Had a wonderful experience at this Pizza Hut location, from phone order to pickup to eating the pizza. First, when I called to order, I was welcomed by a super polite and helpful rep. A+ ordering experience. When I arrived, my pizza was ready and was also treated with super polite and friendly service. They wish me to have a wonderful day and i felt that they really meant it. Very poor service. I ordered a 14" large pizza but after picking it up and getting home, they gave me a 12" medium pizza in a large box. I called the store and told them the issue and sent them a photo, assuming they would make it right. Nope. After wasting 15 minutes, they said that's how it is and to complain to head office. I'll never go here again. Just lost a customer for life. Smart move to rip me off a few bucks. I'm sure I'm not the only one. Charging the client for a large and giving them a medium, that's a good way to make more money. Some one consider this fraud. read more

I ordered Pizza Hut for the first time in many years and I'm happy to report that I am not disappointed! As far as I know, this is a new location and please note that it is a take out only location. It seems to get really busy at times so if you're hungry or looking to entertain, order ahead online or over the phone! When I went in to pick up my take out pizza, the location was packed with people who were waiting for their orders to be made. The guy in front of me just ordered and was told he had to wait 35 minutes. To give some context to the situation in regards to why I think ordering ahead is a good idea, I placed my order at 4:33PM and my confirmation email said that it would be ready by 4:48PM. I think that's an extremely reasonable amount of time between ordering and having the order ready by. I would recommend this location based on the efficiency of fulfilling online orders and the taste of the pizza! read more

I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut since my last incident I had, but who doesn't love pizza! I stopped in last night and ordered a large pizza half cheese half chicken they said my order will be ready in 10minutes which it was, the staff was friendly and my pizza was made on time. This was my first time personally coming in to order all my previous orders have been placed for delivery..however, I did notice this location is smaller than most locations and they only have 3 sitting available by the window. The pizza here has gotten a lot worse with less cheese, few toppings and 1 inch long crust. The filling doesn't start till after an 1 inch from the crust. Attached picture here. read more

This is my favourite Pizza Hut place,after the one at Yonge and Weldrick was closed . The same screws are always nice and friendly. Most important thing is the quality of the pizza. It is baked so beautifully. Crispy outside and soft inside with the toppings make it perfect in my like. Always a first choice for me for a late meal after work . read more

I placed the pizza through the web. It was ready by the estimated time. We had a medium pizza with pepperoni and smoky maple bacon toppings for $8.99 + tax. The cheese covered the pepperoni, making it hard to see. I couldn't really taste the difference between what a typical bacon topping vs smoky maple bacon. And the smoky maple bacon topping was cold even though the rest of the pizza is hot. I would have given 2 star instead of 3 if they weren't running the promotion read more

So after taking to customer service which I don't usually do they have me a credit. This time around I got cheaper toppings hopping they would put more on the pizza (no chicken or steak). They put a very good amount of toppings, cheese, and sauce. I'm not sure if it had anything to do with my complaint but if this is their new standard then they are the best pizza chain on the block. I got the stuffed crust and it was extremely flavourful. The pizza was greasy unlike the previous pizza which every pizza should be. The cheese in the crust was plentiful and flavourful. It gave the crust something to make it a part of the pizza you want to eat. Service was excellent. There was a different employee working today, I actually ordered earlier this year with very good experience with this employee. He seems to be one of the better employees, extremely friendly, nice and experienced. This was on a Saturday, which was the day he was working earlier this year to so come on a Saturday. I got a glance at the other pizzas, they were all had a generous amount of toppings. Much more than an average pizza. They're either under new management or it was the employees on Saturday that were making way better pizzas. My recommendation is come Saturday and avoid the more pricy toppings like chicken breast and steak. Pepperoni, bacon, beef, ham and all the vegetable topping are definitely the best toppings to order. Nothing bad to say, in fact it was a lot better than I expected. I was passing by the area and have not had pizza hut pizza since like 20 years ago. Back then I found it greasy and vowed I would never go back. I decided to give it a try and 20 years must have had an improvement. Pizza was delicious and the crust was crunchy. I ordered the fries with s medium pie. Fries were just o.k. but I was amazed at the pizza . It was so tasty that I decided to come back and order another one. But not sure if its the person that makes it when you are there. But the second time the pizza was just o.k. still tasty but not as good as my first one a week back. I will go back as my family enjoyed the pizza , but this time around I am going to make sure I notice the person making my pizza. Looks like the guy that made it the first time was either making these for a long time or just put his heart into what he does. My friend and I ordered the$15.99 box special. It comes with a medium pizza, bread sticks, and a choice of boneless wings, and cinnamon bites. You get a choice of two toppings. We had a few questions for the employee. He was busy, and the store was empty. When he finally looked up to answer the question, he went straight to doing his thing. The pizza was OK. It was warm, and there was a decent amount of toppings. The bread sticks were nothing special about them. The boneless wings were alright. They were basicly like they took Popeye's chicken, and put their own sauce on it. They didn't even mix the sauce with the wings. Overall, 6/10. read more
