I gave 1 star because I had to. I had an issue when paying by credit at window, I noticed later $8 was added for a tip I did not authorize. It took a lot of calling but I ended up getting a credit. Recently I ordered and did not get 2 ranches that I paid for but was just going to let it go. Then a couple of days later, I realized that I never received my French Fries that I paid for, so I called but nothing was done because I did not call on the same day. On the day the order was placed we were dealing with an appliance breaking, so I was not paying too much attention. It feels like whenever I order here, I have to pay attention and I don't feel it is worth it. They didn't really even try to hear my compliant. I am done trying with this location. read more

Years of dealing with this location & ive lost my patience. $4 for delivery now is way beyond insane. I've had my order come wrong pretty much every other time. I almost never get any of the sauces I order even when paying for extra. I've had my order never show up before after charging my card. He said HE needs to call the manager and I asked if he needed a phone he said no you call. I'm like ok? Why would you say you need to call?? This place isn't so bad! I loved that they had there salad bar but it recent got taken out. Such a bummer! I love that you can play music box while your eating and they have TVs in there. It's a great space to eat and dine while staying out of the heat! Also this girl Christina who works there in the front and was our server was very nice. She's the sweetest person I ever meant, very helpful and cheerful and answers all your questions. I even called in a order before and she was very helpful and sweet and got everything right. Had to pick up my order because the delivery was 2 hours out. Arrived at the pick up time, my pizza was ready, but cold. The manager refused to honor a coupon that would have only taken off $2. THE ONLY REASON THIS EVEN HAS ONE STAR IS BECAUSE IT'S THE LOWEST I CAN GIVE IT! So I called and put in the carry out order and I was told it would be about 30 minutes. So I ending up getting there about 40 minutes after I called. I knew it would be ready by the time I arrived to my surprise I was told that the cook had skipped my order and my pizza was not even in the oven. Weird is all I have to say. I did an online order. Went to take a shower and then I came back to check for the receipt - None. Hmm...very strange. I tried to login to the website for status. Did not recognize my user name. Even more strange. Called the Pizza Hut and they couldnt find my order. What the hell? I checked my card to see if I got charged and then my doorbell rings. Just had the worst possible experience tonight. I no longer place my orders online for this store always seems to lose them, so I went in person, placed my order for 5 pizza and an order of wings. Real simple, considering 2 of my pizza were just cheese. 4 of my pizza's finished in time, along with the wings. They called out for a missing cheese pizza, but were met with laughs, goofing off, the manager messing around in the background. The cooks constantly coming out to play with the new soda machine. Filling their cups up, dumping them out. I was being patient, during that time 3 separate orders came in and were placed at the counter. Each one having more toppings then just my cheese pizza. 10 Minutes go by, cashier yells out again, "Where is my cheese pizza?" She is met by no reply and again, constant laughing and goofing off in the back. 20 minutes go by, comes out to apologize to us and yells out for the pizza 2 more times. 30 minutes go by, no pizza, she ends her shift apologizing to us, offers us a free soda. We accept and continue to wait. In the meantime, the 3 orders after ours have all left and compliment us on our patience level. 50 minutes go by, I've had enough waiting, not once has the manage come out to apologize. I approach the counter and ask for my money back. He cannot seem to understand why I am upset over waiting 50 minutes for a single cheese pizza. I proceed to explain in my little kid words, because using big words confuses him. Again, I ask for my full refund, I no longer want my pizza. There is no telling how long it is going to take for it to finish. All of a sudden, after arguing for 10 minutes and him being unable to understand why I am upset, someone from the back comes up magically with a cheese pizza. I still want a refund and am told, they can refund me $10 but that is all. Frustrated, I take my pizza and ask for a number to complain. I get home and half of my pizza's are done incorrectly. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. I have been a loyal Pizza Hut customer for years, but after this experience I will take my business elsewhere. I was able to get the number of the Regional Manager and will be calling in with my complaint. I highly recommend others to avoid this place. Unless you want to wait 50+ minutes on a cheese pizza and then denied your right to a full refund. This Pizza Hut is unacceptable, they are lazy, unwilling to help, college students that are goofing around, and find it funny to ignore when a pizza is being called out multiple times. read more

I've never had a situation like this in my life. First I stand at the counter calling for help for 10 minutes. Then they stand there talking back and forth about how the till is over and how it's another employees fault, while joking that they just show up for work, not TO work. Then the computer crashes when they swipe my card. I show them that payment went through and she says, "my manager will be back in 20 minutes". I'm 40 minutes into this and still no pizza. Let's see how this plays out... Update! The manager came back fairly quickly but told everyone that he didn't come off break for 7 more minutes. I've been a manager most of my adult life and part of that is taking care of problems, break or no break. In the end it took me a hour to get something that should have taken 5 minutes. By then the pizza was cold, everyone back home was starving and late going to sleep, and I didn't even get a discount on the pizza. read more

We are a pizza hut family so when ever we are in the mood we order online and always try to find the best deals.. like often they have a large for $7.99 two topping deal or the any pizza any size any topping $11 deal (which used to be 10 bucks) I got to admit their wings are the best and we always order 22 peace of spicy bbq... I don't believe in paying for delivery so I always do carry out since the charge of delivery is almost the price of one gallon of gasoline I'd rather just pick it up so I can also get plates napkins and plenty of pepper and cheese packs... well the pizza is always 100% great tasting we prefer the new hand tossed pizza read more

I do feel a little silly bothering to review a Pizza Hut. I mean, I think most of us know what we're getting with a chain pizza place. However, I've had too many crap experiences here to not vent. Now to be honest, the only real reason we ever ordered from Pizza Hut is because Milano's doesn't deliver to San Jacinto, and as my bf and I both commute, sometimes we just don't feel like driving clear across town to get our pizza fix. That being said, I should say the delivery guys have always been very nice, came in the quoted amount of time etc. The problems are occuring on the production line. We have repeated ordered cheesesticks and have them missing the marinara sauce. No bs,at least 4 times. I had one incident where the pizza was so undercooked that you could actually taste raw dough. We'd bitch about it to ourselves, and swear them off, but then be craving pizza, and give them another try a couple months later. We once ordered a carryout order, and arrived to find they had accidently given our order to someone else, and had to wait a half an hour for another to be made (although in fairness, they did comp our order) Well, my final straw came about a week ago. We ordered a special that came with 2 medium, 2 topping pizzas, an order of breadsticks, and an order of cinnastixs. I ordered my pizza pan, my bf got his hand tossed, and we paid extra to have cheese put on the breadsticks. Even if everything else had been fine, may I start by saying how f'n weird it is to serve a dessert and a savory appetizer in the SAME box? I can't imagine who the hell would want to eat the middle stick, that's going to no doubt have the cinna-sugar as well as garlic and parmesan cheese from the breadsticks. They weren't even separated! They obviously just took one slab of dough, and sprinkled a different topping on each half. Plus, no icing for the cinnastix! lol Also, both pizzas came hand tossed, and the cheese we paid extra for is missing from the breadsticks. As disappointed as I was, I was going to eat it anyway, as I was starving, but my bf wanted to complain. So he calls, and explains what happened, gets transferred, and the line disconnects. Calls back again..... same thing. Calls back a third time, once again explains the whole deal, and the girl tells him "Well, what do you want me to do?" Are you kidding me? She then says they can send out another order, but it'll be about an hour. He says we really are not wanting to wait for another pizza, and asks if we can recieve a credit for next time, and she gets all snooty, starts asking again what was wrong with our order. (obviously doubting it's messed up). At this point, he did get a little pissed, and she hangs up on him. We ended up packing up the boxes, going into the store and gave them the food back, and got a refund. (which was also a 20 minute process). I am not normally the type to complain about food. Because I am always petrified of what may be done to it afterwards. But I am not worried in this case, because I will never eat at this pizza hut again. Especially since Dominos is now open right up the street. It's a hell of a lot cleaner inside too. read more

I have never cared for pizza hut but my kids like it so I caved and ordered from them. I ordered at 8pm and the the driver didn't show up til 1005pm all it was was a pepperoni pizza. I was pissed but knew it wasn't the drivers fault and he thanked me for that he actually offered to buy my pizza for me which was a solid move from the kid. I told him thanks but you tell you manager to call me that's all I need I paid for the cold pizza and by this time my kids fell asleep with no dinner so Pizza Hut San Jacinto I will be escalating this to your corporate office and letting everyone I know never to go to this shop ever. And right now the Large Pizza for 6.75 extra toppings only 1Buck more (Monday through Thursday) is hard to beat! We will always choose this place because the other 3 similar pizza places simply have the consistency of cardboard and cheap ingredients! The pizza had almost no cheese and was so overcooked the crust had browned to the point of being so 'crispy' it was cardboard. Inedible! I'm very very upset with both the customer service and the quality of food being served out of this location. I ordered a pizza a couple days ago and not only was I completely disrespected by one of the employees in the back but my pizza was made incorrect as well. A simple mistake but I let them know and spoke with the manager who didn't hesitate to give me a remake credit for my order to be used at a later date given the fact that I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to go back and pick up the remake that day. Well tonight(May 11) my boyfriend and I decided to use our credit after a long day of work and no eating. I called this store since it's only a few blocks away from my house and was greeted by a very unfriendly and unwelcoming gentleman who proceeded to argue with me about my order the entire time and was continuously sarcastic, belittling and rude. My pizzas were delivered and one of them was incorrect again. I called back in and explained to them that the pizzas were made incorrectly and given the fact that it was already a remake I simply asked that I could have my $15 credit back. The gentleman that I spoke with originally answered the phone again and proceeded to be rude a second time only this time he wanted to argue over whose fault it was that my pizza came out wrong. I explained to the gentleman that regardless whose fault it is or who messed up, worrying about that doesn't spontaneously make my order correct or make my money worth spending. He continued to argue with me and remain prideful. I tried explaining to him that the $15 credit was and still is my money. Nobody goes out and intentionally orders and spends their hard earned money on something they don't like. Especially when you work a full time job and had a long day at work without getting the chance to eat. I don't feel that it is fair for me to waste $15 on food two times in a row. Had I not gotten such horrible customer service with this location I wouldn't have made it a big deal at all. I just feel personally disrespected and wronged by this particular location and I would like attention brought to the rude and snide comments made to customers by their employees. I have to give this pizza hut no stars. I placed a 50 dollar order on Nov. 26, 2019 at 4pm to be delivered at 6pm. Around 6:30 I called and was told my ordered was canceled for some reason and they would send it out now. Around 7:30 I called and was told it was canceled again. I asked who canceled it and was told Cee Cee the manager did. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she is on break and she will call me back. I asked to make sure order was canceled, because I was going to order from someone else. I was told the manager is the only one that can cancel an order. I called corporate and was told I should be refunded my money in 5-7 days. I called the store back around 8 and finally got a hold of the manger. She said she canceled the order and I should get my money back in a few weeks. I told that I called corporate and they told me 5-7 days. The manager hung up. Never again, and in fact no more Yum! fast food for me. I figure if this is how they handle their customers this is not a place for me to go to. No more KFC and no more Taco Bell. We had an awful experience at Dominos, so we decided to try and come here instead. And thank God we did. They were open late, which was perfect, because we were looking for a pizza place last minute and they stay open until 11. I wasn't able to order the first pizza that I wanted, because they were out of some of the ingredients, but the cashier, Barbara was patient with me while I decided on another option. We ended up getting 2 medium pizzas, waffle fries, an ultimate Hersey's chocolate chip cookie and a soda for under $25-plus, the cook, Damien threw in breadsticks-absolutely FREE! On top of that, they used a coupon to take $7 off our order, which we didn't even notice until we got home. So, we definitely got our money's worth. (I guess it pays to go late. Lol.) The restaurant is clean and inviting and both our cashier and the cook were very nice, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be returning soon and we recommend trying this place out the next time you have a pizza craving. read more
