The restaurant seemed a bit short staffed but they undeniably gave a lot of effort with serving customers with a friendly attitude. Side note: SHOUT OUT TO THIS WHOLE STAFF FOR SAVING my wallet that I left behind (I live 4.5 hours away). The general manager kindly mailed the wallet back to me. We were driving home from Western North Carolina to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and stopped in Virginia at this Bojangles restaurant for quick lunch. My wife had a chicken tenders meal and I had the two-piece white meat chicken meal. The chicken was very good and actually we judged it much better than other fast food chicken restaurants we have tried with the exception of Roy Rogers. We also enjoyed the french fries and coleslaw that came as sides with these meals. The biscuit was also quite tasty and fluffy. I would have awarded this restaurant five stars, instead of four stars, if we hadn't had to wait 10+ minutes to receive our meals, if honey had been available for the biscuits, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant had been a little better. In all fairness to the restaurant, it was a busy lunch hour and they seemed to be "short" staffed. I would definitely stop and dine at this Bojangles restaurant again. read more

Clean, friendly wait staff, wonderful smells as you walk in. Great fried chicken. Wonderful pintos. Best biscuits in the world! Sweet tea is first class also, so much so that only the Sweet Tea canister is on drink area. Maybe unsweetened tea is by request? Why? Breakfast, lunch, dinner, biscuits any time. Can this be heaven? Hmmm. And they have a new twist, pimento cheese on spicy chicken biscuit. Well honestly not my cup on tea, not a big pimento fan. But several people we asked really enjoyed it. I found Bojangles on yelp, after looking for some where to eat dinner on my way home from my family reunion. Most of the places in the area had 1 to 2 stars and that was not going to work. I've found that since I started writing reviews, I look for them whenever I'm in town or out of town. The servers were so friendly. I ordered the 4pc Home style tenders with mac and cheese and dirty rice. I was given the spicy tenders and had no problems switching them to the right order. The service was quick the food was hot and tasted fresh. They even let me keep the order of spicy tenders to give to another family member. I would recommend stopping by Bojangles if you're ever in the area. read more

Only the drive-through is open and a line wrapped around the whole restaurant. Don't go to this town if you can avoid it. There are 1 million people getting gas and going to the five restaurants at the exit. read more

My husband loves bojangles! On our way up the coast he decided to stop at this one. The staff was very friendly, he said the restaurant was clean and they even dropped his chicken fresh for him. We stopped here around 8 or 9 at night to grab some dinner while traveling. We had never been to Bojangles but this was a for sure win! The staff at this particular location was super friendly and helpful. One of the girls who I believe was a manager helped us order to save us money which was super helpful. We got one of the picnic meals but with individual drinks. The chicken was perfectly cooked with a great seasoned breading. The aides were equally good - mashed potatoes and green beans. The biscuits were flaky and warm and were excellent with butter! The restaurant was large and clean including the bathrooms. If you're in the area this is a great lunch or dinner stop. I don't think I've ever come to a Bojangles like this ever before. The people were friendly and the food was great The area was clean and that's hard to say about many places near the interstate. I will definitely put this on my route for a meal if I'm driving by the area. read more

Food is always hot and fresh, drive thru is efficient, inside is clean, and the employees are friendly. Probably one of the best Bojangles locations I've dined at and I prefer to stop in here versus Galax, even though the latter is probably closer to home. read more

One of the best I've eaten at. We love Bojangles and stopped here on a trip. Biscuits were the freshest we've had from any bojangles. The chicken was great. We stopped in for a to-go order before heading to our hotel for an overnight stay. The meal was good, hot, and exactly as we ordered. However, when we got to our hotel, we found that there were no plates, utensils or napkins included. Since this was a to-go order, we found this surprising. Never eaten here before since I'm from Long Island, NY. But damn that was good. We stopped for breakfast on our way through VA. Had the biscuit egg and ham, seasoned fries which were awesome and tried a 2 piece leg/thigh snack since the sign said "world famous fried chicken". Well I'll tell ya that was some great chicken! Came here sat 21st at 9:00 wanted some coffee and was told that they didn't have any ready and that it takes 4min to make and I'm like ok are you going to make any. She said no I can go to star bucks or Macdonalds and get some. Yes wtf so I left and the girl behind the register walked back to the two guys she was talking to in the restaurant area.
