 and they haven't started on my order. There's nobody here. Their excuse is that they have a lot of orders. I ONLY SEE 4! This is unacceptable because it's a pick up order. It's 11:25 and I'm still waiting! This should not be happening. We have a 30 minute lunch at work today and I've spent all of it waiting for my food. I hear their phone ringing off the hook and nobody picks it up. A man walked in 15 minutes ago and just left because they told him to wait. Poor guy.

dirty table that's been there for an hour.

I know my friends liked their food better so it might just have been my dish that was a bit tough. The service was alright, a bit slow, but the workers were nice. The inside is very spacious and cute and the lighting was nice.

We have an international trip coming up in October so we wanted to knock this thing out as quickly as possible. OK, back to the review. Before we left for Laredo, we checked out recent articles for restaurants to check out and things to do. There were quite a few intriguing dining options but less with regards to appealing options for what to do. We checked out the historic district but, teeming multitudes of perfume stores and money exchange places, the area lacked any charm whatsoever. It actually felt like we were in Mexico. When we checked into our hotel, we asked the lady at the front desk for lunch recommendations and things to do. She couldn't recommend anything to see in the area but suggested Palenque Grill for lunch, which was on our list of possibles. Palenque Grill, located just off I-35, is quite spacious. We were seated immediately and served some warm and crispy tortilla chips with various sauces...loved them all but I preferred the spicy salsa while my wife loved the bean dip. My wife ordered the Pechuga de Pollo ($19) and I tried their Puntas de Filete ($21). My wife was surprised at how flavorful the chicken was, although she thought the veggies were overcooked. I liked the flavor of tender beef tips in that savory sauce. Loved the freshly made flour and corn tortillas. All in all, a good lunch option, albeit perhaps not the best value around. Not your typical Tex-Mex. Service was very attentive and friendly. Lunch for 2 came out to just over $55 with tip.
