#08-2021 well, pulled into the pilot truck stop again at middlesboro Kentucky I was hangry wanting something to eat didn't want what was in there wanted some pasta. so I called down to the Pizza hut down the road do you deliver the pilot? they said yes we do. great. put in my order a meaty marinara with the breadsticks wanted the marinara sauce hot a lot of times it's cold please don't forget forks cuz it's hard to eat pasta with your hands. do you want something to drink well not really I'm here at the pilot they got all kinds of stuff in here but she's like well it's for our delivery there's a minimum, she said there's a 12 buck minimum got to have something else added in I said throw on a diet Pepsi. phone girl says it be out there in about 50 minutes to an hour. so I wait............ and I wait....... hour 5 minutes goes by I gave them my phone number as asked they could call when they got there so I called back up and I say hey where's my food this is Kevin down here at the pilot. first thing they say is well your food should have gone out cuz we don't see a ticket for it okay, however we're short drivers and we only have one so they're bundling up orders okay? well this isn't like my hometown where there's neighborhoods, this is like out in the sticks where probably each delivery is who the hell knows how far I think. but the other woman says if it doesn't come in a half hour call back and talk to the manager. so I wait.............. and I wait........... 37 minutes call back say hey this is Kevin the truck driver down here at the pilot how's my food coming I didn't get it in a half hour? they tell me they tried to call numerous times but they couldn't get a hold of anybody I said really? so I said did you call my phone number and I gave it and they said oh it was a different number so she gave me the manager Jason. Jason said one of the other managers was actually making deliveries trying to fill up for the orders okay fine but the problem is it's now been over an hour and a half and I still ain't got my food.. Tummy starting to grumble and I'm starting to GRRR. he said I'll tell you what I'm going to do I'm going to make your food fresh and I'm going to have it come right out you'll be the only one they're going to send it right down we're just down the road. I said I know problem is I can't get my big 18-wheeler in there I already know that I seen it when I drove by. . so he said I'll make you another one into the oven it'll go what did you order again??? so I repeat back a meaty marinara pasta dinner with the breadsticks heat up the marinara sauce please and make sure you have silverware and a diet Pepsi. about 16 minutes later Pizza hut car cruises in food's here great got silverware yep got diet Pepsi yeah looks good to me so put the food up in there open up the box he's long gone gave him a tip cuz he didn't do nothing wrong and no marinara sauce :-| now I'm past hangry I'm peeved. but I said screw it it is hot that's all that matters they didn't bring me out some cold food so I proceed to mange. well I'm inhaling my food the other dude shows up hey I got your food I'm like huh?? he's like you ordered food they didn't you I said yeah I did I've already got it I talked to Jason the manager they've already remade and sent it out to me he's like oh cool you want some more I said no I'm not a pig I'm just a glutton had a laugh about it but I said no I don't want it I have nowhere to put it in the truck and I only want one meal anyway. so the fact that they did bring me the food and recooked it it was hot even without the marinara sauce my belly was smiling when I was done therefore I'm giving it the three stars although it should be two and a half this was my first time calling using this place but all at all I finally ate and it tasted fine the pop was cold so that's it. read more

last week was a train wreck, you can defiantly tell they have new workers. one of the workers brought a dog in with him to work it was running around in the kitchen. service was bad i eat here a cupule times a week. and the new people are going to destroy this place like Pineville. read more

My husband and I went here today for the first time. Let me say it will be our last. Our waitress was nice enough but never came back to refill drinks. I had to go to the counter myself only to find out that what they poured in the glass was all they had for now. We ordered garlic bread with cheese and waited over 30 minutes ( they were not busy). When I inquired at the counter I was told they would be out soon that he was busy and didn't get them right in. When our order came out they were breadsticks not garlic bread. She would have remade them but were tired of waiting. 2 teas and an order of breadsticks were $15.87. No offer to do anything with the price being that's not what we ordered NOTHING. We came in Sunday after church and restaurant was about one third capacity. Decorated with Halloween motif, which isn't our favorite but was ok. There were eight of us and we ordered. My order came out fairly quickly, but we noticed the servers would bring out food and check at every table if it belonged there. My wife, son and his girlfriend ordered a simple pepperoni pizza that was 30 minutes in coming out. I had already finished eating and we had to ask for it three times. No one had a clue what was going on. We went up to pay and thought we would at least get a discount, but it was never mentioned. Very poorly run. read more

We ordered a chicken Parmesan sauce with grilled chicken and it was incorrect and when I called they said that they were out of the chicken and they substituted chicken sausage. Anyway the chicken sausage was nasty and the crust was soggy and undercooked. This is the second delivery from there that we were unhappy with. I can't give this store any more than a one star review. The service was slow, even with no other customers in the restaurant. The appetizers came out after our pizzas had come out. Having dined at this restaurant for 15+ years with family and friends, it's sad to see how far the bar has dropped and how low the quality of food and service has become. read more

This Pizza Hut has food that tastes great, I have just had different orders that were not correct or completed (small things like not adding extra sauce I paid for). I've had problems with coupons / deals being online and then not being available at this store location. The staff is always friendly, and willing to correct any errors if you bring it to their attention. One time I had a gift card that was given to me but the balance said $0 so they were willing to take my word that it was new and unused- which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, one time a driver either gave me the wrong order or the wrong order was made and I never said anything because I felt bad he had driven out to me already. He called me when he realized there was an error and drove back to the restaurant to get a new correct order made and drove the new one back to me- which I also greatly appreciated TLDR; Overall great food, check your order before pulling out of the drive thru to make sure it is correct! read more

Food is sickening. Working there is a nightmare of bullying and sexual harassment. As a customer- food never arrives on time. Everyone is rude. The food is often cold and left to become stale. As a worker- never got my W2s and can't find access to them. I would recommend you don't eat here. As a customer, I witnessed the general manager tell someone not to throw out the dented peaches (which is a health hazard) I had to quit because I was told if someone had a problem with me (harassment, bullying, interfering with wages) I had to leave. Walking into a Pizza Hut you'll see massive scenery with top of the line decorating. The design really jumps out at you on the inside. The chairs are very comfortable and the booths are just the right size. The menu offers a massive selection of not only pizza but also a variety of other things including pasta and wings as well as salads. The Wing Wednesday deal might be the best deal in town for some great wings. You can also personally customize your own pizza for very cheap from the crust to the toppings. Pizza Hut has top of the line service as well with friendly waiters and waitresses and pretty quick service as well. The Sunday buffet is absolutely elite as well and they have some solid cinnamon sticks. All in all, Pizza Hut is a fantastic restaurant and I can assure you I'll be back in the near future. read more

It's Pizza Hut. I kinda feel like you know what you're getting when you go in. The food is always good. The buffet and salad bar are mostly always well stocked and if something is missing the staff will quickly address the problem. The location is easy to find. The restaurant and parking lot are always clean. The biggest benefit to this Pizza Hut is that it does have a drive thru. read more

I had a good meal but!! the waitress had suggested a special they had for 2 pizzas. there was only 2 of us but figured we'll take one home for another day. Paid for it and really didn't pay a lot of attention to the charge. Got to looking the next morning and seen it seemed high. I had ended up paying full price for the 2 pizzas. called and checked on it and was told since it was last night they couldn't help me. was going to do the online survey that is on the back of my debit receipt but the code I need is on the other receipt that she did not give me.. not happy with Pizza Hut! read more

Excellent food, poor service. Had two different waitresses serving our table and neither one would come by and check on us. I basically had to beg for the bill after sitting 20+ minutes after I finished my food. Spent over an hour in the store and only had my food for less than 10 minutes. read more

One of my favorite things about Pizza Hut is the lunch time buffet, and the Middlesboro location does it right. The pizza is fresh and the service is prompt. In addition, the new $5 Flavor Menu is one of the best things Pizza Hut has to offer. Each item is $5 when you order two or more items from the Flavor Menu (choices: medium one topping pizza, eight boneless wings, stuffed garlic knots, breadsticks, giant chocolate chip cookie, Tuscani pasta, four 20 oz Pepsi beverages, or a Hershey's triple chocolate brownie). It is totally worth it for the pizza, which I find to be tastier than Little Caesars or Papa John's. Tip: for a carry-out order they will quote you about 30 minutes before your order is ready. This is 20 minutes too long. Go back 10 minutes after ordering to ensure a fresh out of the oven pizza. The boneless wings are good as well, and Pizza Hut offers a lot of different flavors ranging from dry rubs (Cajun style and ranch) to sauces (Hawaiian teriyaki, Jim Beam bourbon BBQ, spicy garlic, garlic parmesan, honey BBQ, three different spice levels of buffalo, and naked). I personally thought the Jim Beam bourbon BBQ wings were a little too strong on the bourbon (I would hesitate to get behind the wheel of a vehicle after eating 12), but the other flavors are tasty. We have stopped at this Pizza Hut for years on our way to Tennessee and on our way back home. This year we stopped, went in, ordered our food and waited an hour. The waitress came after an hour and asked if we needed anything else and handed us the check. We had not even received our food or had our drinks refilled. The drive thru was semi business and there were maybe 6 people that had come in after us. She said she didn't know what happened and would check. When she finally came back she said the cook made our food but no one knew what happened to it. She was the only waitress working the dining area. We were told they would recook our food if we wanted to wait, we left. We decided to give them another try on the way back home. Same waitress met us at the door and said she was the only waitress working and they were full. There was at least 6 boots, 4 tables in the main dining area available and the whole separate smaller area was empty. She advised we could come back in over an hour, we left. The sign out front says "under new management", sounds like the new management doesn't care about their customers or their business. read more
