I ordered a supreme and a meat lovers from here a week or two ago and it was not the same. I mean I know it's not gourmet but something about the sauce and even the crust did not taste the same. I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut since I was a kid and that was a while ago. This was the most disappointing pizza I have had from there. I hope they did not change the sauce recipe. Other than that it was cooked well and ready by the time I arrived. I will give them another try but sad about the taste. Their medium create your own was reasonably priced with 2 toppings and I added the Cinnabon mini rolls.. of course! Delivery was prompt and everything was as hot as you'd expect for delivery. I ordered 2 med pizzas and 3 different types of chicken wings. Upon pick up an employee came out I gave her my name and she grabbed my order in an aggressive manner and placed it on the counter. Gave me my receipt and turned away. While I was checking my order she asked why what's wrong in tone that was aggressive. I ignored her at first and then after I double checked my order on my phone I said to her I think my pizza was made wrong I didn't order it this way the 2 med were suppose to be exactly the same. One was correct the other one was wrong and I showed her my phone with my order. She grab my receipt and pointing at the receipt saying that I removed the beef and the pork from both pizzas. She did that twice trying to make a statement like I made the mistake without even listening to the explanation on what was on my pizza. So I snapped. This pizza hut is located in the Pukalani terrace center. Friendly staff. When you call the 643-1111 number you get the main pizza hut i guess on Oahu. They ask if you heard the specials if not they week let you know what's the specials are. I usually always know what we want so I don't really need a special. We ordered a pizza tonight for delivery (4/11/21). It was delivered quickly & the items were hot. HOWEVER, upon opening to serve we noticed a "different" smell. We discovered that the olives were spoiled. We contacted Pizza Hut immediately only to spend 30 minutes to be accused by the night shift manager -- "Well, how many pieces did you eat? Our pizza only took about 15 minutes to prepare so it was a nice last minute dinner for a family of 3. I am not a huge fan of Pizza Hut pizza in general but there's not many inexpensive pizza places to choose from Upcountry. I still haven't tried Serpico's but I heard Serpico's is good and so is Pizza Fresh (which I have tried) but they are more expensive. Man do I absolutely despise writing bad reviews! But when you see a 1 star you know it's bad! For starters it took the staff a good 10 minutes to realize there was two sets of customers waiting in the store. Mind you the customer portion of the store is maybe 20 square feet! There was a young lady who was sweet enough ask the woman seated on one of three or four waiting chairs if she had been helped. When she replied she was waiting she went to a young lady who walked in as she was greeting the first. I was not worried that she skipped me but it was the manager that got me majorly upset.
