Had dinner here again and had a slightly better experience but mistakes were still made by the crew. They seemed to be scrambling to find things like cups and straws. Maybe this is a brand new crew and manager? The lady who seems like a manager was accommodating and energetic. I'm hoping she can turn this place around. I ordered the big dinner box that comes with two pizzas, wings, and breadsticks. We also ordered the new My Hut Box with a personal pizza and fries. Their breadsticks are the absolute worst I've ever had. The wings that were supposedly spicy garlic were neither spicy nor garlicky. They did not come with a side of dipping sauce, which seemed wrong but when I asked they said they don't come with sauce. I checked their website later and found that to be wrong-- they were supposed to give me sauce for the wings according to the current promo. The pizza was good. The drink cups are small but they charged me for "large" and said it's because we get free refills. Their drink choices are severely lacking. So, $6.38 for two "large" fountain drinks is completely ridiculous. They should have no right charging so much for something they buy for nickels. There was no trash receptacle in the dining area. The bathrooms require a key. You have to ask for everything (straw, more napkins, anything) at the counter, or when they bring your order to your table. Nothing is out there for your convenience at all. This all equates to a disappointing dine in experience. They need to make this place much more inviting and accommodating. And please put up a dang menu with prices for us to see plain and clear for crying out loud. Stop doing the bare minimum, Hut. read more

Worst pizza,wings,and bread sticks I've ever had from here. First my pizza was awful. It barely had any toppings and it didn't seem like it was properly cooked all the way. So I had it stick it in the oven. My bread sticks weren't even cut so I had to cut them so I could eat them. Now on to the wings. They were way over cooked. So I spent $80 bucks on crappy food. Probably should have ordered domino's instead. I definitely won't be ordering from here again. read more

I called to place my order because the app NEVER WORKS I was placing an order for pickup 2 med specialty meat lovers and a cinnabon HOLLY HELL TOTAL'g $59 and I was picking it up. Instead I cancelled that and I got online to the higher quality pizza place on the other side of town, pizza factory. A large special pizza $29. What a deal. Placed an order at 5:23 pm went to pick it up at 5:35pm the guy said it wasn't ready yet waited 10 minutes then he tells me he cancelled it because I was 30 minutes late which I was there 5 minutes after I placed order and it was paid for he said it was suspicious. I was hoping this was a sit down Pizza Hut, but it's not. :( There are a couple of tables but it's really just a takeout/delivery location. They still had the Cheesy Bites pizza! That's my favorite and it's usually only available a couple times per year. We took a half pepperoni, half sausage to go. My husband is so excited because they deliver beer! There is nothing like that back home - we just got our liquor stores to stay open on Sundays! The pizza was awesome. We were just famished and the three of us finished off the pie in record time. I placed my family's order online for delivery with a 20-30 minute estimated delivery time per website. The actual delivery time was 42 minutes including the 5 minute drive (1.8mi). We had 3 hangry teens on the verge of rioting. The pizzas were made to order but weren't hot when they arrived at the door. They were nearly room temp. The fries were cold, super greasy, and stuck together like a doormat. Don't expect any pickled peppers, pepper flakes, parmesan, sauces, or napkins. None of that was included. The delivery driver stated he wasn't having a great day but we tipped him regardless of conditions noted above. The driver did his part and deserves a tip. With a $5+ tip the whole order was $13 more for delivery than carry out. They slapped on $5+ for delivery fees that doesn't go to the driver? They also added near $3 for california higher cost of services.. There are other pizza places in town that we will use next time. read more

Haven't been to PH in many years. Saw the advertisement for the big New Yorker decided to try it sadly it looked nothing like the TV picture or even the ad in the website it says double the pepperoni; no, there isn't double the pepperoni, but there are two types of pepperoni. They put on it, but still lacking in quantity. My pizza crust was soggy with grease in the center maybe should've needed a little bit more time in the oven cheese with scampi as well. Sad to say I won't be going back probably for many years. read more

The worse customer service, I ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta with breadsticks. I was waiting for 30 min seating in a table but nobody told me anything about my order. Rudest delievery driver, called to tell me he been knocking on the door for five minutes. Mind you I was taking care of my kid, told him id be right there by the time I get to the door he had already taken off. Already was an ass on the phone to me and was just in a hurry to get off. Since they have been in this newest location this has been a huge improvement! We visit from Bishop Ca (2hrs away) We ordered 24 Spicy Buffalo wings and they were A+ also 2 large thin crust pizzas they were B+ and that is a high rating for pizza. Thank you for redoing this place! read more

I placed an order at 5:45pm. The estimated wait time was 2 hours which I was fine with. An hour later I checked the pizza tracker and it still said 2 hours. I decided to call and was on hold for close to 15 minutes before I decided to drive to the location to see what was going on. When I arrived I asked for a supervisor, showed them that I was still on hold with their store for now 25 minutes and my pizza delivery estimate was still showing 2 hours an hour after I ordered. The worker explained when they showed up at 5PM no one was working the store prior to them so they were back logged and their internet was down so they're phones were down. Why doesn't this business have a land line , and why would a pizza take close to 4 hours to deliver. I wasted my time and gas driving down to the location to see what was going on. I ended up cancelling my order and will not be going back or recommending. What kind of operation is this Owner running? Obviously one that he/she doesn't take much pride in or customer service. Ordered pizza well done. It was thin crust, well done, cooked properly. We haven't been in Pizza Hut in years and we were very pleased with the pizza- finally a good pizza. I went online to create and pay for an order for my daughter to pick up for me. Then, the website told me that the card has to be with the person who is picking up the pizza. So then, I called Pizza Hut, I was placed on hold, then when the girl came back on the phone, she asked me again if she could place me on hold. I told her that she just put me on hold, but that she could do it again if she needed to. She got rather upset with me over that and she banged the phone down and hung up on me.
