If only I could get consistent service and food. Waited 17 mins over my pickup time and finally asked what was going on. They lost my order. I politely told them to just cancel my order. As I was getting ready to leave, a girl ran out with my order. This.pic.is.od a.greek salad.with extra lettuce, Tomato, onion, feta, olives, and Cukes . I ended up adding the okives and cut up a tomato to add. I didn't have feta to add, but did add a salonika pepper! Just a plain salad. Tsk tsk. read more

This is based on our last three experiences. We've often ordered from them for the last 10 years as a part of our "pizza and movie" nights. The last few times the pizza has been late (i.e. 45 minutes to an hour AFTER the estimated time). The last time was just it. Apparently they were missing something to complete the order so they canceled it. Of course they didn't tell us they canceled it, so when we called they put us on hold forever. So we drove down there, which apparently they didn't expect. So that's it for them. Pizza hut has been each of our consistent favorite chain restaurant for over 40 years, so it took a lot, but congratulations on breaking us of that habit! read more

Ordered delivery. Pizza arrived 40+ minutes late and cold. Called the next day to let them know -- which is the reasonable, adult thing to do. Was told to calm down by a staff member who was not, themselves, calm. At no point did anyone apologize, offer a solution, or acknowledge that a late cold pizza is a failure on their end and not mine. What I got instead was a lecture in tone management from someone who created the problem. One star is more than this location earned. read more

Ordered pizza around 9 pm as Pizza Hut app would not show location in This town Lewesbury Pa so had to walk in and give order. Person taking order was not really into it and added extra mushrooms on ... breadsticks came out good. Asked for crushed red peppers- they did not have packs so asked me to take from jars on table !! Anyway they were closing and I took pizza to my hotel room to eat .. set up for seating was tables and booths see photos. Yet person who took order was gracious enough to provide sturdy paper plates and plenty of Napkins.. that's what added another star.. read more

Not the best customer service. And pizza is no where near as good as it used to be. We got the Big New Yorker. Half cheese half pepperoni and it was even big. It was six slices. And the ambiance was generally like bleh and depressing. There was not much happiness within the restaurant. Not to mention their salad bar was very basic. Not much to choose from. My overall experience could have been way better. read more

Overpriced. 72 bucks for two pizzas and a bucket of wings. I ordered a large Hawaiian and a medium stuffed crust with peperoni. The wings were honey bbq and a spicy garlic. The spicy garlic were hardly spicy! If u enjoy crispy wings you wont enjoy these. My hawaiian was okay but it tasted like boxed frozen from the supermarket and the stuffed crust was so greasy i had to wipe the bottom off before even attempting to pick it up. And it was still dripping all over. Ruined my tank top! Anyway. The service was good. Delivery was at my hotel within a half hour. Other than that. Im not impressed and wont order again. read more

I order pizza and breadsticks any when I went to the salad bar the bar was old and musty. So I didn't bother getting a salad. It took about a 45 minutes to and hour just to get the breadsticks and then maybe another 25 minutes to get the pizza. read more

Would give no stars if possible. Went in for lunch. The salad bar lettuce was old and wilty. Inedible. The cucumber was translucent, and the croutons were stale. The overall atmosphere was that of a basement. Ripped seats, dirty tables, nasty carpet. The ceiling was discolored and had drywall boards. The sink in the bathroom spit upwards when turned on. Flies.... Despite the salad bar, we stuck around for our pizza. The pizza came and the first bite tasted off. The crust was stale. Further inspection revealed the pineapple topping had gone bad. I spit it out and went to the counter. We paid for our drink and left. No apology, no let me fix it for you. Nada. This place should get checked from the health board. Not suitable for human consumption. People shouldn't be allowed to eat here. read more

We were visiting town for a family event and stayed at a hotel close to this pizza hut. It has a dine-in area which is great (not enough of these kinds of pizza huts left). We ordered bread sticks and pan pizza. Both were greet. The bread sticks were cooked fully, not undercooked like in some other pizza huts I have been to. The pizza was likewise cooked perfectly. The service had no issues. We aren't very demanding, but the waitress was attentive and efficient without being bothersome. It was a very good experience. The only reason I took off a star was because the place could use to be a bit cleaner. A lot of their tables have metal tops, and those ones in particular seemed to need a really good scrubbing. Probably harder to clean those than the polished wood ones, which looked better, but if you choose to install a table top surface of one kind or a other, you have to maintain it, whether it is harder to clean or not. read more

We had excellent service our waitress even gave us a bread sticks for a couple which was very thoughtful took the survey and the breadsticks were free the only downfall of this experience was the desperate need of a remodeling job inside. The bathrooms were atrocious with a hand lock on the door because the door was broke poor management. The booths looked like they were 20 years old very poor condition. But the pizza was excellent so were the breadsticks thumbs up on the food. read more

me and my family decided to hit our local pizza hut in Lewisburg pa. on july 3 2019. I have not been in this pizza hut for over 11yrs the manager of this place has no regards to how to make a good experience. so I decided to try again we will never return again. there was 1 waitress on. there were several dirty tables when we got there. the waitress was doing her best as she could. our bread sticks were very old dry and cold. we ordered 3 med chesse pizza . took way to long to get other tables came in after us got there food before us ask where ours was. she came back told us that it was coming. the 3 med cheese pizza were all burnt. the dough was so tough we could not even get it cut with a knife. it was all pan pizza the taste was bland and you could tell the dough was old it never rasied in the pan. I have been in pizza business for over 30yrs so I now when dough is old. I also have worked at this place back in the 90s and it was never like this or the taste. we even ask the table next to us and they said it was terrable. read more
