I'm a Pizza Hut fan, but this store is pathetic. Multiple times have I ordered and every time I do they prove me right! Today I ordered the family pasta, large pizza, and 2 sides of marinara sauce. Pizza was fine the pasta looked as it was baked without sauce, and marinara was nowhere to be found. I called the store and spoke to Christina. She was going to send me a new order of pasta and the marinara that was missing. Well They sent the pasta and forgot the marinara again. They claim to be short staffed and blamed it on delivery. Of course the food is good "It's going to be a hour and a half wait sir do you still want to order" ha ha been here on game days and that's the phrase the waitress use, for everyone. The most I have waited for my food is 30 min. But I have seen others take 45-1 hour Super friendly staff help ease the pain And yes every time I have gone more than one table is dirty. Ooohhhh there is always a big line for coustumers paying to-go orders. So after siting at the table and after the waitress takes your order and after u get your food and after u eat , guess where u have to go to pay your meal , yep a sometimes 20-30 line. WORST PIZZA HUT EVER. Fire your help that can't be bothered to assist customers. Marie, Esperanza(sic?), & Lissette in particular. Took forever to place a carryout order. When I got to the store there were three open registers and a 5 person line at the carryout register. Instead of assisting, the other cashiers were chatting. 25 minutes later, when I finally made it to the cash register, she abruptly closed up and state that the other girl could help me. When she did finally get my order , she only got half of it. Yep. After all that, half the order (that I've already paid for) was missing. And yet, it was such a terrible experience that not only will I write that money off, I'll never set foot in another Pizza Hut and I'll tell every soul who will listen what TERRIBLE service they have. read more

Just left this location. We walked in and there were 5 people standing at the counter and 6 tables of different families all waiting to be served. One server working the floor. We were greeted or told where to sit. We finally were told "go sit over there". No menus. We sat for about ten minutes and then decided to leave because we weren't being attended to. I made an order at 9:27pm i went to pick up my order at 10:35pm and it was close , but. There was staff inside the restaurant .. I knoked on the door and there were this 3 ladies (staff members) and they just look at me and started to laught ... They did not open the door for me and even bother ask what did i needed ... As far i know they close at 11:00pm so i dint came after hours or anything like it ... People like this are the reason why places close down .. And loose customers .. Pizza Hut in Pecos is a fucking joke, pardon my french. My dad ordered wings and pizza on the app. Mind you we have been working AND moving all day... They brought us just wings... Maybe he forgot to add the pizza on the app order that's fine, whatever, but then he called after they brought just the wings and said, to a human, he wanted two medium Supreme pizzas. O STARS How is this place even open? Impossible for this place to pass a health inspection. Disgusting tables, sticky, dirty. Half of the lobby was covered in flies. Tables were still full of dirty dishes and food looked like it been sitting there for a while. Why wouldn't someone clean the lobby while there's several people standing around behind the counter? Walked to the cashier & saw how extremely disgusting the kitchen was. Floors looked like they haven't been swept or mopped in months! Don't eat here. Go somewhere else. You would think they would keep the place clean since it's the only Pizza Hut in the area. There was no sense of urgency from the employees. One word...MONOPOLY! It took two attempts to get someone to answer the phone after it ran 10+ times. Once I got on the phone, I was immediately put on hold for 5+ minutes. I work out of town so I attempted to call ahead hoping my meal would be ready when I got there. Unfortunately, I was pulling into town as someone finally picked up the phone. If I could give zero stars I would. We were traveling through pecos and stopped at this Pizza Hut for lunch. My family of 5 were starving. We walked in to see about 12 people in the restaurant. We were greeted with dine in or carry out? When we told the girl we were dine in she told us there was a 2 hour wait. I laughed thinking she was kidding. She said she was serious because they had a bunch of pizzas to deliver. Really?!? Since when is delivering pizzas more important than your dine in guests? Tonight our family decided to take advantage of the 50% off being advertised on TV & the Pizza Hut website. Took a couple of times to place the on line order(wanted a large, thin crust, supreme excluding pepperoni). After placing the order it advises it will be over 1.5 hrs. When we arrived, they couldn't find our order, it was COLD when we finally got it. Never offered cheese or pepper, no apology & it was 7 mushroom slices & Pepperoni. I wish i would have read the reviews before I sat down in this god forsaken Pizza Slut. The place is messy and the tables may or may not have been wiped down before we sat. After ordering we waited for like 45 minutes to have the manager come out and tell us that "their oven was acting all crazy and had been burning everybody's pizzas" she said she'd give us 50% off and that the pizza would be out in "8 minutes". The only saving grace at this point was that they served beer. So after watching pizza after pizza out to tables that had been seated after us we finally got out pizza 20 minutes later! They say time moves a little slower here in Pecos Texas and I believes em. . I started writing this review while waiting at the table. Needless to say I was Pissed. So I was going to give them 1 star. I was emailed a reminder to finish the review a week later. My husband and I aren't hard to please, at all, as long as we don't have to cook we are usually satisfied. With that being said, we decided to give this place a try because we were like there's no way it actually deserves less than 2 stars, it's Pizza Hut ......... don't waste your money or your time. We went for lunch, for the buffet, service was horrible the restaurant was DISGUSTING, and the food was ok at best. We ordered some wings because when we got there there wasn't much pizza on the buffet they were GROSS. The finally put out some more pizza but it was all the same stuff all with some burnt thin crust. They were out of some fountain drinks, there were solicitors in the parking lot and the workers all had their kids there eating off of the buffet and running around them while they were getting people's orders. Staff is nothing but kids that do not know the menu. They serve beer but sometimes they run out, so ask the waitstaff if the manager has made the nightly beer run yet. The tables are always dirty and don't stand to close to the salad bar because you will bump into the plates and they will fall. If the plates fall the staff simply picks them up and puts them back to be used. The food was ok pretty much what you would expect but the service is crap. read more

My husband and I LOVE this Pizza Hut. We love it so much, we've even talked about making special date night trips all the way from Midland, TX just to eat here! Everytime we come, we get a large, supreme stuffed-crust pizza. The delivery is always timely, the staff is always friendly, and the pizza is honestly the best pizza hut pizza we've ever had. One of the worst pizzas I have ever had. My friend and I were coming back from camping in West Texas and stopped for pizza. Takes about 20 minutes to get a disgusting pizza. Absolutely covered in grease. I remember pizza hut when I was younger and it has gone downhill. Also 17 dollars for a large pepperoni. My friend who used to work at Pizza Hut said this one is particularly bad. The stuffed crust was flat and terrible because apparently they didn't thaw the frozen dough. Last night we stayed at the Quality Inn at Pecos. The closest place to eat was a couple of miles down the local road --- Pizza Hut. It was crowded with locals who didn't seem to notice that a construction worker was drilling and hammering away in the kitchen and cashier's area even though it wasn't apparent what he was doing that was so urgent that it dictated working during the height of the dinner hour. All the racket he created seemed extraordinarily inappropriate, but it went on and on. When I was paying the bill I had to hold onto my pen. Two stars because pizza can never be all bad, but would someone from corporate please pick up the phone and explain that on the pizzas with spinach as a topping, the spinach is to be put thru the oven with the pizza, not served as a salad on top!!
