Maybe I'm just nostalgic? I remember Pizza Hut being the best pizza you could get, dine in or delivery. (Godfathers was better but those were few and far between). We were passing through Rock Springs and chose Pizza Hut out of hunger (and nostalgia). Service was mediocre or worse. We were the only patrons in the dirty dining room at dinner time on a Sunday. Tables were sticky, floor looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum in a few days. Salad bar was surprisingly clean, however (maybe because of no dine in patrons?). We did not venture into the restroom. Pizza was great! Still better than Dominos, Little Caesars, or Old Chicago and it's reasonably priced. I'm glad the dining room was open since we were traveling and didn't want to eat another meal in the vehicle. But the condition of the dining room was really abhorrent I still love the pizza. If you're ordering take out or delivery I recommend. If you want to dine in I'd probably skip it. If a restaurant employs "wait staff" they should function as wait staff. Counter help (I.e McDonald's) take orders and payments at the counter. Two distinctly different jobs. Times they are a changing. Apparently no one eats in a Pizza Hut dining room these days. So disappointing. We are here from a Utah for a motocross race and we look over only to find a 90's nostalgic Pizza Hut where you can DINE IN! To say we were stoke was an understatement. We walk into the doors of this blast from the past only to be greeted by an employee who looked anything but stoked to see us. He told us they are short staffed and we can't dine in this evening. Our hearts were shattered as you could imagine. We asked if tomorrow would be a fully staffed day for them. He responded no. So we drove to Old Chicago pizza to settle our pizza cravings. Anyways. had lots of stuff missing from my order these guys are almost impossible to get a hold of I called dozen of times no answer. I don't even get a pizza hut delivery driver And had a doordasher. I went to the store go talk to them about my problem and they would not give me my food I was missing or give me a refund while I was waiting for an answer I watched them use the phone, handling cash then back to the pizzas with their hands not washed. Most pizza huts I've ordered from have always been great. This pizzhut doesn't give much marinara sauce on pizza or enough sauce on the wings (bbq and Buffalo, from my experience). Definitely would eat still as it is Pizza Hut but would more than likely ask for more sauce on pizza. Personal preference read more

We were given a recommendation to eat at the Pizza Hut by our hotel on a quick pitstop in Rock Springs. Seeing as I haven't eaten pizza in a really long time, it sounded appetizing so we decided to give it a shot. I hadn't been to an actual sit-down Pizza Hut I years since I was a kid, so it definitely brought back some good memories. If only they had video game tables with PacMan and Galaga. They do have beer, which was also a nice surprise after riding in the car all day; and it paired pretty well with a slice of their deep dish pizza. Okay Pizza Hut WTF is going on over this is my very first experience with your company that my pizza was Fucked up I mean what the hell you guys smoking crack over there is it really that difficult to make someone order? Great service. Good place to take family. 8 would have given 5 stars but the pizza hut in Chapmanville is known to hire drug addicts.

The other review saying this place is poorly managed is probably right, but they seem to be trying to fix it, and that's worth something. I ordered delivery to a nearby hotel, and it got here quickly, but the breadsticks hadn't been cut, and there was no sauce with the wings. I called about the sauce, and a young lady brought some over right away, which is really why I'm writing this. I could tell that she had gone out of her way to make it right, and like I said, that's worth something. The food quality was actually pretty good too, compared to other pizza huts I've been to. In the end, good and bad, but I'm sure business will bring me to Rock Springs again, and I'll give them another shot if I'm in the mood for pizza. read more

Poor service. Food was ok. Waitress told me she couldn't take our order because she didn't have a pen so that took forever. None of the servers knew who's food was what tables. We were brought pizza rollers I thought maybe they came with a meal so I took a bite then thought about it and realized they weren't ours. Asked about them our waitress said she was going to check our ticket after she argued with me trying to tell me my husband ordered them with his pick two (I ordered for him and he got a pizza not a pick two). After the pizza rollers sat on our table with a bite out of them for 20 minutes the waitress came and grabbed them, said they were a different tables and took them to that table. DISGUSTING! Then the very very very young and inexperienced manager couldn't even apologize about the experience! We will NEVER eat here again! Poor service! Poor management! Poor everything! I have never had worst service in my life. Our food took 35 mins to get to us and they forgot my bread sticks. Instead of apologizing they just said they would take it off my ticket but then DIDNT. Also the waitress asked to refill my water but took it and never gave it back! Then we waited at the front for our check for another 10 mins. NEVER AGAIN. read more
