This place is just off N 5th on E. Flaming George Lane across the street from some old run down office buidling. The service is very amiable. You'll actually have the opportunity to interact with a rarity: someone from Wyoming, the least populated state in the US. The fries are made with Yukon Gold potatos. I thought that was interesting. An intriguing anomaly of Arctic Circle is that they did not have any ketchup in the container, but next to it was a "fry sauce" container.
