I've worked and traveled for too many decades and my experience with Prime Rib as my 'go to' meal has left me with a very critical palate. Kincaid's begins with a good cut of beef, trims it well, and roasts it correctly resulting in Kincaid's being my preferred choice for a Prime Rib.
