Single serving onion rings
Miss Lady ..

The service here is great. However my burger didn't have much flavour at all. Doesn't taste like the meat was seasoned. The burger was Bland. For a single portion of onion rings, this is big enough that you could share between two guys or three girls....

#Mango Juice & Barbican

Date Visited : 20 Sep '19 Came here for lunch and ordered the Meal for 2 special - a medium pizza with 2 choice toppings, 1lb wings with 2 dipping sauces and 2 drinks for $24 plus taxes. The quantity was sufficient for three adults We chose the Beef Pepperoni and Italian Sausage. I would have preferred Pork but the beef wasn't bad. The pizza came quickly, the crust was perfect (not too thick, not too thin) and the toppings were generous. We chose the smoked BBQ flavor for the wings which we found to be a bit strong. The dipping sauces were terrible though and ruined the flavor of the wings. We skipped the sauces and enjoyed the wings au naturale We had a mango juice and Barbican (which was a $ extra) for drinks. Overall we paid $31. A good meal at a decent price.

This place has good pizza. I am only writing a review based on the halal pepperoni pizza I order, it's very delicious I have ordered this pizza about 6 times in the past with no issues on taste or quality. My sister came with me this day and ordered the bbq wings it looked gross I wouldn't dare to try one wing it was over loaded with sauce just not something I would personally order for myself but my sister did enjoyed her wings. When you walk in you have to go to the front and order yourself but the guy who works by the front did bring out our food to our table. Not sure if its something they do but they did when I dined in that day. (I usually take it to go) You will not get "service" here such as a server taking your order while you sit down or pour you a glass of water no plates forks etc, customers dont want to go through that if they are paying to dine in to eat; last thing you want to do is serve yourself for this reason it's a 3 star.

I visited toppings last week and just loved it. It's a bit far for me but well worth trip. This place is fully halal restaurant. I ordered the cheeseburger with a lot of bacon and onion rings and they were absolutely perfect. I really enjoyed the smoky burger flavor. My husband ordered the ribs with fries and he devoured them within minutes my kids enjoy a regular cheeseburger and honey garlic chicken bites. Place was clean Service was fast and good. Even have a small place for prayer

Ordered takeout of the Butter Chicken Pizza and sides of onion rings and sweet potato fries that come with a sweet sauce. The food is great and I cant believe the butter chicken flavour meshes well with the tomato sauce of the pizza. The service is friendly and they give great recommendations. The place is large and the atmosphere is relaxing because the place used to previously be a bar. They serve halal food and thus they don't actually offer alcohol. Their burgers are pretty famous and will try next time. They also have different unique types of pizza such as Jerk Chicken or Mexican style.

Canadian pizza (Large)

"This place is so under-rated." These are the exact words from my 14 years old niece. Toppings serves American pub style pizzas. We ordered take out of a large Canadian pizza, regular crust, and one pound of chicken wings to feed two teenagers and two adults. We enjoyed the pizza very much. The dough was just right: not too thick or thin. The texture was slightly chewy and the rim was crusty. It tasted good, too. The toppings were all over to about 1cm from the rim. The pizza sauce was delicious, so was the bacon. The chicken wings didn't look so good, yet they tasted great. There were 10 wings in a pound, so the portion was good. Though not "authentic" Italian style, the pizza was good for what it intended to be. One large pizza and one pound of wings was a good portion for 4 people. The total bill with tax was $30.

Since moving to the GTA from the Arctic We have tried lots of burger places! This is hands down the best so far!

Try this place for the first time today, my wife and I ordered the jerk burger and a cheeseburger as well as a poutine and one of their milkshakes orange. The cheeseburger was absolutely fantastic and the jerk burger was perfect! The poutine was very good and filling there was a lot of gravy on it did cause the fries to get soggy near the end, overall I highly recommend toppings great burger joint I will try their pizza next, costing is the issue and cost them a star in my evaluation, you don't get a lot for your money but what you do is pretty tasty

Classic medium pizza, 6 pieces just shy of $15 plus tax Not much toppings, mainly mushroom

Not sure what the hype is about. Got a pizza here from skip the dishes, chicken fingers with fries Pizza was mediocre, not much toppings, not hot, tasted like a bad version of Pizza Hut. Ordered a classic which was supposed to be beef pepperoni, mushroom, green peppers Dough was thick and undercooked. The chicken fingers weren't bad, chicken was actually pretty good. Tender, large and very flavourful, came with 3 Fries were the hero burger type, soggy, floppy and not seasoned well. No sauce included with the chicken fingers, they didn't even fill the box with fries, was about 3/5ths full with the chicken Was $20+ all in! For a medium pizza and 3 chicken fingers/fries All in all a disappointing meal, the reviews must be all associated with the restaurant considering the huge difference in quality.

Tell me how many times we brain storm And can't figure out when it comes to decide what to eat. Ding ding ........All of a sudden your brain signals for pizza and wings!!!! Then you should try this place full of flavours. Had opportunity to indulge some of their signature item from the menu. Jerk chicken pizza was too good, moderate crust, perfectly crisp bottom with loaded cheese and toppings you can feel separately in a single bite. Now comes to the spicy chicken wings. If you have guts to eat super ultra spicy wings you can try their "homicide wings" made from Jamaican scotch bonnets peppers.

Greek salad, ribs and fries, jerk chicken entrée with sweet potato fries and Caesar salad.

I went here with my mom the other day for lunch and my mom got to finally try Halal Ribs for the first time in her life and she absolutely loved it! Toppings has a very large space with a lot of seating, the staff are always friendly, and there's a "bar" looking seating section with a couple flat screens for entertainment - as well as a large projector (perfect for sports). When it comes to the food, their food is absolutely delicious ! I loved everything I was eating, and even picked off of my moms plate to try some of the delicious ribs ! Next time I go I'm getting their wings!!

The owner and staff are absolutely awesome at Toppings. The quality of service is outstanding. We only tried the burgers and poutine, so it's hard to draw any definitive conclusions about the quality of food, but I liked the cheeseburger. On a scale of 1 to 10, it was about 6. The meat was medium, just like I like it, but the consistency of meat wasn't up to my standard. It's a subjective matter, but my gold standard is Holy Chuck medium patties. I also prefer buns at Holy Chuck. They're nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. If I may suggest, I'd recommend the owner at Toppings to experiment with different suppliers of buns to see which ones are the most popular among customers. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. They also have Jerk Chicken Burgers, which I look forward to trying next time :)

The toppings were fair. But the dough were soggy. First time trying it. I'll give it a shot again someday.

Basically a take out/pick up place with a bench to sit/wait for walk-ins like myself. Notice many customers ordered in advance and picked up to avoid waiting time. As soon as you walk in, the smell of dough, pizzas, Italian cooking smacks you in the face like a Mack truck crashing through a marshmallow factory. I ordered the small pepperoni pizza and their "infamous" Panzerotti (fried of course). Waited 15mins, counter staff were friendly and helpful, answered my noob questions with the patience of a saint. Rushed home, skidding over the road ice and nearly grazing the huge snow banks on the side roads. Panzerotti where have you been all my life. Similar to Calzone but thinner and much larger. Golden crunchy goodness with a significant cheese pull. I choose the meat sauce filling (Xtra $2), well worth it. Staff recommended the garlic dip (Xtra $1.50), brought the Panzerotti to a higher level. I was tempted to eat the whole Panzerotti all at once, glad my brain warned me to eat only half which was more than enough. The small pizza had a good ratio of cheese/sauce to crust, every bite was pure joy. Pizza crust had a chewy, slightly salty flavor profile. Not the best, dough/crust above average, then again I'm a little bias hanging out in New York's Little Italy during my misspent youth gorging myself on New York style pizza slices. Mama, I think I found my favorite neighborhood Italian take out place. Can't wait to try their veal/chicken parmigiana sandwiches.

There were some seating outside but it was only the one table for two people. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The only downfall was that they ran out of meat sauce so the lasagna was out of the question but they made up for it in the pizza flavours. The menu is pretty straightforward; they offer multiple types of pizza ranging from classic meat lovers to unique ones like smoked salmon or tandoori chicken. I ended up ordering the four cheese because I was in a cheesy mood. The pizza was amazing. The crust had a nice puff up but was not so crunch that it would cut the roof of your mouth. The sauce-to-dough ratio was perfect, and neither ingredient overpowered the other. The cheeses they used (Ricotta, Feta, Bocconcini and cream cheese) didn't clash with each other, and it just seemed to be a slice of cheesy goodness with every bite. The pizza was not greasy, so no mountain of napkins was needed. A must-try if your into pizza and like my nannu says in Sicilian "Veni e pigghiati 'u divertimentu" (Come and enjoy it already).

We probably made a mistake when ordering 2 large half and half pizzas as this turned out to be a very pricey pizza dinner (over $80!!) but that's not the restaurant's fault. We'll just be more mindful next time. The pizzas were good and I loved the freshness of the toppings. Unfortunately, I did not love their crust as it was too chewy for my liking. The chicken wings we got was pretty heavily breaded which is also not my favorite way to eat them. We may come back to try their more adventurous offerings.

Their pizza crust and tomato sauce are just exceptional and I knew I would be satisfied, and yes, I was very satisfied this time again!!!! We had (take out) #Pizza Margharita I appoint this as the best Margharita in Durham region. No complain. The crust, tomato sauce, cheese and big generous aromatic basil leaves - simple beauty. #Pearfect Bite This is added to another favorite of mine at 468F Wood Fired Pizza! Sweet and savory combination - Sweet pear slices meet saltiness from pancetta and 2 cheese Fior di latte, flurry ricotta. Walnut pieces added extra texture, and acidity & sweetness from glazed balsamic completes the taste of the whole. Highly recommended! #Di Parma This is good, tad salty side, but I appreciated the bitterness of arugula, nuttiness from parmigiano, and again the reduced glazed balsamic' rounding up of the whole flavors. I cannot wait coming back here again to try new pizza items (but I cannot miss Margharita - that is my must item)!

This includes the pepperoni, cheese, Frank's best, and spicy vodka pepperoni. Service here is super friendly, the spot is clean with staff constantly wiping tables and the floors during the winter time. I got a whole dr. pepperoni slice with extra cheese and it came piping hot, cooked perfectly and so delicious. Also got slices of their spicy vodka which is my favourite and a full 5/5 for me. Frank's best is a great change in flavour with goat cheese, mozz, caramelized onions, rosemary, organic honey and a sesame crust. Don't forget to also get their spicy creamy garlic dip and mix it well! Overall, I love this spot and think their pizzas are so good! Their crusts are delicious as well, especially the sesame crust.

What was ordered: 16 inch Fred's Best - white pizza with béchamel sauce, goat cheese, caramelized onions with a sesame coated crust attached with honey 12 inch Dr.Pepperoni - fresh tomato sauce with generous topping of pepperoni 1 spicy creamy garlic dip The verdict? The crust was decent and pizzas are thin. We did find both pizzas a little too greasy for our preference. The flavour of Fred's Best was a combination of sweet from the honey and caramelized onions and salty from the cheese. Dr. Pepperoni was better with spicy kick from the chunks of tomatoes and pepperoni. Salty is the other descriptor I would use. Would we order again? Maybe. At these prices I would consider this special occasion pizza!
