Being the fourth customer and having the process repeated in front of me I finally walked out approximately fifteen minutes later with my burger. When I unwrapped the burger it had cheese on it. I was livid and threw the burger towards the front door. I kept the wrapper and bag in my car. The staff was incompetent and very unprofessional. If you are traveling I-65 and want Wendy's, do yourself a favor and stop in Bowling Green or Elisabethtown.
