Visiting Richlands for a little league tournament, it was suggested we try Giovanni's for the team for dinner. I am so glad we did. The pizza was amazing, they certainly don't skimp on the toppings, they brought out free brownies for the table and they were unbelievable, so very good! The service was exceptional as well. I could not get through calling, which was agitating. So we ordered it online and just had them deliver it. The woman who delivered was professional and nice. I got a large, thick crust pizza with pepperoni and ham. The crust kept breaking apart from the pizza, making it difficult to eat. The pizza I'd say was average, nothing special about it. Now, I also had a pound of their hot wings. That was the best hot wings I had ever gotten from a pizza place. They were so moist, tender, and juicy. The hot sauce had a very good flavor. They did not skimp out on the sauce either. So if I ever eat here again, I will definitely be getting a truck load of wings and no pizza. read more

No menu on the website for Richlands so I used the other location's menu as a guide. Lady who answered was cordial. I ordered a 12" double cheese and double pepperoni pizza. Nothing fancy. Isherwood said it would be here as soon as possible. I asked about how long at would be - my hotel is 10 minutes away. She said I was the only delivery order so it should not be long. About 40 minutes later I called to check the time. He said it just left. Almost 30 minutes later, I get my pizza that's not even warm. To top it off, the flavor isn't anything to go crazy about either. I read the prior review about a long delivery time. I figured surely that's not the case now - 5 years later. WRONG! Very disappointed... Update 2: get this -- they charged my card a $13 tip for a $10 pizza. I'm waiting on a callback from the manager. Update 3: manager called and said they would give me my tip back if I come get it bc the driver who is the manager is too busy delivering pizzas to bring me my money. First of all, I know I'm talking to the manager / driver by your voice - so now you are lying to me. And honestly this is your answer to this problem? That's your level of customer service? It is pouring down rain and oh my gosh do you honestly think I would give a $13 tip on a $10 pizza?? NO!! Especially not THIS pizza. Well...ummm...No, I tell you what, don't you worry about it bc I will solve this problem myself and just call my card company to stop payment on the transaction. I've always enjoyed the food and the service I've received here. I've only had delivery once, recently, and I have no complaints about it. The food is great and the prices are extremely reasonable. We fed 3 adults for under $30. It's a great gem of a place. If may look rough around the edges but it's worth a try! read more

Delivery took an hour and 24 minutes. Pizza and bread sticks were room temp. Ordered a drink and they didn't deliver that. "Bread sticks" are crap and the pizza is mediocre at best. Customer service also was lacking on the call back. read more

If you want to place an order....good luck getting someone to answer the phone if it's not busy.....for a long time....tried for 20 minutes.....the first time it just rang after that a busy signal.....this is not the first time for this company....is the WORST place to try to call to get an order placed....here's an idea.... Their pizza is mediocre at best. The real stars of Giovanni's are the sub sandwiches and the delicious salads. However, I must complain. The prices are ridiculous. Two sub sandwiches and two salads are $20.09! That's insane! The sandwiches aren't even very large and the salads are quite tiny compared to other restaurants. It's a shame, because Giovanni's is delicious, but the price point I just mentioned is underwhelming and not very comforting as a consumer. If Giovanni's considered lowering their prices, they'd attract more consumers. As is, however, the prices are hogwash. read more

I used to love Giovanni's. They were consistently friendly and made awesome pizza. Now if you try to place an order by phone they won't even answer it. If they do answer you have to wait an hour or more for them to bring you cold food. And half of that order will be missing or wrong. I'm considering not going back at all and it makes me sad because I grew up eating their food. read more

Normally with this restaurant I do not have any problems but apparently tonight their staff was just lacking first they had my address wrong to deliver my order once I got the my order it was wrong I called and the cashier advise me that they knew the address was wrong I advise them not only was the address wrong but the order was wrong she said she would correct it and have the delivery person bring it back a few moments later apparently a manager called and proceeded to argue with me that I never said for my order to be plain I have a mayo allergy and I paid too much money not be able to eat my sandwich I advise the manager that I only order the same item for delivery at least once a week it has always been the same I never changed the manager continued to argue with me to the point that I had to hang up the phone I will not be ordering from this restaurant anytime soon and will not be recommending it as well this was ridiculous it was a simple thing If they can not get the address right or the order right then there should been no problem fixing the order it was plainly obvious the whoever took the call originally either was not paying attention or did not hear me correctly but she never repeated the order so I could acknowledge that the order was correct it is simple customer service which they seemed to have no understanding of read more

This place has some of the best Italian food for miles. The lasagna is so good and is it very inexpensive. They deliver as well and I have actually ordered giant pizzas for under $15.00. I only wished they they had a house dressing to go with the great salads that they serve. read more
