My last couple of visits have been excellent and I can happily say, I'm a regular at Blaze again! I ordered in-house and the younger guy who was working the late shift was super professional and respectful. Next, I came back another couple of weeks later and ordered via the Blaze mobile app. My order was ready according to the approximate time! I've visited during different shifts and everyone seems productive and on-target with the day's goals. The lines move along quickly and they asked for rewards numbers consistently. I put a pick up order in after seeing the 9.99 add on Instagram for a 11" pizza and a drink. We got (2) of them. We pressed the advertisement to order it. We got there and when we asked for drinks the pizza guy was so rude and told us he doesn't have drinks on the ticket when I showed him the advertisement he said "does it look like I control the advertising?". Another family came up and complained about not having their drinks and he gave it to them! On top of that I saw him pick stuff off of pizza before boxing it and there was a nasty used hat at the pick up station . All in all bad experience, hopefully the pizza tastes good. My daughters and I love coming to Blaze for a fun lunch outing. This location usually has very slow employees, movement with zero intention. They are friendly but slow moving. However, the girl making my pizza today was on top of it and made our pizza quickly. The restaurant leans more on the dirty side with tables that haven't been wiped down, the floor needs to be mopped and the bathroom smells like sewage. The pizza was delicious today. This was the first time I've ever eaten there and won't go back! I ordered 3 pizzas, cheese bread and a s'more pie for delivery. As we were dishing it out we realized we were missing the s'more pie. We called them to see about having it delivered and the girl I was speaking with said, "it's not our fault" and said they couldn't do anything about it that it was the drivers fault. I told her it was their fault because each pizza had a sticker on the box saying what's in it. One box had two stickers. One for pepperoni pizza and one for the s'more pie. She again said there was nothing they could do so I requested to speak to the manager but the manager wasn't in so I spoke to the acting manager. He said they could replace it but we had to pick it up. I explained that I am currently waiting for a rental car to arrive and needed it delivered and he stated arguing with me about picking it up and then said there was nothing they could do. I told him I'm not doing this with him and I started to ask him who the manager was of the establishment and he hung up on me. I tried calling back and they didn't answer. The food was good and that's the only reason I gave 2 starts. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN and definitely won't recommend them. read more

Idk what's happening here. We came happy to get pizza. The lady serving doesn't give a lot of cheese had to ask for more they seem bothered about it like I'm taking her food personally or something like it's not her job to nicely just add enough cheese to a pizA. Added a Cesar salad regular size and it's a big salad and they only give you one ranch for the whole thing. I don't know why they charge extra for ranch and I'm already paying $7 for the salad. The bigger lady almost threw the salad on the counter no smile no "here you go" nothing friendly at all about her demeanor or good service. We didn't come here angry so I don't know what their problem is but my attitude soured after encountering the personalities of these employees. My FIRST visit here was very nice with other employees and they were kind and I've been here about four times after that always different people and they always seem annoyed behind the counter. I kept coming because I liked the pizza and I had a good visit, but I tried enough times after that and it was consistently the spirit of annoyance with these employees and I come at different times and I don't know what it is but they make me feel like they're being bothered. I'm sick of people with that kind of attitude working behind the counter. You don't like your job then quit. Why subject paying customers to that negativity. Tonight I visited Blaze Pizza I was shocked and disappointed by the appearance of the prep/work stations I said to a staff that it was "Dirty and was making me anxious" I was ignored There were 4 staff working and not one of them attempted to clean up or wipe any of the prep stations in between customers or downtime while no customers where ordering I definitely will not be returning to this location The health department needs to be called Not to mention all of the trash on the floors they step on... from employees just throwing their used disposable gloves on the floor read more

Disappointed!! I ordered 2 Large pizzas Margerita and a Hawaiian for pick up.. I live about 20 min away. I go to the pick up counter and was told my pizzas were on the counter... grabbed them and went to the car. Figured I would double check my order before i left. I got was a Tomato pizza and a pineapple pizza.. both pizzas were missing main ingredients. I went back in and and told the lady that my order was wrong and she informed me that they were out of basil and out of ham... ok... no one called me to inform me, the least she could have done was let me know when I went inside my order was missing ingredients.. communication goes a long way. This place is delicious! The set up reminds me of a lunch line from school it brings a sense of nostalgia. This location is small but clean. They have options that are vegetarian and vegan friendly and the build your own lets you have as many toppings as you can put on your 10in pizza! The price is reasonable, it's a tad disorganized when paying and calling for the customer once the pizza is done (there's been several times my number was called and it wasn't my pizza) but verifying by allowing us to check the pizza before purchase makes up for it. I noticed everyone on Facebook raving about a new pizza place. I thought to myself we don't need another place to get us fat. Well... let me tell you I have completely changed my mind! I am very happy you are here. I was very confused when I first walked in. I walked around for a moment and wasn't sure what to do. Alexis asked if I needed help so I asked her where do I place an order. She guided me to where I should go and I waited. Alexis asked me what I wanted to order but I didn't really understand the menu. She took the time to explain to me the difference of the doughs they have. There is keto, cauliflower, flat bread, high rise and something else I can't remember. I picked the high rise because they said it was the closest to normal pizzas. I got to pick which kind of sauce I wanted between classic red sauce, garlic pesto sauce, and white cream sauce. I went with the classic red. Next was the pizza toppings my husband usually only orders cheese and pepperoni. Alexis had to leave and another young man stepped in to help me but I didn't catch his name. This young man asked what I wanted and I said "double pepperoni and double cheese, please". He asked me "is that all"? I stood there with the dumbest look on my face. I asked him how much it would cost to add more pepperoni with a bit more cheese on top. He said "$9.65". What? So he was saying that I could add as many things as I wanted for $9.65 period. I asked him if I was being punked... seriously... am I? He chuckled and said "no, it's called a build your own pizza. 11 inch pizza with any toppings you want." So I asked him if this was kinda like the Subway for pizzas. Again he chuckled. I got a total of three layers of the cheese and pepperoni and they even let me add salt and pepper. After he "built" the pizza it went into the fire oven. The pizza was done very quickly! When I got home my husband was happy except one complaint, he wished they left it in the oven for maybe a minute or two longer. Thanks Blaze Employees for a great first experience! We will be back. I will be trying the Keto pizza (crust made with cauliflower) with many healthy options unlike someone else I know. The other thing I wanted to mention (if you made it this far) is that there is calorie information on every item. I've been to Blaze Pizza several times but this was my first time at this location. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. We ordered a build together own pizza and some cheese bread. The girl working the counter was super sweet and built my order according to my desires (including extras). While eating, we were greeted by what I assume was the owner. He was super friendly. Another kid that was in the restaurant somehow locked himself into the bathroom. They got him out quickly and he was crying. The owner asked one of the girls to get the kid a smore cookie to make him feel better. I also observed the owner talking to a police officer and thanked him for her service and for coming to his place as well. My son took me here 3 weeks ago and it was really good, so I decided to come back. On both visits, there weren't any other customers in line so I could order right away. I had them build a custom pizza both times. They put whatever I want on the pizza, graciously. There is no extra charge for the toppings. ~7:15pm: I ordered through the app a BYO LG 2 topping pizza with 4 cheese and a BYO 11-inch 2 topping with ham and pineapple and mozzarella. 8:15pm: The delivery person got it to me 1 hour later. 10-15 minutes past estimated time. That wasn't a huge deal, only the pizza was really already poorly made, burnt and greasy. I've never been disappointed with pizza and actually have been going to Blaze since they were just opening up. Ingredients / veggies did not look or taste fresh and in fact the fresh veggies looked to have black/brown debris/dirt on them. Will be really hard for me to go back here again, if ever.
