Update #3 yesterday I got a phone call from another administrator and he wanted to hear again what…read morehappened, because they want to make changes and address this issues. Wow I was impressed and this is the Chick-fil-A treatment that I excepted. By the way the gentleman name is Dennis and he also agreed that he was the best ever. We need more of this so make the call and take the name note to self. This is why I'm going from a 1 start to 4. Update: Today I called and I wish I had taken the name of the manager that answered me. She was very apologetic and told me that she was going to check in this matter and that the gentleman is the sweetest person ever. I'm going to call back and get his name because as kind and nice as she was to me I want to be to him. I hope that the manager at that time can learn from this experience and treat customers better. If I could give this place a zero I would! The the only person that deserves it, is the older man working cleaning around being so kind and trying to make me not feel upset for being ignored. I arrived 5 minutes before they started lunch and placed my order in the app. The first thing that I asked the worked that is outside checking you in or taking orders was am I ok or do I need to cancel and order lunch and she said you are fine, the order went through and do you need to add anything else and i said no thanks. The line was long and they are super super slow. We have been in line for 10 minutes and only two cars have moved when my app notification says pull around your order is ready. We were confused as we have like 7 cars in front of us not even moving. We were traveling so we don't know how this place works. You need training from our people here at a chick fil A . We go around and I go inside and asked for my order to an employee and explain I came from the drive thru, he goes and ask and comes back with nada nothing. I tell him that I got a notification, one of their manager I imagine in gray comes and asks me and tells me that I ordered during breakfast and the app cancels and leaves me there without even offering to help or an option. I called her back as I have a notification and she says did you order with the worker up front and after I said yes she said I don't think so. At this point I'm frustrated it's our second day driving back home after a great vacation and drive and this lady just ruined my day. I want to give a shout out to the decent older man that works there and try so hard to make things better by saying maybe there is going to be an accident and this is why you are being late (bless his heart) he was so sweet. I go to the car to get my phone and show to the manager or whoever gray tshirt was and when I come back she has my order and not even an apology. I will bookmark this one to never stop here again and now I know why your reviews are so bad! We wasted 30 minutes in this stop and a stupid argument not needed. Worst Chick-fil-A ever. The store was cleaned also thanks to that gentleman.

Only two (2) negative reviews to-date and it has to be really bad for me to take my time to draft a…read morereview. I have visited many Chick-fil-A locations over the years and have always been impressed by the professionalism, customer service, and overall experience. Unfortunately, my experience at the Princeton, West Virginia location was completely different. While placing our order in the drive-thru, the employee taking our order failed to provide any direction regarding where we should merge into the drive-thru line. Simple mistake and it happens. As a result, we had a brief interaction with the driver in the neighboring lane while attempting to zipper into the drive-thru line. The conversation was polite, there was no profanity, no aggressive behavior, no vehicle contact, and no damage of any kind. It was simply a minor misunderstanding caused by a lack of guidance. Shortly afterward, we were instructed to pull forward and wait for our food. What happened next was surprising and disappointing. We watched approximately 17 vehicles receive their orders and leave before us. It appeared that our order was being intentionally delayed. The situation became even more concerning when management approached us regarding the earlier drive-thru interaction. Rather than gathering facts or asking questions objectively, it felt as though they had already accepted a complaint from a third party who was not directly involved in the situation. We were treated as though we had done something wrong despite there being no confrontation, no damage, and no inappropriate behavior. The manager, assistant manager, and employee involved handled the situation in a highly unprofessional manner. Instead of focusing on customer service and resolving the misunderstanding, they escalated an issue that should have never become an issue in the first place. This was, without question, the worst experience we have ever had at a Chick-fil-A. Every other Chick-fil-A location we have visited has consistently demonstrated the company's values of respect, courtesy, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this particular store fell far short of those standards and, in my opinion, does not represent the Chick-fil-A brand well. I hope ownership and corporate leadership take a closer look at how customer concerns are investigated and how guests are treated when misunderstandings occur. Customers deserve fairness, professionalism, and the benefit of the doubt before being judged based on incomplete information. I would highly recommend training, especially in conflict resolution and get a few adults on staff ASAP.
