This is our go to place when the Steelers aren't on local Tv. This should honestly be considered a Steelers/eagles bar as that is decor. The food is always good and the staff is always friendly. I love the game day menu and beer specials they offer. The fish tacos are pretty spicy (more than we thought when ordering) but the rest of the food is what you would expect. I ordered the chicken sandwich with guacamole bacon and such and it was seriously one of the biggest sandwiches I've ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. It is a great place to watch a game as I saw many dads with their sons and while families rooting for out of market games. I am from western NY near Buffalo. I travel frequently and wings are a monthly treat. I've eaten at many BWW locations and local pubs across NE. I was very impressed with this location for Service (Karen the bartender), cleanliness and order accuracy. I like my wings x-crispy and they were crispy without the over oily taste/texture. If you're in the area and looking for decent wings I'd have to say this BWW will not disappoint. They allow you to pick up to 4 sauces and you have the option of getting all flats or drums. I only chose two sauces the Asian zing and Nashville hot. The Asian Zing has a nice kick to it but the Nashville hot was not hot at all. It needs to be moved down the heat scale. I got plain wings all crispy with just salt but despite being told that my order would take an additional fifteen minutes to get extra crispy they really were not crispy at all and were a complete soggy mess. I also ordered the buffalo chips but I was destined to be disappointed because while this was the only saving grace of my meal a full order seemed to include only about ten chips. I chose bone in wings and a garden salad, my friend chose boneless wings and garden salad. These had to be the saddest wings I have seen. They were under-sauced, overcooked and freezer burnt. Because I was so hungry, I made myself eat them. I should have sent them back but normally when you do that, they still come out the same. My first time at Buffalo Wild Wings. I was pleased to discover that they have other menu choices since I am not a big fan of wings. My grandchildren loved the wings. I had a very good chicken wrap. service started out fine. But after getting our food it slumped. We managed to ask for a box when the check finally came but then waited 15 minutes for the waitress to return to take my card. No box. The biggest problem is that the wall to wall screens are very loud and annoying. Do I really need 9 screens within sight showing only 3 broadcasts? I had asked for the quietest seating. It's a chain joint and chain joints never deserve anything more than 3*. Also, their focal point is wings, so it's not like it takes a tremendous amount of culinary skill or imagination. Think place is a joke. They promote a wing challenge that in itself is a health and safety hazard. No weaver to sign and the wings are served scorching hot. The problem with this is that the waitress tell you that they must be consumed immediately or the challenge is void. I desided to tear the meat off the wings first. Anyway, what I'm trying to say is Caribbean Jerk is phenomenal. Words fail to rise to the occasion. And what sort of scoundrel would I be if I did not sing the praises of the Mango Habañero? I would be quite the scoundrel, as it were. I must warn you though, this flavour incredibly hot! I'll leave the research on the Scoville rating for the boys in the truck, but boy-o, let me tell you. It will get you dancin'! But with that powerful piquancy comes such a rush of incredible sweet and sticky joyousness that gives each bite that perfect amount sassiness that you simply would not find this side of a burlesque house. And speaking of sassiness, let me tell you about the waitress we had, whose name I shall not disclose. She was amazing! She has that tough girl look with the piercings and the tattoos, but she is right on the money with those orders, and she does while looking gooooo-ood! Absolutely the worst service EVER. Stopped in for lunch during lunch time. The restaurant was fairly empty. We were shown to our seats and given menus. No one ever returned to the table to take even our drink orders. After 15 minutes, they seated a table of 8 next to us and immediately started to take their drink order. We got up to leave and no one really cared. I actually had to go back into the restaurant to tell them why we left. The young girl at the front desk was surprised, but clearly could not have cared less that she was losing a customer. Now I know why this restaurant was fairly empty at lunch time. My wife and I ate there today.She had the sampler(4mozzarella sticks,onion rings,chicken nuggets and little nachos) 14 bucks.We got the breaded mushrooms(7 bucks) and I got a chicken wrap and French fries(10 bucks).The mushrooms were awful.I think they were frozen and put in the fries for maybe a minute.
