It looks like wait times are the reason for most of the negative reviews I see here, and our case was no different, though not as extreme. We walked in and the greeter/server/cashier went and hid for a few minutes. We glanced at the menu as we haven't been to a Pizza Hut in years. The sign said to wait to be seated so we did. My wife, however, had brought her cane instead of her walker, so she couldn't stand that long. She found a seat near the entrance to the seating area. Finally the woman came back. I will not insult her, but rather fault apparent staffing issues. She was the only employee we dealt with the entire visit, so they have piled on her responsibilities. She led us to a table and, rather than take our drinks order, said she would be back. Again, other duties were probably pressing on her. Finally we got our ice waters. The menu is rather limited, but I wanted to try their deep dish pizza, so variety wasn't critical to me. I ordered the personal pan pizza with meatball and mushroom. They don't have meatball anymore, she informed me. Okay, printing new glossy menus can be expensive. So I got it with hamburger instead, plus an order of fries. My wife ordered a pizza melt, which is pizza crust folded in half, sort of a poor man's calzone. But she liked it fine. My pizza was pretty ordinary, a lot of cheese, not a lot of filling, and so not in the same league as the UNO's version. The fries came first, which we appreciated, and were perfect, hot, crisp outside and tender inside. We went up front to pay, but the woman had a phone call with someone who wanted the menu explained to them in some detail. My wife went to the car to sit down and wait. The woman was patient with the guy, so I guess special orders don't upset them. She figured a way to give the guy what he wanted and save him $20. Which was amazing, because his order came to $62 as it was. Made me grateful for our $15 meal. So I had wanted to check out Pizza Hut, and now we have. You know, she was a hard worker and not rude, but I am glad there are a lot of pizza joints out there. read more

Ordered from Pizza Hut this being the third time and every single time we've had an issue. The first time they were an hour and half late delivering our food. The second time they forgot 2 orders, this time they gave the wrong meal to a person 6:00 was the pick up time didn't receive food until 6:40. Very friendly staff though. read more

I ordered a XL New York cheese pizza, it was covered in grated cheese, I thought it was going to be marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese that is it I would add my own spices if I wanted any at home. I ordered through DoorDash so I cannot complain about the Dasher, or the pizza that was made I just think it should be written on the website that they put Grated cheese all over the pizza. Would give it negative stars if possible. We came in and seated ourselves as there was no hostess to be seen after waiting 10 minutes. Once seated we made our drink orders and then waited another 10 minutes to place our food order while still not having our drinks. Finally after another 10 minutes we received our drinks. While waiting, we saw another family who was waiting 15 minutes, and finally, they left as they never were approached to even order drinks. After another 20 minutes, we finally got most of our order. We had eaten and got the check before we finally received the rest of our food as we were leaving. Will not ever visit this location again!!! read more

I found a hair in my bread stick so I went back to the store to get a refund. When I met the General Manager Derek who clearly lacks not only customer service but interpersonal communications skills to be effective as a manager. I was going to be refused a refund,then their were two customers coming in to eat their, then I told them to leave as I found a hair in my food and I was being refused a refund at first. by Derek General manager because only then when other people were present as witnesses he gave me my refund. Back. Because he said he misunderstood and thought I had not paid for my order when that was clearly false because I had passed him my receipt which he initially threw in the trash when he refused to refund my order.Then the people who where going to eat their also proceeded to leave. The last 4 times? 2 dine in. Two take outs. Both take out orders were 40 minutes behind the app time of 15 mins. They had to "re cook" items. Yeah, I know. Dine in? Forget it. Service was terrible. Very slow and snobby. I believe her name was Caroline. She was very confused and didn't know what she was doing. As if she was under the influence. She was very forgetful and brought the opposite of what I ordered and when she brought out our tab it was $45 but when I went up to the register to pay she said "your total today is $98" I was like no my receipt says $45 and it's everything I ordered and she goes oopsie wrong one and proceeds to hand me a receipt with an up charge of stuff I did not order or receive so I asked for a manager, explained everything well he was as useless as the waitress and said that it was everything we had ordered when in fact it wasn't. I ended up paying the $98 because I wasn't dealing with anymore bs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING SCREWED OVER LIKE I WAS. They have terrible customer service and even the managers are completely over their heads. Our food was extremely dry, burnt pizza, and not what I ordered. Placed a delivery order at 11:44 am. Wait time was 25-35 min. Received our order 1 hr later. Cold breadsticks, no extra sauce, I paid for and the Buffalo wings were cold and rubbery. Very understaffed. Waited almost 5 min to be seated. Then a god 10 min after being seated to get our drinks. Breadsticks and pizza came same time. What's up with the pepperoni!!!! Is there a shortage. Definitely less than normal. Hope they get more staff. read more

the few staff they have are busy talking in the kitchen and are oblivious to the fact that there are customers. they forget parts of your order and want you to drive back to get it and do nothing to make up for it. food is garbage. a frozen Red Baron pizza is better and they do not cost $45 read more

I ordered 2 pizzas for a small business party. I sent an employee to pick up the pizzas and he came back with a completely different order. When I called and spoke to the "manager" she would not correct the problem. It would ,"cost them money...". When I said I would never go there again she said, "Okay, Bye" and hung up on me.
