I had this place bookmarked on yelp for awhile but never got around to checking it out. Well, that all changed when they had customer appreciation day in richmond hill. They were selling each pound of wings for $5 each (regular price $15/lb). IT WAS SOOOOOOO BUSY. The parking lot isn't big by any means and the line wrapped around the corner of the plaza! I got there around 11:20-ish (slightly after they opened) and the line already extended to Bueokae, two units down. I waited around 1.5 hrs approx to get my food (around 1 hr in line before being able to order and then another 30 min before my order was ready). Brandon, the gentleman manning the front of house looked like his soul left his body because there were so many ppl. But he was still serving customers with a smile. I saw my mans taking red bull out of the mini fridge behind him and chugging it LOL. I would say it was worth the wait for my food. There's no seating inside in the restaurant (purely a takeout joint) but when I opened my wings back home, my wings were still kinda crispy even under all the sauce (especially the honey garlic). Messy chicken: Would definitely order this again. It's their signature flavour. Reminded me of butter chicken with ranch and cheese on top. Sooo good. Chicken honey (honey garlic): These babies were still crispy when I lifted the lid! I was able to see chunks of garlic running throughout the sauce too which leads me to believe they make the sauce in-house instead of buying it. The Clucker: Ok so this was my least fave. The skin was kinda soggy on these and the ranch didn't really do much for me on these ones. It was also not as flavourful as the other two. Because it was customer appreciation day, each person was limited to 3lbs only. I kinda wish I went with mango habanero instead of the Clucker. The wings were quite big and plump. None of that puny wing bs. No cheating or cutting corners it seems like. The guy bringing orders out of the kitchen had a smile on his face the whole time and he gives you a lot of extra napkins which is great (as a finger food he understood the assignment lol). I will definitely be back in the future to try some of their other flavours since appreciation day restricted ppl to 5 flavours. Some of their flavours I've never seen at other wing spots. P.S. My brother tried to grab wings late at night a lil past 9pm with his fiancé but they already sold out of wings!

I think this location is newly opened in Richmond Hill but I came and had a good time. It's takeout only so have that in mind before you go. There's options for everyone from wings, burgers, poutines, all chicken-related. I decided to go with their meat lovers poutine which came with a spicy chipotle sauce, pepperoni, bacon, beef, sausage, and cheese. I got a large for $18. Our server was even nice enough to drop In a few pieces of chicken for me after I told him I couldn't choose between the meat lovers and the chicken poutine (it's a chicken place after all). Definitely enjoyed the food and the service!

They were celebrating their 1 year anniversary at this location by offering $5 per pound on their wings on Jan. 27 (limit 3 lbs per person). We got lucky and was able to get the max limit per person as they started to limit 1 pound per person because they were running low. It was my first time eating halal chicken and tasted pretty good. They only had 3 flavours of the 5 left to choose from so we tried all 3: Messy, Honey Garlic, mango habanero. Messy was a combination of chipotle, creamy garlic, and parmesan. I'm not sure if its their own version of the sauces or the combination, but couldn't really make out those flavours. Really strong cheese taste, but I think the combination still worked well together (3/5) Honey garlic falvour is usually a safe choice. It had some sort of smokeyness to it and seemed to have maybe burnt the garlic as the sauce tasted bitter. I do enjoy the honey garlic flavour but unfortunately this is a miss for me due to that bitterness (2/5) Mango habanero flavour is no joke when it comes to the heat. More on the dried side, but doesn't lack in spiciness. Don't taste too much mango flavour though (3/5) Overall, the chicken wings definitely did not lack flavour. Maybe because they've been rushing to fill the orders, but I feel like the sauces could have been better. Also if the chicken were a bit more breaded, I think it could balance out the saucey ones. For the promo, it was definitely worth it. They do offer 30+ flavours on their menu with unique flavours. Note: I did want to call out one thing during the process when we lined up. So the outside line for us took us 45 minutes to get to the front. However, we just kept waiting. Mind you, temperature outside felt like -10 degrees with wind chill, but the worker guarding the door from the inside did not provide us with any updates. So we were left wondering whether they ran out of chicken. We eventually were able to go inside 20 minutes later which was a relief. I did really appreciate them pulling this together, but it was definitely frustrating without any updates.

Take home order, chicken poutine and 3 smash burgers

All stars isn't the best option for wings in my opinion. It is on the pricier side for what you get…read more(no sides like fries or salad with your wings). There are too many sauce options with no clear indication of what they are ex. There is a flavor named Pandoras Box. No clue what that would taste like. I wish their menu included some sort of description and less flavours. Nonetheless, the service was okay, they had some people in training but at first we couldn't tell they worked there. The restaurant itself was very quiet which was surprising for this type of restaurant/bar.

The service was otherwise good - they were friendly and came back to check how I was doing. I asked if it was possible to get all flats, and she said they didn't usually do that. But she did say she would ask the kitchen to give me more of them. Food Cleopatra Wings - I have come to All Star's only a handful of times, but I always get the Cleopatra wings breaded. They're extremely saucy and might be too overwhelming for some people, but I enjoy them once in a while. It came with carrots and dip. Beer Batter Fries - These are St Louis style fries, which arrived super fresh and hot, though a bit over cooked in my opinion. Overall The wings are a pretty decent size and a good place to watch a game - they have a TV at every booth. But for a quick meal or wings, this wouldn't be my first choice. The food is OK, but not a place I particularly crave.
