This Pizza Hut used to be the better one in the area. Orders were consistent and customer service was always fantastic. As of two months ago this place has just become as bad as the other ones in the area. Orders take 25-30 minutes longer than promised, quality isn't good, service is often with an attitude, and the prices just make it not worth it anymore. Pizza Hut just isn't what it used to be. The winner of this review is the driver! Give stars for her (and it was her first day) I went to Pizza Hut's app to order, then suddenly in The middle of my order everything blacked out and would not let me complete the order. (Turns out they ran out of bread sticks. But I didn't know this yet) So I called to order a DINNER BOX, which is ACTIVELY SHOWN AS RECTANGLE on their app even to this day. When I get the pizza it's circle. I called to inquire about this and the manager who answered had an attitude from the beginning! She argued with me about how long they haven't been RECTANGLE and I'm like, but on your website it shows the dinner box (the 15.49 one) as RECTANGLE!!!! Why would I not expect a rectangle pizza when your menu on your app shows it as RECTANGLE???? So I was done with pizza hut!!!! I asked her to get her driver to come back and get the pizza and she said do whatever you want with the pizza I'll just refund you. She was the most rude, argumentative, unprofessional manager I have ever met in my life. See those lovely pizzas with white sauce? Problem is, we ordered one with red and one with white! When I called to see if they could fix their error, the girl on the phone yelled at me, I asked to speak to the manager, the manager yelled at me, called med a liar, and hung up on me. I believe his name was Xavier. When I called back they kept hanging up on me, then blocked my phone number! My husband went to take the pizza back to show it to them, and the rude girl ran her ungloved hands on the exposed pizza, then they gave it back and did not replace it. Never will we ever go back to this place. These people disgrace the name of Pizza Hut by even being employed there. Disgusting. I've had employees add extra money to the tip, forgotten orders, charging me extra for things that were suppose to be apart of the "deal" and now this. Horrible customer service. Management is horrid. Missing part of our carry out order. We weren't driving back in weather. Called and manager couldn't care less..said all she could do is credit my account for what was missing. If you can charge my card without it being present then you can refund my card as well! They could even cancel the credit card charge but no only credit for the next time according to her... I told her we rarely order from them and definitely not going to frequent them now! read more

Found a hair In pizza. The manager was really nice and offered to take it off our bill but we insisted to pay for it knowing we ate half of it. So they gave us a free cookie pizza. But our waitress (Kim I believe her name was) was down right lazy. With me being a server that just drives me crazy. I had to get my own high chair for my daughter. She wouldn't take our plates that were over crowding the table. And had to ask for refills and ask for the bill up at the counter && they were not busy. read more

This experience was a joke. I ordered 2 medium pizzas and a pasta dish. Delivery came 1 hr later than the delivery time quoted to me. When I got it, it was 2 cold medium pizzas obviously that sat on the shelf until room temp, top of all the meat was oxidized and hard. And NO pasta. Driver left, and returned with pasta. No contact from the manager. No offer for refund or even discount. Ridiculous lack of give-a-shit and customer care. RIDICULOUS. The staff here was excellent. We tried the new pizza with the twisted bread stick crust. It was delicious. It was a random stop on a long drive but solid nonetheless. I'd definitely stop again if I'm driving through Lima and have a craving for a slice of pizza. read more

Ordered food at 8:43 pm, wait till 10:36pm still had not arrived, called into store they said they only had one delivery driver, and to be patient. At 11:25pm I proceeded to call back and be told store was closed, was transfered to manager who said my address was wrong, even though in verification email it was correct, and that she didnt have a phone to call my number i had listed. Was told my order was cancelled, with no notification to me. I waited up on a school night and tried to be patient to be screwed over and not even get to have dinner, so now I am hungry, up past the time i should have went to bed and have to go to bed hungry. My family and I stopped here for a quick dinner on our way to Cincinnati from Michigan and we ended up being here for a good hour and a half. When we walked in we were greeted by Courtney. She seemed a little stressed and the phones were ringing. She told us to go ahead and have a seat and she would be with us in just a minute, which she was. My daughter wanted chocolate milk, they were out. We wanted to order stuffed crust pizza and probably 15min after we ordered we were told they're out. As soon as we ordered drinks we also ordered cheese sticks, they took a good 20 plus minutes to get. The entire time we were sitting there, poor Courtney appeared to be the only one doing any work. She was answering phones, serving tables and greeting people at the door. The only thing she wasn't doing was making the food, which whoever was doing wasn't that great at. Called order in at 6:56 and was told our food would be here in 45 mins. Called after an hour and they said it was on the way, knowing the location is literally around the corner from our hotel. It has now been a half hour past the time I called...so we called again stating it has been an hour and a half and the manager said internet time does not reflect the time correctly. We've been here 45 minutes and the whole time all we can hear are the employees in the back complaining, yelling and sexually harassing each other. Granted we are the only people in the dinning room and I get trying to have fun at work but this is ridiculous.
